DEMOCRATS HOPE DOJ WILL CRIMINALLY CHARGE TRUMP SOON

WASHINGON: Many supporters of former President Donald Trump, outraged over the FBI’s raid on his Mar-a-Lago estate in August, have nonetheless predicted that soon he will be criminally charged by President Joe Biden’s Justice Department.

While that may still happen, there are not likely to be any charges filed before the midterm elections, according to a Sunday report.

Newsweek noted that the DOJ is likely to hold off on charges — if, in fact, there are any forthcoming — due to the unofficial “60-day rule,” which is “a long running tradition that the Department of Justice will avoid making any decisions that could affect how people vote so close to an upcoming election or elections.”

“As of Saturday, the November 8 midterms are now 59 days away, meaning that if the DOJ chooses to follow the informal guidance they must wait to make, or announce, a decision to charge Trump until after the elections,” the outlet noted further.

That said, Jack Goldsmith, the former chief of the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel and currently a professor at Harvard Law School, told The New York Times that the 60-day window is an “unwritten rule of uncertain scope,” and that “it’s not at all clear that it applies to taking investigative steps against a noncandidate former president who is nevertheless intimately involved in the November election.”

“But its purpose of avoiding any significant impact on an election seems to be implicated,” he added.

Newsweek added:

While Trump is not on any ballot, his influence will be noticeable nationwide in November as dozens of his endorsed candidates hope to carry on his MAGA agenda in Congress.

Trump is potentially facing a number of charges in connection to investigations into the January 6 attack, as well as the FBI probe into claims he mishandled classified documents seized from his Mar-a-Lago resort, and then attempts to obstruct the federal investigation.

Separately, Newsweek reported early Monday morning that Trump was spotted making a surprise visit to Washington, D.C., which generated speculation he could be arrested.

“A video of Trump arriving at Dulles Airport in Virginia, an airport frequently used by those heading to the capital, was posted online by freelance reporter Andrew Leyden,” the report said.

“The former president can be seen getting out of a plane and heading into a vehicle waiting on the asphalt. Trump appears to be wearing golf shoes and a white polo top,” the report continued. “A motorcade of vehicles then drives away, with Leyden suggesting Trump was heading to his golf course in D.C.”

The report added that Trump did not mention the trip on his Truth Social platform.

There has been talk of charging Trump with crimes since he was in office. Famously, the most high-profile investigating involved then-special counsel Robert Mueller, who was assigned to look into ‘Russiagate’ allegations by then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions, whom Trump later fired.

Late last month the Justice Department finally released a secret memo written by former Attorney General William Barr explaining why no charges against the then-president would be forthcoming from the investigation.

Previous reports have suggested that the allegation of ‘Russian collusion’ against Trump was a false narrative manufactured by the 2016 campaign of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, and in a June interview, Barr appeared to agree, comparing her behavior to “sedition.”

“I thought we were heading into a constitutional crisis. I think whatever you think of Trump, the fact is that the whole Russiagate thing was a grave injustice. It appears to be a dirty political trick that was used first to hobble him and then potentially to drive him from office,” he said on Glenn Beck’s Blaze TV podcast.

“I believe it is seditious,” he added, but he warned that those charges would be tough to prove in court.

“It was a gross injustice, and it hurt the United States in many ways, including what we’re seeing in Ukraine these days. It distorted our foreign policy, and so forth,” the former attorney general said.

He said that he named Special Counsel John Durham to lead the case in private so it would stop President Joe Biden and Attorney general Merrick Garland from interfering with him.

10 Consequences of the $15 Minimum Wage

Repeat something often enough and it goes from being an idea to dogma. This is the case of the repeated calls for a massive hike in the minimum wage to $15.00 / hour. Did employees of minimum wage start this? It would certainly lend credence to the authenticity of the demand, if it had. But, who started the $15 minimum wage demand?

In an effort to champion the worker, Democrats started the $15 minimum wage hike rhetoric. The problem was that, then candidate Trump, successfully rescued workers from the Democratic party. Where the democrats conceded that manufacturing and blue collar jobs were gone forever, candidate Trump waved his magic wand, as president Obama called it, and blue collar jobs appeared and the blue collar voters flocked to the republican party.

Of course, follow any money and politics isn't far behind. So the $15 minimum wage rhetoric is the last attempt by the democratic party to wrestle away workers from the republican party.

And it has some great strategy to it. Minimum wage workers aren't blue collar. A lot of Hispanics aren't blue collar, because they're mostly unskilled workers. So you basically kill two birds with one stone.

The problem is that this strategy isn't well thought out. Because, there are consequences to trying to actually raise the minimum wage to $15.00 / hour, versus just talking about it, which a lot of states are now actually doing.

10. where minimum wage is supposed to be paid to unskilled workers with no work experience, $15.00 / hour raises it squarely out of the unskilled market and into the skilled plus experienced market. So as a consequence, workers with no skills and no experience are fired and can't get hired.

9. because the jump to $15.00 / hour is so steep and quick, entire staff rosters are being fired and a much better caliber of worker is hired.

8. in the absence of employees who cannot make the company over and above the $15.00 / hour price tag, owners are now putting in double and triple shift hours in their business.

7. for owners who cannot make up the lack of qualified employees with more time, the business is shut down.

6. entire sectors of the market is being shut down, because that sector operates on a very tight profit margin and a big hike in labor cost like this, is too much.

5. as democrats look to score points with Hispanics, they forgot about unskilled Black workers, who are systematically and historically fired at double the rate of everyone else, so Black voters are turning to the Libertarian party or republican party.

4. as democrats hang their hopes on Hispanic voters, Black voters, who are in direct competition with Hispanic unskilled workers are causing even more competition as the market to hire and fire unskilled workers heats up and Blacks are left out in the cold. Entire neighborhoods are shifting from Black to Hispanic almost overnight, in democratic majority run cities around the country.

3. due to the great depression under Obama, Blacks who were fired were motivated to not seek more jobs, but to open more businesses, at a rate of double that of all other groups. Black business starts dominated the cycle in Obama's second term in office. Unfortunately, these businesses were heavily businesses that operated on a thin profit margin and as the $15.00 / hour labor cost skyrockets, so do Black businesses closing their doors.

