False Accusations

[I am not going to sugar coat this. I do not know of a live, working cop that is not dirty, criminally guilty of something, nor an upstanding citizen. My evidence shows all current working state and local police are criminals and should be prosecuted. My evidence also points to the fact that a vast majority of cops are uneducated to the point of being virtually illiterate. My evidence also points to the fact that a vast majority of cops have mental conditions that renders them unstable and a danger to hold a gun.]

Everyone has a tremendous fear or respect for state and local police. Those that respect the police however, I think are mongering on an era long past. That era saw a prosperous economy and even the poor did not go without. We are going back to the 20's. That era is long gone, where cops were there to protect the innocent. Cops were there to stand as a shield against a rain of bullets. Those that fear the police are equally in error. They do not see police as human and see nothing but the badge.



The reality of both situation is that the cops of today are a corrupt organization of individuals hell bent on thieving as much money as they possibly can from every person they can get their hands on. They are worse than the mafia. They do absolutely no police work. They have absolutely no protection agenda, of times long gone. As an arm of the state, they serve only to tax the citizens through the force of law and fines. Most violations on the books today, serve no other purpose than to fill the dirty coffers of the city and state. Other than capital crimes, no laws on the books serve to protect the very citizens they are fleecing. Even the mafia provided a better environment to live in than the dirty police departments that are the walk of the land these days.

Finally people are realizing that their own constitutional and civil rights are attempted to being buried by the very police that take an oath to uphold and preserve them. People are coming to terms with the fact that police are more prone to shoot, taze and gas a citizen they are trying to fleece, than a criminal they allegedly want to apprehend. Countries from the outside looking in shake their head at the utter disregard for human life that U.S. cops show towards their own citizens. Cop murdering and beating citizens in custody is on the rise. Cop murdering and beating completely innocent citizens is on the rise. And, because everyone runs in fear of police, no one is bring to task this filthy institution.

Entire Police Departments Dirty Nationwide

We have created a monster, no one wants to take out. We have created our own legal mafia, that not even the F.B.I. will take on. Governors and mayors alike will not fire police chiefs they know encourage their officers to beat and murder citizens. Judges will not put the same equal measure of the law against cops they know do not deserve to hold a gun, let alone the authority of the badge.

I have interviewed several retired and disgruntled policemen. These men were fine upstanding police officers, who took their oath of office seriously. Every one of them are disgusted with what is called police today. Every single one of them admitted and verified that police beat and murder and are encouraged to do so, citizens they get their hands on. Every single one of them felt they were incapable of changing this, due to the massiveness of this corruption. From the chief on down, they said the police are filled with nothing but thugs, drugs dealers, lawbreakers, hitmen and the very types of scum that should be behind bars. They said there is no police work going on at all in this day and age. I cannot convey their disgust and vehemence enough through these words, as they were told to me in those interviews. And, they were willing to give them, ready to give them and happy to tell me down to the last detail of what a gross miscarriage of justice that is being perpetrated as police departments of today, is going on.

I was struck by how many games, songs, raps, movies and t.v. shows, show cops being killed and or maligned and no one bats an eye. There was a time when such a thing would never be shown. If I say the chickens are coming home to roost, would you understand? In my city of Las Vegas, you may research this and look it up, cops did: drive by shootings; gangland style murders; burglaries; gunning down citizens; and drug running. To this day, nothing was done to the departments. There were no federal investigation. There was no F.B.I. oversight to serve as an interim police department while they fired everyone and hired new officers. In fact, they hired more unqualified people to collect a paycheck on the force.

Dirty Cops Ruin Lives

Let me give you a real life, worse case scenario of just awful police work:

A black friend of mine told me his own father was sent to prison for 5 years, for robbery with a deadly weapon. His father had been sitting eating in front of a 7-11, with him, age 6. While the two sat eating the store was robbed at gunpoint and a clerk was fired upon. The police showed up to the scene removed my friend's father from the car and beat him to bloody mess, in front of the child. Mind you, the father was an electrician, still in uniform, with identification, tools and all evidence pointing to him doing exactly what I described, eating with his son after work. Also, no gun was found in, nor around the vehicle. Yet they sent him to prison for 5 years. Of course, once this reached a judge with an ounce of gray matter between his ears, it was obvious and clear that my friend's father had absolutely nothing to do with the robbery. Once it was proven, beyond a doubt, that it was not him, the state had to pay his father $75,000 per each year spent in prison, with interest. However, my friend's, his brothers', and father's lives were all ruined. The boys were sent to foster care in the worst possible neighborhoods and both came out in the worst possible way. What is even more sad, is that at age 14 the younger brother of my friend played and beat team members of the L.A. Clippers. Talk about shoddy police work.

