I'm clinically depressed. What should I eat?

Clinical depression is characterized not by crying or moping, but by a very subtle and persistent sense of boredom and not wanting to do anything. You don't want to see people EVER. You don't want to clean your house AT ALL. You don't even want to brush your teeth or take a shower NOT EVEN ONCE.

What is terrible is, the typical poor American diet of fast food, piles on even more depression. But people mistake fast food, for it's supposed ingredients: fat, sugar, salt. Yes, these three ingredients, in combination, they've found, creates a chemical and biological addiction. So you go to eat fast food all the time.

But, the problem is, fast food fat, sugar and salt are NOT regular healthy fat, sugar and salt. They are toxic, man made, by products of industrial waste, half the time.

Throw out the sugar, but keep the fat and salt, and you're on your way to beating the depression.

Plants have, as a defense, nutritional toxins to keep from being eaten. You will not gain nutrition from raw vegetables. Their toxins are at their fullest form. Animals do not have these defenses. In fact, animals have processes to break down these toxins and gain all the nutrition from plants. Humans do not.

As for the salt, it is an ESSENTIAL part of the human diet. It is just under WATER in order of importance, for its need. Let me be clear. You will DIE without salt.

The problem is the food industry has so tampered with the word that you believe "table salt" to be the salt you need and when you end up diseased you get confused about the need for salt. It's so prevalent that even silly doctors prescribe NOT eating salt. It's literally like saying "I'm prescribing you not to drink water for the next 10 days". see how that works?

Table salt is toxic sludge. It's literally packed with plastic pellets, chemicals to make it not stick together and a whole host of reasons it should be banned from human consumption. table salt is not what Africans eat for hundreds of thousands of years. They traded salt from salt flats.

[ if you believe in "global warming" you should KNOW that sardines, because people no longer eat them, are OVERPOPULATED and are eating the ocean plant life, WHICH ALSO serves to stabilize the planetary temperatures. So sardines are contributing MORE than humans to "global warming". Eating them would actually HELP in reducing sardine population, which then would mean more ocean plant life. A vegan would never tell you this. (but I won't get into what a vegan doesn't know they're contributing to.)]

We are in an economic depression.  nearly a quarter of the U.S. population is unemployed or out of work.*  I make a distinction between those two words, because the U.S. government also makes a distinction between the two words.  To the common man, out of work and unemployed means the same thing, but not so to the government.  To the government, unemployed means that you were recently employed and are capable of receiving unemployment insurance payments and that you will soon return to work.  All three of those stipulations must be met for you to be called unemployed.  And, that is how they can completely ignore the fact that we are in a depression.  Calling what we are in a "depression", in the government eyes, might provoke nationwide riots.  They want to avoid this because if the entire nation rioted then the outcome might just be we would throw them out of power, and they do not want that.  The reality is though we are in a depression.*

I do not think a lot of people are aware of what is really going on with the economy right now. They do not want to hear any more about the economy. They do not want to watch the news talk about the economy. But, the truth of the matter is, regardless of all the speeches, talks and news broadcasts, not one person is telling you: what really is going on; why it is going on; and what you can do to stop it. I have already gone over in my economic blog what were some of the reason of this economic depression. What I would like to discuss today is what you can do personally to take control of your financial destiny, AND in so doing it, help your fellow citizen take control of his financial destiny by proxy.

You might be wondering, why you would be influenced to help your fellow citizen take control of his financial destiny. The answer is simple. By doing what I am about to reveal to you, you are helping yourself. If just 30% of the population helps themselves, this economic depression will be over.