2. in areas where the $15 minimum wage has already been implemented, businesses have raised their prices. So these businesses are mostly lower end businesses that minimum wage workers go to and they can't afford the price hikes. So instead of a salary boost, they are now in a city where they can't afford anything.

1. because this $15 minimum wage hike has come on so fast, the salaries of managers and superior staff has had to change, where paying the head restaurant manager who was making $15.00 an hour, now has to be paid $40 or more an hour and that goes down the roster with the lead cashier, assistant manager, etc. which means rate hikes for everything, in businesses that aren't low end, creating an environment where even mid level workers are now having to go without. And, because government workers are literally paid on a percentage of the minimum wage, their salaries go up, which then means city taxes and state taxes have to go up. Now the 1% are impacted, since they pay most of the taxes.

Anti-Abortion is Not a Republican Platform

Democrats Trick Black Community Into Being Pro-Abortion

This county is rife with nonsensical and forgetful americans.

Being against abortion is not a "republican" platform. The leftist media tries to portray something as being a republican-only issue, to get the Black community to go against its own self interest. The thinking goes like this, "you should hate republicans; republicans are against abortions; therefore you should be for abortions."

This is not a republican platform. This is a Christian platform. If you are Christian, you SHOULD believe that all life comes from God. If you are Christian, then you SHOULD believe that life does not always come through some fairy tale snow white, boy meets girl, happily ever after events. Sometimes life throws you a huge curve ball. If you are a Christian, you SHOULD believe that successfully hitting curve balls is your destiny. Finally, if you are Christian, you believe that you walk a very narrow road that most people cannot even handle being on.

Revisiting Herman Cain's Campaign

Now that all the dust has settled, and it's old news, let me give you the clarity of 20/20 vision in hindsight, about Herman Cain.

Herman Cain was as nameless as Obama when he entered the race on the GOP party ticket. He remained so for months. Finally after making some appearances, and people got a chance to hear him actually speak about completely revamping the tax system his campaign shot through the roof. He became a household word and his polls were tied to Rick Perry and Mitt Romney, even beating out Ron Paul.

THEN, AND ONLY THEN, did these women accusers come forward. BUT WAIT, you're forgetting.

Cain actually ran in 2000 against George Bush. He said, his was the better campaign and idea, but the party "chose" Bush [ I think he means, the party, not the republican voters ] He ran in 2004 for a senate seat.

You're also forgetting Cain's 2010 campaign weathered numerous attacks against nearly everything the campaign put out: such as his 9-9-9 flat tax [ finally someone actually campaigned for it, which is what the country needs ] and other attacks.

Then the "anonymous" accusers came forward. Nearly every female voter turned on Cain, immediately siding with the accusers.

Let's look at this. Cain is almost ahead in the polls, then the first woman appeared. Cain and friends completely wiped her aside. Then another came forward. Again Cain was cleared. Then another and another and another came forward. Then one came forward saying she had had a 13 year relationship with him. Mind you all the previous women who had claimed sexual harassment had occurred all with the same few years, when he was president of the NRA, and no accusations had occurred before or since that time, and all of their claims were found to be baseless and denied. They were all summarily fired and given severance pay.

One of the accuser's claim of sexual harassment was based on her saying that Cain told her a dirty joke.

Another accuser who had called Cain a "monster" in a press conference had been seen running up to Mr. Cain backstage at one of his rallies and giving him a big hug. Cain's reaction was that he did not know the woman, or didn't recall the woman. He later told reporters such as well.

Most all of the accusers were found to be destitute, [ that's poor for you who don't know big words ] One lady was not just poor, but living large. It was found she had a habit of swindling money out of people, described as a smooth operator.

Now, let me let you in on a little secret. Politics is a game played for keeps.

Remember, NONE of these women came forward when Cain was a nobody. In fact, they didn't come forward when Cain was picked as the GOP candidate in some straw polls. They only miraculously showed up when Cain's campaign had tremendous momentum and tied Perry and Romney in polls. And, all of the accusations had happened 19 years earlier.

Do you really think this was all a coincidence?

Now, let's look at these women.

A woman who settled a sexual harassment complaint against GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain in 1999 complained three years later at her next job about unfair treatment, saying she should be allowed to work from home after a serious car accident and accusing a manager of circulating a sexually charged email, The Associated Press has learned.

The report goes on to allege, on the basis of an unnamed former supervisor of Kraushaar’s, that she demanded “thousands of dollars in payment, a reinstatement of leave she used after the accident earlier in 2002, promotion on the federal pay scale and a one-year fellowship to Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.”

The female bodybuilder who once ran a bicycle business with latest Herman Cain accuser Ginger White says the Atlanta woman never mentioned the Republican presidential candidate, who she says was her lover for 13 years.

"His name has never come up," said Kimberly Vay, who told ABC News that she and White were former business partners.

But Vay, who filed and won a libel lawsuit against White, refused to comment directly when asked whether she considers White's accusations about Cain credible. "When you see the details of my lawsuit," said Vay, "they will speak for themselves." She then referred ABC News to her attorney.

According to Vay's suit, which was filed in June 2011, White and Vay were partners in a fitness coaching business called No Limit Cycling, and held spinning classes inside the Martin Luther King Recreation Center, which is owned by the City of Atlanta. In November 2010, claimed Vay, White asked to end their partnership, with White continuing to operate No Limit Cycling, and Vay agreed.

On December 9, according to the complaint, White sent a "defamatory" note to a master email list of the company's clients and to city officials. The email said that White's business had "come tumbling down [on] the day I invited Kim Vay into my life and my business" and that Vay had turned her "dream" into a "nightmare." According to the complaint, the email alleged that Vay, a competitive bodybuilder, injected veterinary drugs into her system prior to contests," and also said that Vay preferred to date black men but had made derogatory comments about black women's hair.

Vay's complaint termed the allegation about drug use "false, malicious, defamatory" and "reckless," and therefore libelous.