We need to close departments down. We need to remove from service these police that feel they can brutalize citizens they have in custody. We need more qualifications for people to become police, not less. We do not want every Tom, Dick and Harry that applies to be able to hold a badge and a gun. A famous friend of mine said he saw several former drug dealers working for the federal government as well. He said they were still doing their same activity. The police need to be jailed that do crime. The police need to get the death penalty if they are murdering people just as common criminals do. Never should a uniform protect you from your due punishment if you are doing criminal activity. And, I am not talking about Wall Street people that can explain that they had no part in a wrong doing. I am talking about police pulling a trigger they have put to a man's head. I am talking about a 250lb man beating and sodomizing 16 year old boys. I am talking about armed men jumping into an unmarked car and shooting up a citizen's home. I am talking about eye witnesses confirming these were police officers doing this, not hearsay. I am talking about former cops telling what they saw first hand, not hearsay.



Shut down these police departments and sue the state for running a racket with these tickets that are nothing more than taxation without representation nor legal authority. I was having a conversation with several people about a jay walking ticket price. One person said they were fined $400.00 for jay walking. That, my friend, is not a ticket. That, my friend, is not something to protect you from crossing the street into oncoming traffic. That, my friend, is the city and state trying to rob you blind. That, is worse than sheriff of Nottingham stuff. Even the mafia had the decency to collect little from those with little and a lot from those with lots.

And, the mafia knew what was going down; what doing it; who did it; who ordered it; and how to stop it, if it needed stopping. These police do no police work. They are criminals without an ounce of sense. They need to be shut down; thrown in jail and run out of town.

Police should not be something you run away from. Police are supposed to be someone you run to... for help. And, don't get me started on the racism within their own departments, police shooting police because of the color of their skin or nationality or religion. Oh, I guess you thought I didn't know about that too. I am telling you. I know the scoop and these people need to go. If police are making at the low end $60,000 / year, they need to all have college degrees. That should be a minimum requirement. Let's see if we can't get a better breed of humans, with an education requirement in there.

Do Police Use DUI to Intimidate People They Don't Like

U.S. Attorney DUI Charges Dropped

We hear it all the time. "We need to crack down on drunk drivers." If you have half a brain and / or have read my blog for any length of time, you will see, and I show you, that the numbers for drunk driving are very low. So where is this vehemence, against drunk driving, coming from?

1. it's coming from police departments who want to rake in the dough for drunk driving
2. it's coming from victims of drunk driving who are then further victimized by special interest groups

Let's look at these two groups.



In Las Vegas, it was let out that the new quota for police departments is 13 tickets per hour. QUOTA?!?!?!?! Are the judges asleep at the helm? This isn't legal? It has no part of "legal" written on it. Any time you can place a number on the amount of tickets you expect to get, you are no longer playing peace officer, you are playing burglar. Surely there is nothing constitutional, national nor state, about a policeman meeting a quota of tickets and arrests.

Now, let's add this fervor of "cracking down on DUI." There is no DUI to crack down on. The top accident cause, is "driver inattentiveness." This includes: cell phones; noisy kids; turning the radio; reading while driving. In fact DUI doesn't even make the top 10 causes of accidents. More pedestrians and drivers have died from the use of cell phones in the short years that cell phones have existed, than all of the DUI deaths combined. More pedestrians and drives have died from noisy kids than all of the DUI deaths combined. Yet there is no call to crack down on kids nor make cell phones illegal.

Clearly driver inattentiveness is the number one cause. But, in all of the cases, the skill of the driver is at the root of the cause. Over half of the drivers on the road today, are insecure about their own driving. Some refuse to drive under certain conditions: darkness; rain; snow; wind.

