They finally said in open court that Cosby gave exculpatory EVIDENCE (that means proving his innocence) to the former D.A. and that's why he said he wouldn't prosecute Cosby. The attorney for the accuser admitted they didn't want Cosby testifying.
There's strong evidence that the Cosby case will be thrown out and he will go free.