Both women retained attorneys, according to Vay's account, and reached an out-of-court settlement in April 2011. In June, Vay filed suit, claiming that White had failed to live up to the settlement and that she was entitled to sue for libel. Vay's attorney Kurt Martin told ABC News that White had failed to honor the financial agreement that had settled the case.

Vay also told ABC News that she had filed a petition for a restraining order against White, but that the petition was never finalized and no restraining order was issued.

Ginger White says she had an affair with Cain for 13 years... It might be a good idea to tell **Kimberly Vay** ----- which is Ginger Whites ex-lover and ex- business partner ... and, as stated in court records, they were lovers for the last 13 years (they're gay) .... Plus, **Kimberly Vay** just recently had a restraining order on Ginger White for months because of threats and stolen funds --- most important, **Kimberly Vay** says she never heard of the name "Herman Cain" until recently.Let's not forget those 9 lawsuits in the last 8 years - and Ginger White was served 2 weeks ago for nonpayment of rent -- again.So, let's make sure I got this right .... Ginger White, says she had a 13 year relationship with Herman Cain..... but, **Kimberly Vay** has all of the Atlanta court records and the time element and has proven she was in a 13 year relationship as her lover and her business partner and they shared the same diggs for 12 of those13 years (which ended 10 months ago..)So, between Herman Cain running Pillsbury, Coca-Cola, Godfather’s Pizza, running programs at the Department of the Navy and doing the Neal Boortz show .... he had the time to secretly have another affair with a gay lady who hid it from her gay lover for 13 years.

I'm guessing no one mentioned she was gay, because it might have brought into question her credibility. I'm sure Herman Cain knew and didn't bring it up because he didn't want to out her. Notice he never attacked the personalities of any of these women.

Twice filed for bankruptcy and the suggestion that she was financial stable because she lived with a wealthy fiancé proved false: He’s unemployed and on the verge of bankruptcy himself and — oh, by the way — he’s not actually her fiancé anymore. Also, Bill Kurtis said Bialek had a “history,” whatever that means.


On his radio program Tuesday, Mark Levin aired a clip of veteran journalist and CBS anchor Bill Kurtis on WLS saying that Herman Cain’s accuser, Sharon Bialek, is a former CBS employee with a “track record.” Given her checkered past, a chuckling Kurtis posited that Bialek‘s and Cain’s roles in the alleged car-incident could even have been reversed.

Some of Kurtis’ observations on Bialek were as follows:

“She has a history.”
“There is a lot more to this story.”
“I can assure you that there will be far more to this story.”
“Let’s put Herman or Sharon in the car and say their roles may even have been reversed, given her track record here.”
Bialek worked for CBS radio station WCKG from 2006-2007.


A friend of Ms Bialek, from Chicago, told the New York Post: ‘She has a very infectious personality.
It’s easy to see how she won [Cain] over. But the reality of her situation is — she’s a complete gold digger. It’s all about the money.’

Adding that she was from a middle-income family but lives in a posh house while running from bill
collectors, the source said: ‘Most of her jobs ended in termination. It’s always the employer’s fault, not hers.

‘This is a lady who lives off the system. She is hellbent on finding a way of never having to work and living the lifestyle she wants to live, a very affluent lifestyle.’

Democrats are not Liberals

Turn on any "supposedly" right wing talk show, radio show, or podcast and you will hear the announcer refer to a democrat as a liberal. LIBERAL LIBERAL LIBERAL! This weird mantra is repeated over and over. Why? For most people, on paper Democrats seem to be the defenders of the weak, and hence the darlings of those bleeding hearts out there that just want to touch everyone they can, with their good feelings. However, nothing could be further from the truth. I am sorry to tell you.

Democrats are not "liberals".

Democrats and Republicans are  socialists, collectivists and globalists   

In fact, I am sorry to tell you, Democrats and Republicans are both socialists, collectivists and globalists.

You cannot find a single Democrat or Republican that is an actual "liberal".

Sorry for your own mis-education, but most of you reading this will not even know the definition of  Liberal.

Let's go right to the definition: favoring or permitting freedom of action, especially with respect to matters of personal belief or expression: a liberal policy toward dissident artists and writers. So right at the start, you can see that Democrats, and Republicans for that matter, do not fall into this definition.

The founding fathers, as we are taught in school, were all "liberal". The country was founded on the notion that the government was not to play a role in your everyday life and for the most part you could live your entire life without ever having to come in contact with a government employee. The nation was set-up so that interaction between citizens were kept so private, as to be deemed the most sacred of our policies.

However, left to their own devices, humans will prosper over time. Those who wanted more power and wealth, wanted to gather that prosperity and collect it into the hands of only a few people. The quickest and easiest way to do this was through public policy. But, to do this, the U.S. government had to grow drastically. So they set out to do just that.

Today the government is so large and invades your privacy so much, that only a hermit would ever have the opportunity to not come in contact with a government employee. Through more and more public policy the government increased in size and now touches upon aspects of your life, the founding fathers would never have dreamed possible. In fact, the U.S. government invades the privacy of its citizens so much, that even the very tyrannical king of England, whom we supposedly fought to get away from, never touched upon our privacy in such a way.

The people that fought against the king of England were all considered liberals, fighting for the freedom of all people to not be invaded by its government. Yet today we have debates over whether a woman has a right to kill her unborn child. Today we have debates over whether two men can engage in a religious marriage ceremony. Today the local governments perform religious ceremonies. Today local governments tax people to get married. Today the government tells a parent where they can and cannot send their children. Today the government taxes those who want to send their children to school. Today the government runs schools. Today the government taxes you for owning property, purchasing property and constantly charge your for keeping property.

These are all unheard of things, in the mind of a colonial revolutionary liberal.

Will Ron Paul Be The Final Death of the Republican Party

I believe this Republican primary season has several things working against it. If the entire party doesn't stop for a second, take note of what is going on, take stock of what they ultimately want to achieve and quit tearing down their own party, it is going to be the final death of the Republican party after this election. And, by final death, is meant that the Republican party as it stands right now is not anywhere near the Republican party as was started in 1854, and this primary season will bring to light, in full color, how the party is completely fractured and irreparable.