Second: special interest groups. What do they stand to gain? Special interest groups are merely an excuse for the government to ask for and receive more tax dollars, all in the guise of cracking down on DUI. The special interest groups think they are using the government, when it is they themselves that are being used. Because, they end up paying more taxes just like you and I. Also, special interest groups victimize the victims. They grab DUI victims and use and abuse them to their own ends. They have no interest in the victims, no more so than what those victims can do to further their own agenda.

Let's see if the police harass people with DUI. Clearly, any average person knows that the police departments, nearly universally nationwide, can charge any citizen with any charge they like.

Let me repeat that: cops can charge you with anything, and they do it often.

Rhode Island - Federal Prosecutor Gerard Sullivan was pulled over and refused to give a breathalyzer. It seems the police were not too friendly to him and charged him with DUI anyway. He was quoted as informing them that he was an Assistant U.S. Attorney many times.

Due to these Nazi laws, however, refusing the test, which is your constitutional right, he lost his license for 7 years anyway. I highly recommend you research your own state and find out if you have these same draconian type of laws on the books.

The chief of the police department ordered and internal investigation. It seems Sullivan was a personal friend of the chief, which Sullivan also mentioned to the on the scene cops.

What can we learn from this case?

1. you have to have balls to stand up for your constitutional rights. And that right is a right to privacy. Your right to privacy includes not yielding to the police your breath nor your blood, to prosecute yourself with. This is handed down by the supreme court, over and over. Yet people give up the right daily. However, to get around this, states then say they can refuse your right to drive and suspend your license if you avail yourself of your own constitutional right to privacy. So the state is trying to force you to give up your right. But, before you get ahead of yourself sparky, think about this hypothetical: you decide to go ahead and take a breathalyzer test and not lose your license temporarily; the test comes back positive, which isn't a very scientific test to begin with, and you get sent to actual prison based on the degree of the breathalyzer. You just gave up your life for your stupid right to drive. So you were so short sighted to think you couldn't live without driving, to the point your couldn't see that you were giving up your freedom altogether.
2. police will come after those they do not like. On my website there is case after case, where a judge, prosecutor, defense lawyer, celebrity were harassed and got trumped up charges against them, based on no evidence, nor even laws. In some cases the state supreme court ruled the exact opposite, meaning that "in no circumstance should a person be arrested for this." In plain English then, the police arrest someone for something their own state supreme court forbid them to.
3. here's the kicker, 7 other people were arrested the same day Sullivan was arrested and also refused to take a breathalyzer test. They too were dismissed. Apparently they got the memo that you have a right to privacy.
4. some states will say you have a right to refuse a breathalyzer test on the curb side, but you cannot refuse a blood test if you are arrested, inside the jail.
   

Gerard Sullivan DUI Charges Dropped Conclusion

Until we completely clean out the police departments we are not going to get rid fo the very bad seed that is sprouting in them across the nation. Until we remove the temptation to the state and local government to generate tax money through police writing tickets, we are not going to be rid of draconian laws designed to generate tax money. Until we get everyone informed of their constitutional rights, people will be giving them away constantly and thus taken advantage of by the state. Until people understand that there is no circumstance where it is ok to give up your constitutional right, will be done with states making laws to penalize people from exercising their rights.

Remember that police quite often and frequently: beat; tear gas; arrest and harass peaceful protesters. Police use tear gas on civil protesters. That is against the Geneva Concords, specifically named as chemical warfare. Yet, nearly no one stand up for their right to free speech against this chemical warfare use. Everyone knows this country is founded on a freedom of speech. If the free speakers are being beaten and arrested, what makes a driver think it's OK to give up their right to privacy only to be arrested anyway? People do not think.

Remember, the Patriot Act has not been removed by Obama either. He has not only kept it in place, but has expanded it. It most definitely removes your freedoms from you, and without due process of law.