1. the republican party is completely and utterly infiltrated by neo-cons, to the point that they are now setting policy at the highest level, for the party [ they are not conservative; they do not have traditional republican values; they do not adhere to core republican beliefs about fairness and equality that the party was founded on]

3. given that everyone inside the loop and beltway knew and knows that Bush, and now Obama, cheated to secure the candidacy and presidency, they are proceeding with the most nefarious primary season yet to be seen since the tremendous fraud Kennedy committed during his nomination; they have willfully and fraudulently fixed their own primaries against Ron Paul 
4. they are attempting to put a puppet democrat in place, Mitt Romney, as the republican candidate; he is, in no shape form nor fashion, a republican; he's not even a neo-con; he is a by the book democrat; and there is no way that several states voted for him; it is obvious that they committed fraud to make him appear much better than he was in Iowa and the rest; people have come forward saying the Perry and Bachman's camp were told to make their followers vote for Santorum or Romney to thwart Paul; so the other candidates were all in collusion to thwart Paul,

   Paul supporters have, almost to a man, all said they will not vote for anyone in the Republican party except Paul; this means, come actual election time, If Paul is not the Nominee, the Republicans are automatically defeated; without the entire Paul camp and voters voting come election time, the Republicans will not have anywhere near the votes that Obama will have and it will be a landslide the likes of which have never been seen before.
6. given the amount of fraud that has been going on in the primaries and the caucuses, it is obvious the neo-cons fear Paul and his supporters; the Paul block is huge and growing; Paul is, after all, the tea party choice; between the tea party and the Paul supporters, the neo-cons will not be able to get a block that size and cohesiveness; the neo-cons therefore are shooting themselves in the foot by not allowing Paul to win, the nomination and the election
7. the neo-cons fear that a Paul will, would mean and end to the feeding frenzy in Washington that has been going on for the past 40 years; Dr. Paul would implement measures that would curtail insider trading, abuse of power; corporate politics; corporate capitalism; and crony capitalism; such measures would spell the end of neo-cons; so the neo-cons are forfeiting any pretense to help their own party, in favor of trying their best to remove Paul from the primaries and caucuses; so instead of a republican win, they want a neo-con win; it cannot be done without Dr. Ron Paul 

AND THAT IS POLITICS, now it is in favor of Congressman Paul and not the neo-cons. They are literally backed up against a wall.

Unemployment Rate Drop Faked

As more people drop off of unemployment benefits, after 3 years of collecting unemployment, the already fake unemployment rate drops, almost like a rock.

Understand, there are no new jobs and the millions that were lost are not coming back. If you liberals / RINOs cannot understand this, I don't know what else to say to you.

The government tracks who is ON unemployment. Once your unemployment payments stop, and you cannot receive any more, you fall off the government's unemployment list. So yes, in 2009 millions lost their jobs, after 3 years of collecting unemployment they used up all their payments and cannot get any more. There was not people being hired by the millions all of a sudden. It would take millions upon millions of people getting a job for the unemployment rate to drop so drastically. However, the real explanation of millions using up their unemployment explains the drop.

"The U.S. economy created jobs at the fastest pace in nine months in January, and the unemployment rate unexpectedly dropped to 8.3 percent, its lowest level in three years, since just after Obama took office.

 The report meant that unemployment has dropped every month since August, when it was 9.1 percent." - Reuters

The good folks at ZeroHedge [some schmo that goes by the name of Tyler Durden *sigh*][ no i'm not a fan Tyler ] explained it best, so as not to confuse the idiot public.

"A month ago, we joked when we said that for Obama to get the unemployment rate to negative by election time, all he has to do is to crush the labor force participation rate to about 55%. Looks like the good folks at the BLS heard us: it appears that the people not in the labor force exploded by an unprecedented record 1.2 million. No, that's not a typo: 1.2 million people dropped out of the labor force in one month! So as the labor force increased from 153.9 million to 154.4 million, the non institutional population increased by 242.3 million meaning, those not in the labor force surged from 86.7 million to 87.9 million. Which means that the civilian labor force tumbled to a fresh 30 year low of 63.7% as the BLS is seriously planning on eliminating nearly half of the available labor pool from the unemployment calculation. As for the quality of jobs, as withholding taxes roll over Year over year, it can only mean that the US is replacing high paying FIRE jobs with low paying construction and manufacturing. So much for the improvement.

This is the largest absolute jump in 'Persons Not In Labor Force' on record... and biggest percentage jump in 30 years."

Floyd Norris of The New York Times says:

"How many jobs did the American economy add in January?

The Labor Department estimated on Friday that the economy gained 243,000 jobs.

The department also estimated that the economy lost 2,689,000 jobs in the month.

The difference in the two numbers is in seasonal adjustment. Employment always falls in January, as temporary Christmas jobs end. So the government applies seasonal adjustment factors in an effort to discern the real trend of the economy apart from seasonal fluctuations. The actual survey showed the big loss in jobs. The seasonal adjustments produced the reported gain of 243,000 jobs.

A reason to doubt the number is that there has been a tendency in this cycle for the seasonal factors to overstate moves, in both directions. Labor mobility is down, as fewer workers quit to seek better jobs and employers both hire and fire fewer people than they used to do. If the seasonal adjustment was too large, then the gain should be smaller."

And for a real kick in the nuts, we have Numerian over at The Economic Populist reporting:

First, ever since the credit crisis of 2008, there has been a trend in the unemployment report that shows a declining participation rate in the job market. While a whopping number of jobs were created in January, a far larger number of people left the labor force - 1,752,000 in fact. The percent of the total working population who did not have jobs rose to 36.7%, an all time high. It’s no wonder the unemployment rate fell, when the denominator shrinks so markedly. The total number of people employed fell by 737,000. So what do you want to celebrate – the 243,000 who got jobs, or the million or so people who dropped by the wayside and are no longer counted in the data?