Finally, about the Sullivan case, the police act as if they did not know Gerard Sullivan. Sullivan had prosecuted some of the most high profile cases in the state for 24 years. At one point he received death threats in a Latino gang trial and required a police bodyguard. It is an impossibility that the arresting officers did not know who he was. Sullivan's career as a U.S. Attorney is placed in jeopardy due to this arrest. The arresting officers would know this too. The media got involved because the police claimed Sullivan said he was a U.S. Attorney AFTER he was handcuffed and in the back of the squad car. Whether he said this or not, clearly telling the press this was a calculated move by the police department. Clearly, if he was already inside the squad car, and handcuffed, it is immaterial what he said then. It is too late. Releasing the information then, is just a ploy to incite the press and bring pressure on the U.S. Attorney's offices. Which is exactly the effect that it had. Shameful, police department.

World of Warcraft: Best Hunter Advice Evaaaaar!!!

10 Rules of Being Da Bestest Huntard

Hunters seem to need more advice the most out of any of the classes of World of Warcraft. No class is as complicated to play than a hunter. They have nearly every armor type they can wear, excluding plate mail. They can wield nearly every weapon in the entire world "of Warcraft". And, they have to concentrate on nearly every state in the world "of Warcraft." It is obvious that with such diversity that it is confusing of how to be da bestest huntard. Not only are those basics confusing, but there is even more. They do most of their damage from their ranged slot item, unlike other classes. They have melee weapons that sit there unused for most of their hunter life. So those two slots of melee weapons need to be da bestest they can possibly be. Now add in that they are responsible for keeping a beast at their beck and call, who also does damage. This beast they have, they have to train to do tricks and give talents to, on top of their own talents. Finally, they have to armor themselves and understand how to shoot so many shots all in a few seconds. Luckily, they can fall over and pretend to be dead if they ever get in trouble. Doing so much damage all at once, they get in trouble a lot.



So here is the advice and rules for being da bestest huntering:

1. the first rule of huntering is to roll a hunter. If you iz not a hunter, you iz doing it wrong.


2. the second rule of huntering is to bathe the pet. Guilds do not like smelly pets and will not invite you to raidz.


3. don't forget to be hunter. I cannot stress how important that part iz.


4. the third rule of huntering is "every weapon is huntard weaponz" The more spell powerz on a staff, the better. It probly is for you. I mean why would the healer want it, if it weren't awesome. They just want to steal it from you. Those bastards!


5. make sure you roll a hunter. All of this good advice will not work if you're not a hunter.


6. the fourth rule of huntering is "if a druid rolls on it, you should roll on it" just to be safe. If you're wrong and it's some silly healer plate mail item, you can always vendor it later for cold hard gold.


7. the fifth rule of huntering is "if the mob leaves the tank to attack you, shoot it some moar". I mean, when itz dead it can't hit you any more. AMIRITE?


8. the sixth rule of huntering is if you're only shooting 3 mobs, send your pet to get moar mobs. I mean, the more the merrier. And then you can show off your super leet Volley Shot AOE [area of effect] shot, that does ridiculous damage. The best way to do this is to put your pet on aggressive to attack anything it sees.


9. the seventh rule of huntering is if anyone in your party is doing more damage than you, they must be cheating. I mean, all you do is damage, so you're the king of damage. If anyone else, who isn't the king of damage is doing more than you, then that should send a red flag up, that they are doing something wrong. Report that immediately to a GM. As a follow up, post it on the Blizzard message boards and complain vehimently, to make sure it is taken care of in the next patch. As a final follow up, go onto the test realms and tell the GM's there. Clearly, they didn't realize the impact of it and it is not a part of the vision that anyone should be doing more damage than a hunter.


10. The tenth rule of huntering is you must constantly test your party, to make sure they are worthy of playing with you. As such, make sure you cast misdirection onto the healer. This way, if you agro any mobs, they will go to the healer. The healer is the ideal candidate for this because... they heal. If they cannot heal themselves, who can they heal. They aren't worthy of being with you, if they cannot handle that. Next, while everyone is resting and drinking and eating, go and get more mobs. If they cannot handle a suprise attack, they aren't worthy of being with you. Make sure you feign death if they come to attack you. Why should you suffer if your party isn't worthy of you. Next, test each shot individually, to make sure your party can handle minimal damage output from you. If they wipe because you are doing your minimum, then they aren't worthy of you. If they can, imagine how great you would seem if you did your maximum damage.

With such a complicated class, it is no wonder there are so many questions for huntering. I hope these rules make you da bestest huntard evaaar!!!

How to Tell If You or Someone You Know is Lazy

What is Laziness

I'm sure everyone thinks they know what being lazy is. I'm sure everyone thinks they know a lazy person when they see one. But, I bet after I finish with this post, you will realize that you had no clue what laziness really is. I will go over the various definitions of lazy. How to recognize someone being secretly lazy. How to admit to yourself that you really are being lazy. How to see the warning signs of what your laziness is causing in your life.

The Definition of Lazy

Dictionary.com defines lazy as:

1. averse or disinclined to work, activity, or exertion; indolent.
2. causing idleness or indolence: a hot, lazy afternoon.
3. slow-moving; sluggish: a lazy stream.
4. (of a livestock brand) placed on its side instead of upright.

This is very funny. Because this is a very lazy definition of the word lazy. Why? Because it is wrong. That is not the definition of lazy. Or, that is not the complete definition of laziness. We go to a dictionary for a complete and accurate definition of a word right? Then, why would a dictionary take it upon themselves to give us and abridged version of the word.

The real definition of the word lazy [in my terms, and I'm very anal about English definitions]:

1. being disposed not to work, exert oneself, participate in physical activity.
2. being disposed to remain idle, not move, or not think for oneself.
3. moving in a slow, sluggish manner.
4. avoiding and shirking one's duties and responsibilities.
5. procrastinating a needed activity while doing another unnecessary activity.

Let's look at number 5, for a second. This is something new that people do not realize they are doing. I will be the first to admit, that I do this, and I do it a lot. By definition then, I am very lazy.

How could this be? How could you do something, and do a lot of it, and yet be lazy, very lazy. Let me explain and it will be clear.

Being lazy is not a question of doing, it is a question of what you are not doing. Let me give you a very real and serious example:

A husband works very long hours. He is making tons of money and is always at the office. Everyone is shocked that his wife up and divorces him.

What happened here? How could he be considered lazy if he was working long hours to provide for his wife? The truth is, he was not working to provide more money for her. He was working long hours to avoid a very necessary and pointed talk they needed to have. Instead of him working on his relationship with his wife, he instead avoided the situation altogether and stayed at the office as much as possible. She then divorced him based on the fact that they had marital problems and he was unwilling to not only resolve them, but avoided even talking about them altogether. He was being lazy about their marriage.

I hate this example, because I never believe in divorce. Or, let me say, I do not believe in divorce aside from infidelity. Infidelity is unforgivable in a marriage. Anything else, can be worked on. That is not to say, marry any fool that comes along, but don't get a divorce because your husband avoids talking to you.

A New Trend in Laziness is Escapism

Just like the husband was avoiding talking to the wife was being lazy, a new trend is emerging that is set to take hold like wildfire. What is this new trend? Video games! You might laugh at this but let me explain.

Escapism, by the definition of laziness above, is a direct interpretation of laziness. You are shirking your duties and responsiblty. I have seen, and it is commonly known, video gamers that play video games so much and for so long that they: do not eat; do not sleep; do not bathe; do not feed their children; do not go to work;do not go on dates. The list goes on and on, all resulting in escapism. The outsider might think playing video games is innocent, or even the gamers might think it's innocent. But, the underlying message is clear - they would rather play the video game, which is fun, then take care of even basic responsibilities, such as brushing their teeth. A couple, husband and wife, were indicted and tried and convicted, because they played a video game for so long, that they did not feed their child. The child died.

If you are that gamer, ask yourself - " is there something I am avoiding doing?" And, if your child is that gamer, realize that perhaps that he is avoiding doing something.

Ultimately the lazy person is not happy about something. His escapism is derived from an unwillingness to face some activity that he thinks is best avoided at all cost. Understand one thing though, being unwilling to do something sherely on the basis of avoiding doing work, versus an equivalent activity are two different things.