To put it bluntly, Obama is not your savior and there was no job creation that rocked 2 million strong in the month of January. People are not working, so much, that their not working dropped them off the list, to the tune of 1.2 million people gone off list. If you account for those people, unemployment is going strong at 10.9%. The numbers reported are faked.

Political Pundit: Iowa Voter Fraud

Since I have a degree in Poli Sci, I should share some of my wisdom on this primary season.  Note I am not a Republican. Note I am not a Democrat.

Did you notice that leading up to the Iowa primary all the MSM had Ron Paul as the actual leading candidate to win Iowa. I can post clips, if you somehow forgot. In the 3rd hour, Rick Perry shows up and sucks the life out of the Primary and the debate. In fact, Ron Paul was pushed all the way to the end during the debate and Rick Perry and Mitt Romney were in the middle. The entire debate centered on them. Now note that Rick Perry attempted to pretend he was really running for president. The results?

Rick Santorum	29,839	24.6%	

Mitt Romney	29,805	24.5%	

Ron Paul	26,036	21.4%	

Newt Gingrich	16,163	13.3%	

Rick Perry	12,557	10.3%

Ron Paul fell from a sound 4% -5% lead in the polls to a dismal 3% fall behind Rick Santorum???? Who, no one was even covering.

Conclusion

Rick Perry sucked the life out of Iowa voters and moved Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum into position for the lead.  After voter fraud was found to be the case, they switched from Mitt Romney being the winner, to Rick Santorum being the winner. When the voter fraud annoucement came down the line, everyone expected Ron Paul to be the winner. Imagine everyone's surprise when they announced Rick Santorum, whom no one had ever heard of.

For that matter, viewing the Herman Caine campaign in 20/20 hindsight, the exact same thing could be said of him, but not in the Iowa primary, since he was not even significant enough to get on the board there. Later of course, it can be said, assuming his campaign was not legitimate, and that he ran simply to boost his speaking engagement prices and make lots of money for running for president. You do know, that that's what people do now days.

Democrats to Replace Obama in the Election

ok you democrat loving people defend this: NDAA .... wait what?

ok defend this: unemployment has actually gone UP, instead of down, you do know that millions have fallen off the unemployment charts, so the 9.5% is somewhere near DOUBLE ... WAIT WHAT?

ok defend this: the dollar has fallen 5,000 basis points ... oh i get it, you don't even know what a god damned basis point is to begin with ... wait what?

ok defend this: Obama raised fica, SS, and federal taxes, then cut payroll taxes by 1% so that your end result is a 10% increase in taxes and then claimed he lowered taxes ... wait what?

ok defend this: TARP has yet to be paid and the negative assets that the entire economic meltdown was the reason for, has never been removed off the books of the financial institutions, oh that's right, common americans forget something if it's not in the news for 2 days ... wait what?

ok defend this: credit card reform did NOT happen, you actually now pay more than you ever did before the crash and the congressional hearings on credit card reform ... wait what?

ok defend this: Obamacare is unconstitutional and does nothing for healthcare, it just makes it so everyone is charged, by force of jail time to purchase health insurance, just for being alive ... the people that needed healthcare before and didn't have health insurance WILL STILL BE UNINSURED UNDER OBAMACARE ... wait what?

ok defend this: the shadow economy of what wall street owes each other and foreign banks is actually close to $60 trillion, with a T, the entire world economy is like $15 trillion ... wait what?

ok defend this: credit default swaps, which was the major cause of Leahman Brothers and other too big to fail financial institutions to go under, deemed illegal and gambling by many attorney generals, namely the New York attorney general, has not been outlawed, nor prosecuted by the FDIC ... wait what?

ok defend this: the consumer financial protection bureau, promoted by obama was an entirely newly created agency, which actually does nothing for everyday citizens has an anual budget of $340 million ... wait what?

ok defend this: Obama went to libya and launched a full scale assault, without congressional approval, beyond the time that he was allowed, meaning it's treason, meaning he should have been impeached ... wait what?

In short, there is nothing you can defend against any of these points. This is what is NOT in the news. Whatever you thought of Bush, Obama is giving you that and destroying constitutional freedoms, going outside the power of the president, handing out money to foreign countries that we don't have, devaluing the dollar, signing stuff into law by executive order [unconstitutional].  If you're a democrat, you should call for him to be repealed and ask for an entirely new candidate, which IS A DEBATE THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY IS ACTUALLY HAVING AT HIGHER LEVELS, WHICH YOU ALSO DO NOT SEE ON THE MAIN STREAM MEDIA. They are literally hoping democrats will forget all of these points and more, and simply go along with him. They fear that as the internet is available and information like this is available that democrats will call for his ouster. Don't worry, the republicans are actually playing along with the democrats, because realistically, it's just one party, anyway.

While You Were Watching Iowa

The sheeple are conned into viewing the political parties as another form of sports, keep the sheeple busy with rooting for sides, while the country falls apart.

I liked the analogy. And, it does put it into real perspective, because the numbers are really too huge for even intellectuals to comprehend.  The factor by which we are even considering the entire economy is just astounding.  Think back 40 years ago we didn't even have this much money in circulation, let alone throwing around trillions to bail out wall street.

Mitt Romney Wins Iowa

People need to understand that there is no democrat, there is no republican.  There is no home team to root for.  It's just to keep you complacent so you don't see the truth - politics is about getting your friends money from the rest of us.

Follow any law, look up the history of that law, see who proposed it and who voted for it, and who benefited from it.  It will make you sick, once you realize what is really going on.

The absurdity of all of this is that, the federal government was NEVER intended to be this big, NOR was it ever intended to even impact regular citizens.  It has slowly but surely usurped power from the states.  Which, being just as corrupt, and having just as many friends to give our money to, agreed to give up the power and let the federal government take control.  You see the federal government was supposed to only deal with NATIONAL threats and national issues, i.e. other countries threatening us, not KATRINA, not 9/11, not national roads, not NATIONAL TAXES.  And, if you say "without the federal government being so big, we wouldn't have ....."  You're just being a collectivist and not understanding that there is no way a Californian cares anything about what a Texan or North Dakotan cares about.  A Nevadan doesn't care about fishing regulations in New York. Yet the federal government has forced issues on states where there was no issue.