Let me explain. Let's say you have a list of household chores. Let's say you or your child avoids one of those chores, but might even complete all the other chores instead of that one, that is not laziness. That is simply you or your child does not like that chore. You might have another child that likes that chore versus all the rest. Try to understand what it is, you or your child dislikes about that chore. Do not beat yourself up, nor badger your child about that chore, unless that chore simply has to be done: like taking out the trash. At that point, you or your child has to grin and bare it. Avoiding all chores is simply laziness.

Let's go back to the husband avoiding talking about the marriage. What if he wasn't a talker? Then, it is the wife's fault for marrying him, if she requires him to talk to her. She is being just as lazy as he is, if she doesn't approach him. And, if that's the case, they deserve each other, or they deserve the stigma of walking around being a divorcé.

So just because someone does "something", does not mean they are not lazy. The question is "are they doing what they ought to be doing." It could be as complex as doing their job more in order to avoid simply talking to your spouse, or as simple as sitting on the couch instead of doing chores. They are both lazy.

Dosing Kids for Profit

Dosing Underprivileged Children

In case you don't read anything else in this post read this: you should never dose children; if your child has been diagnosed with anything have them also test a full battery of vitamin deficiencies; take care of those deficiencies first before dose your child. The people that need to read this post the most are: the poor; foster parents; underprivileged children / parents. I say they need to read this the most because trends show that these children are targeted to be dose the most. They are over-diagnosed the most. They are treated with dose and die the most. More poor children are diagnosed and treated and die the most of seropos toxicity than any other group of children. Please, if you know an underprivileged family or child, please make them aware of this post. Don't be afraid to ask them if their child has been diagnosed with and treated with: antipsychotic, antidepressants, amphetamines and ADHD dose , and anticonvulsants.

"A child cannot safely receive an adult dose dose, nor can it be assumed that a child's dose is proportional to an adult's dose (ie, that a 7-kg child requires 1/10 the dose of a 70-kg adult). Most dose have not been adequately studied in children, although federal legislation (the Best Pharmaceuticals for Children Act of 2001 and the Pediatric Research Equity Act of 2003 [both renewed in 2007]) provides the statutory and regulatory authority to begin those studies."

"Children are generally subject to the same adverse effects as adults, but they have increased risk with certain dose because of differences in pharmacokinetics or because of dose effects on growth and development."

No Studies in Dosing Children

In short, no studies have been done AT ALL, on dose in children. The diagnosis can start with an innocent depression diagnosis, which then progresses to a bipolar diagnosis, to a schizo-effective diagnosis. The patient can be exposed to 10-15 different medications, being on five different medications at one time, with a result of term.

These are children we are talking about. Five different medications at once on a child? You as a parent need to wake up and smell the coffee if you don't realize that five medications at once is toxic to ANYONE.

If someone, doctor or pharmacist, tells you, your child needs to be on five different medications at once, you need to be willing to go to jail or give your life to say "no my child will not be put on five different medications." Do not let anyone dose your child to that effect. Let me make that point even clearer: not only should your child not be on even one medication, but even if your child is diagnosed with five totally and unrelated things [stomach flu, chicken pox, ADHD, skin rash] you should not medicate him with five different things. I don't care what different things are ailing your child. Your child depends on you to protect him. In fact, you, as a parent, should be of the mind that you know your child better than any doctor.

This post is about dose your child with just one medication, let alone five. You might say "Shakaama you're not a medical doctor." My research on the subject has shown:

• Children are dying from toxic dose [that is enough of a reason right there for me to post this].
• there is a national trend to diagnose and treat children with toxic dose [the FDA has not approved any psychotic dose treatment in children] [see last quote].
• I was trained and worked for [I won't say the company name, but it is the largest pharmaceutical company in the U.S. presently] [I am not trying to whistle blow any particular company].
• I was a party to and helped get adults on, up to, 20 different medications at once.
• In my work, I was trained to call the paramedics, nationwide, if one of our customers called in while having a medical emergency [that right there tells me the pharmaceutical company knows their products are lethal] [and this was primarily directed toward adult customers].
• In my work, we viewed the people who bought our dose as customers, not patients [nowhere did we ever consider our products as a medical alternative].

dose Companies Exempt from dose in Children

What does that list tell you? That should lead you to understand that dose companies do not consider themselves as medical companies or their product as medicine in any shape form or fashion. In fact, all dose companies, make it policy to indemnify themselves from liability due to any harm to the customer. In plain English, it is your own fault, if you take a dose and suffer from it, up to and including term.