Trust me, your state can handle nearly 99% of what you, as a citizen, would ever need in life.

Speaking with 60 Minutes’ Steve Kroft in an interview that aired Sunday night, the president said Republicans chose to stand on the sidelines while the economy worsened so that they could capitalize on blaming him.

*facepalm* What a load of horse pucky.  The presidency has moved from an equal branch of government, WELL into a powerhouse and Obama has made it rise even more than the prior president Bush.  Obama has unchecked power to do whatever he wants and some silly republican house members can't do anything to stop him.

Anyone who buys that he is a victim is a fool, no no a DAMN FOOL.  Pay attention, he has issued presidential edict after presidential edict.  He has NEVER helped Black folk and has said it point blank that he won't.

Now, after giving his wall street friends billions, he turns around to play the victim?

FOLKS HE'S TRYING TO GET REELECTED.  WHERE IS YOUR BRAIN.

If you don't understand politics why are you even commenting on his interview?  He has created nearly all the legislation that has passed these past 3 years.  Where's your brain?  He is the one that has done nothing for the economy.  He is the one that offered up social security cuts.  He is the one that offered up social program cuts.  He is the one that offered domestic spending cuts.  He is the one that pitted the rich people vs poor people debate, so he could appear to be on our side, after giving away 20 trillion dollars of money we will all have to pay back. Where's your brain?

If you don't understand politics, go read a damn book. The library is free.

He doesn't love US.  He doesn't care about US.  He could give 2 flying leaping lizards about US.  He hasn't done anything for US.  But, he's done plenty to US.

Don't be fooled by the color of his skin.  Obama is against the middle class and the common american citizen.  If he wasn't ... just go look up all the presidential edicts he's made against us ALL.  Take your head out of your hind-side and pay attention.

What Republican Can Beat Obama?

Herman Cain HAD the best chance of soundly beating Obama. The huge Black turnout that was going to happen, will now be solely in Obama's corner now. The Black population singlehandedly delivered the white house to Obama.

Now, knowing that fact, why do you think Herman Cain was ran out of the race completely, after being number one in polls and number one in raising campaign funds? Blacks would have migrated BACK to the republican party and voted in Cain.

You don't have to be a conspiracy theorist, to connect these dots do you? Cain, was bring a gun to a nuclear fight.

It will be 4 more years of Obama, since none of the other candidates can do anything for the undecided vote, independent vote, nor the Black vote.

Why Libertarians Should Shut-Up

Libertarians are you aware that all these children are students of the almighty media?  They learn at its feet and worship the words of NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN.  To them every word spoken is gospel and none can besmirch its holy rhetoric.

You dare challenge their menial mental tasks that believe that SS, medicare, etc is somehow laudable   You dare challenge their concept of Americanism by bringing up the US constitution and its promise that if we keep the government small that we can enjoy a tax free society?  You dare challenge the almighty Obama, upon who's hopes and yes we cansians have placed their halo?

So what is the dollar is set to be completely annihilated as soon as Germany gets tired of the shenanigans or the Chinese buy that last bit of gold to make them the only asset backed currency on the planet?  So what if the UN is poised to initiate the final stages of global governance, in whom hands Obama is placing America.

No, it will not be until the very end that these mewling sheep will wake up and realize that the very messiah, in whom they placed much favor, was the very instrument that delivered them into the belly of the beast.

These, have no idea how close we are to destruction.  They think it is just a case of choosing a good versus an evil or a better of the same.  That day is long past.  We have played into the hands of the globalist and put a fox in charge of the hen house.

I fear, if we actually chose a real president it would mean a real world war, because the rest of the world will not want a purely sovereign and independent United States.  The globalist will not stand for it.  And they will not give up without a real live fight.

Our options now are total doom or total war.

What Governor Runs the Federal Reserve Bank?

A guy asks, "what state governor runs the Federal Reserve Bank"?  The question is like asking "what rifle does the pope use when he goes hunting?"  I think we can all safely agree the pope doesn't go hunting, and probably is forbidden from hunting.

President Jackson Made it His Life's Work to Kill the Central Bank

The Federal Reserve Bank is not a federal entity, nor is it publicly funded "in theory".  It is a private bank, just like Bank of America, Chase Bank and Wells Fargo.

No politician has anything to do with it, nor can they even be present in their private meetings.  In fact the government has about as much to do with the Fed as they do with my local credit union, which has far more privacy than Wells Fargo.

In 1798, Thomas Jefferson said the following....

"I wish it were possible to obtain a single amendment to our Constitution - taking from the federal government their power of borrowing."

So your question is completely wrong.  Sorry to say.  No state governor is over any part of the Federal Reserve bank, nor its regional banks.  The entire system is completely privately owned banks.  They have tried their best to acquire banks into their system.  If your bank uses them to verify funds before cashing checks, they are hooked into the system.  If your bank sends checks for them to verify the check itself, they are hooked in the system.  If you can imagine, banks get hundreds of checks each day, directly and indirectly.

Gouverneur Morris, one of the authors of the U.S. Constitution, solemnly warned us in 1787 that we must not allow the bankers to enslave us....

"The rich will strive to establish their dominion and enslave the rest. They always did. They always will... They will have the same effect here as elsewhere, if we do not, by (the power of) government, keep them in their proper spheres."

The only way local banks can avoid being under the Fed is by not using any of their programs or by not selling to a larger bank that is already under the Fed.

Rich Bankers Drafted the Federal Reserve Act in Secret

The Fed runs as any corporation.  They have a board and a chairman.  The current chairman is Ben Bernanke. By statute the president is allowed to pick the chairman.  However, this is merely ceremonial, as everyone on the board and the chairman are picked for him.  You can see this clearly, by the fact that Bernanke, who was chosen by a Republican president, was also kept by a Democrat president.  Normally, in politics, any political candidate for a position is always picked based upon the political party of the politician in question, i.e. liberal judges are picked by Democrat presidents and legislature and visa versa for conservative judges.

Clearly the Fed is outside of that political system, altogether.

Samuel Jackson says the Tea Party Racist?

The word is thrown around by people who want to get attention all the time.  They claim this and that person is racist or this and that organization is racist.  Normally it is thrown about the media by some uneducated buffoon who doesn't even know what the term racism even means or where it started.  Case in point, Samuel Jackson.  In this case he called the entire Tea Party movement racist.  What he and probably most of you doesn't know, the Tea Party is now composed of both Libertarians, and Democrats and Republicans.  That's right, the Tea Party movement, is just that, a movement of the people.

Libertarian Originated the Tea Party

Well hell, I'm Black and Libertarian.  We, Libertarians, actually started the movement.  Fox and other corporate shills co-opted the movement to shut out the Libertarian party once again, and we let them, somehow.  Now instead of it being a freedom, grassroots movement, it is considered a Republican movement, with some of the worst crooks from the Bush administration, who ought to be tried for treason, being leaders of various splinter groups.

Jackson is just terribly misinformed.  Oh, I'm sure there are racist in the tea party.  It doesn't hand out social edumacation classes to the members.  But, equally, I'm sure there are entire tea party groups filled with effete classists.

Just like Uncle Remus of Boondocks doesn't represent Black Americans, nor does a few racists going to a tea party rally.  I think we're all adults capable of complicated thought, and can see that not everything is "black and white".

Roseanne Barr Goes Anarch in New Book

Roseanna came out with a new book calling for the beheading of Wall Street bankers.  She wants to be the first matriarch despot of America and Israel, simultaneously, like Obama, but a kinder gentler despot.  For instance she puts a flat maximum wealth ceiling of $100 million per nuclear family.  That means you cannot be a Michale Moore with $200 million.  She also calls for the beheading of any Wall Street banker that does not comply after going to re-education camps.  She would completely take away their lobbying powers from the government and allow them to fail as they should.  She would indict and prosecute any and all Wall Street bankers that were involved in stealing tax payer money.

Rosanne speaks the truth so bluntly that it's funny, and then when you think about it, it's shocking because there's so much that's true to your experience. Contrast the blunt force of her take on any issue compared to the Oprahfication of America and you'll see how far we've fallen. Her solution is "simple truth" to most any problem. "It's not complicated, just do the right thing," she writes over and over, whether it be MidEast Peace or the "war" on drugs or stupid kids. I think she overemphasizes her emotional response to her singing the National Anthem back in the early 90s. It was a comedienne's take on the silliness of that ritual, the same ritual where the field is filled by multimillionaire ballplayers while us poor slobs who bought tickets to see them can't afford an $8 hot dog at the same game! Buy the book, you'll laugh, and then you'll be pissed off at how right she is on so many issues. Don't look for help from the news media because they don't understand someone who doesn't fit into their predictable little boxes.


Silens Animus

I started Roseanne's book unsure what to expect. She's always spoken her mind, which I respect. The cover caught my eye and the humor of a "nut farm" reference only to find out she really does live on a nut farm made me give her book a shot. Secretly I wondered how far I would get though.

The foreword by her first husband took me by surprise. It already wasn't what I anticipated. When I started Roseanne's first words I was stuck by a charm and a wit I'd denied her previously. Then her brash side appeared with hilarious results.

To my surprise she tackles deep topics, explaining her childhood, admitting her short comings and even addresses the "National Anthem" debacle in unequaled honesty. I became fascinated with how she became her public persona. Awed by a sixty year old who can seamlessly transition from internet code (such as LOL), to dropping a recipe for noodles, followed by gapping socio-political boundaries all while making me LOL!

Unexpectedly, I couldn't put this book down. In two days I'd devoured it like "good pancakes" or a "plastic sealed and boiled Salisbury steak". Many of her views are not for the faint of heart, as she expects they'll undoubtedly be taken out of context. It makes me glad I've read them first hand so I can see the truth for myself.

One thing is for sure, for decades people have debated whether you would want Roseanne as your Mom but from reading this book theirs no doubt she's the kind of "bubbe" we'd all secretly love to have.

Give this book a chance and it will surprise you as it did me.

B. Thalken

Being a fan of "Roseanne" the sitcom and of the comedian herself, I've been looking forward to reading this book since I heard about it several months ago. I have to say that with all that anticipation, the book does not disappoint. Having read her first two books ("My Life as A Woman" and "My Lives"), I would say that this book is a nice balance between the themes of her first two books (the theme in the first book being feminism and family, and the theme in the latter being Hollywood and fame). The book itself is a collection of essays on topics including politics, family, gender, religion, and show business. It also offers a glimpse into Roseanne's childhood, growing up in a Jewish family in Salt Lake City, Utah. You won't see much in depth talk about the sitcom, but I would recommend "My Lives" if that's what you're interested in. Overall, the book was an enjoyable read and I would recommend it to any fan of Roseanne's, or anyone who is interested in reading a woman's unique perspective on life in general.

Herman Cain and the Federal Reserve Bank

Most of the awakened beings that are paying attention to the GOP campaign have realized that a new Black candidate is getting a lot of attention: Herman Cain.  He is 3rd in the national polls for the Republican Party.  He is steadily gaining ground from debate to debate.  The thing is, he is not a politician and has never held an elected political position, until you realize he served as Director for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.  The awakened beings stop short when they hear / read that, because for all intents and purposes the Federal Reserve Bank is the enemy.  But, Thomas Hoenig clears everything up in a statement he has made.

House Cuts NPR Funding

In 2008 NPR programming was heard by 10% of adults on a weekly basis and showed a 10-year growth rate in audience share of 45%.

The House voted to strip National Public Radio's federal funding, a move that followed the release of a "sting" video showing an NPR executive criticizing the Republican Party and saying the station didn't need millions of dollars in federal money.

Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.)

The measure passed 228-192, along party lines, after a vigorous debate over the merits of public radio and the need for the government to reduce spending in the wake of a $1.3 trillion debt and $14 trillion deficit that threaten the economy.

"The object of this bill is to get NPR out of the taxpayer's pocket," said Rep. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn. "It is time for us to be good stewards and save the money of the American taxpayer."

NPR receives about $90 million in federal funding annually, but the Congressional Budget Office calculated that the net savings from defunding the network would be zero.  Democrats seized on the CBO analysis and ridiculed the GOP for trying to silence popular public radio programs like "Prairie Home Companion" and "Car Talk" for their own political reasons.

"This legislation is no more than an ideological attack on public radio masquerading as a fiscal issue," said Rep. David Cicilline, D-R.I.

Democrats said the bill would hurt local public radio stations by preventing them from using federal funding to purchase NPR programing or pay their dues to NPR.

Republicans have long been critical of public broadcasting and accuse it of having a liberal slant. Many felt their suspicions were confirmed when an undercover video produced by conservative activist James O'Keefe showed NPR executive Ron Schiller calling the Tea Party movement "scary" and "racist" at a meeting with a potential donor who claimed to be from a Muslim organization that supports Sharia law. Both the donor and organization were fake, part of a sting operation set up by O'Keefe.  Critics claim O'Keefe edited the video in a way that misrepresented what Schiller was saying.

Both Schiller and NPR CEO Vivian Schiller (no relation) were forced out following the video's release.

"I think the image that we have seen on the videos tells us something about the internal culture of NPR," said Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa.

Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.)

Earlier this year, Republicans were angered by NPR's firing of commentator Juan Williams after he said he feared boarding an airplane with someone dressed in Muslim garb.

Republicans are also highly critical of the salaries of public broadcasting executives and used that to bolster their argument that taxpayer funds for their operations should be cut.

Protestors Say to End NPR Federal Funding

One former NPR president earned $1.2 million while the president of the Public Broadcasting System earned $632,000.

On Tuesday, the House voted to cut $50 million from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, from which NPR draws some funding.

Senate Majority Whip Richard Durbin, D-Ill., told The Washington Examiner on Thursday that Democrats who control the Senate would block House attempts to cut NPR and PBS funding. President Obama said Thursday he opposes the funding cut.

Rep. Ed Markey, D-Mass., said voters could have the final say if defunding becomes law.

Republicans, he said, "are going to run into a razor blade-sharp reaction from the American public as they find that in place of 'Car Talk' and 'All Things Considered,' there is radio silence."

On Obama, It Has to be Said

Any Black person that supports Barack Obama is either insane or in denial.  He has consistently and openly said he will NOT support any Black issues, nor address Black unemployment staggering numbers, nor tackle any public policies that run counter to Blacks.

This man, again and again and again has intentionally come out AGAINST Black people.  And yet, he and his ilk take the Black vote as a given.

I will say it now, anyone Black, that votes for Obama is a fool and not an adult with a sound mind.  It's as plain and simple as that.  We have to start hiring each other, supporting Black businesses and removing politicians that will not listen to us, nor do anything about public policies against us.  And, yes that includes members of the congressional Black Caucus.  Not everyone in the caucus is honky dory with supporting Blacks, just because they happen to be Black.


More intelligent Blacks are running from Obama in DROVES.  The congressional Black Caucus is running from Obama.  Maxine friggin Waters is asking her constituents if it's ok to go against Obama and they, in a town hall meeting, yelled YES PLEASE DO.  Cornell West, who traditionally has called Obama "brother", has now come out against Obama.

It is not a minority of Blacks that are against Obama. Any Black American with a brain, is against Obama. And, why, you might ask? Because Obama is against US.  We have our eyes clearly opened and see it.

For the Blacks that still try to support Obama the real question is, WHAT DON'T YOU SEE?

Meet Your Local Libertarian Candidates

The two party system throws a lot of dust into the air and tries to make sure you are missing 3rd parties.  The reality is between democrat and republican, there is no real option or choice between the two.  They might say one is liberal and one is conservative, but the reality is that YOU the followers of these parties are the liberal or conservatives.  The truth of the matter is that, once in office, the candidates do absolutely nothing different.  A republican or democrat spends spends spends and makes sure they get re-elected.  A democrat is for big government and a republican is for big government.  Where is your choice exactly?

Well, there are far more choices now than say 20 years ago.  We have a true choice in the Libertarian party.  Let me clarify something before you automatically assume you understand the Libertarian platform.  Notice any derogatory comments made about the Libertarian party all come from republican / democrat shills.  They are never going to tell you fairly and squarely that the Libertarian party is what every candidate and politician should be after.  Government is supposed to be there simply to protect us from outside invaders and to smooth things out between parties, through judges, and criminals, through the police.  But in their zeal to make a bigger grander government, the democrats and republicans are trying to keep and control you form cradle to grave.  You don't like an issue, take it to the government.  It is the ultimate in mind control.

The reality is that the current parties wish nothing more than to control you and make sure you hand over your money to their nice wall street buddies that got them elected.  It is the ultimate class warfare, with us on the other side.  There cannot be now said that our government is not corrupt.  They cannot deny that they handed over trillions of our dollars, and debt, over to wall street, with the nice name of bail out attached to it.

But, the Libertarian party is here and is strong.  We stand for the constitution.  Imagine a world where you had no taxes whatsoever.  Imagine that you could open up a little shop of your own without having to pay exorbitant licenses and other secret taxes to keep your out of the market.  Our country to return to producing things instead of consuming what other people produced.  We were one of the best manufacturer of goods on the planet, but through the 2 party system America has been gutted.

Every election period we scream throw the bums out.  But the only thing everyone does is ends up electing the same damn person.  Who cares that it's a republican "woman".  She is the same thing as the democrat male.  There is no difference.  But the propaganda machine works over-time to make sure you don't see it.

Here are you local Libertarian candidates.  Contact them and get to know them.  America does not have to go down in a ball of flames.  America does not have to default on our own dollars.  It is a new day and we can see the sun behind these very very gloomy clouds that the democrats and republicans paint.

Met your Libertarians candidates, greet them, love them.  For, they are your best hope for a real future in America.