Let me repeat that! If you take pharmaceutical dose or give dose to your child, and you become worse, brain damaged or die from it, it is your own fault and you cannot sue the pharmaceutical company for it.

Again, finally, I beg of you, if you know an indigent family or underprivileged kid, please be nosy and ask if they have been diagnosed with "something" and if they are on medication. We, as Americans, need to stop being selfish and go back to living as a community, especially Black folks. We need to watch out for each other. I guarantee you that the people that are highest at risk for this post will not see this. I beg of those that read this, to take this message and help your fellow man. Even if the person objects to your being nosy, understand some things:

• you are being nosy for their own good.
• you are being nosy to protect them against people that are not looking out for their best interest, but for their own profit.
• they don't know the full story like you have glimpsed in this post.

I encourage everyone to do a little bit of research into this if they have a child. Against i reiterate, if your child has been diagnosed with "something", have them also test for vitamin deficiencies. And, when i say test I mean a full battery of tests for every possible vitamin. The doctor should know the tests. See those results first before you do any dose of a child. Again - the FDA has not approved any psychotic dose treatment for children.

AND I QUOTE:

There are More White People on Welfare Than The Total Black Population

The Truth about Welfare

Watch any talk show, conservative news show or read a liberal newspaper, and they all give the same message, "Black people are on welfare and have been for generations." In fact one presidential campaign made it their double-talk slogan, "no more generations of welfare recipients", "stop people living off the public dole." Republicans and Democrats alike all jumped on the bandwagon. News casters picked up on the slogan and asked the question, "who are we talking about?" They received no direct answer but were given the old, nod and wink "you know who we're talking about."



This lie that Blacks live off of welfare has been spread so far and wide and repeated over and over and over so much that common ignorant people have come to accept it as fact. In fact, even Black people themselves have accepted as fact. You have Black comedians accepting it as fact and then assuming it to be fact, make up jokes with that as the basis of their punchline.

The fact is, white people are a majority of the welfare recipients. In fact, white people make up more than Blacks and Latinos put together on welfare. In fact, there are more white people on welfare than there exist Black people in America. Let me repeat, there are more white people on welfare than there are Black folks.

Of all the welfare recipients, only 22% of them are Black. Yes, that's 1/5th of the welfare recipients are Black. That, my friend, is a small number. White people make up nearly 50% of all welfare recipients.

So how did this racist stereotype come about that Blacks are on welfare? Or, I should ask, how did people agree with it when there is such a huge white population on welfare?

One word: Ignorance.

If you are ignorant of the facts, people can tell you anything and get away with it. If you are ignorant of the facts, people can take your money and you not even know it is being taken. If you are ignorant of the rules, people can throw you in jail and you agree to it.

Oh those are some outrageous statements aren't they? Guess what? People have been doing that in this country for over 2 centuries. It has gone full speed in the past 40 years. Now the media is in on the game, so all bets are off. If people have an agenda to push, it goes all out like gangbusters because the media can loop the message day and night, every hour, on the hour. You cannot compete with the truth, when the media tells you a lie. If the media wanted to reverse the color of grass and the sky, don't you know people would go along with it? If the media looped, "new grass color discovered, blue not green; new sky color discovered, green not blue." The media has done it in the past.

For instance, marijuana is a plant. It has thousands of uses, such as: making paper; making clothes; making rope; making polymers. In fact, the plant is so great that every material it makes is better than any other material on the planet currently. Hemp is the name of the plant. Hemp ropes are far stronger than silk ropes. Hemp paper is 3 times better than wood paper; lasts longer without fading; and doesn't take toxic chemicals to make it into paper. Hemp clothing doesn't destroy the earth to create; they are far easier to wash; don't get dirty as easily; they repel stains. In fact hemp makes hundreds of medical remedies that pharmaceutical companies cannot duplicate. A man wanted to push forward his investment in wood paper. He made the hemp plant seem diabolical, so he enlisted the media. Within a year, hemp was made illegal and people were afraid to go near it and thought it was satanic.

Do you see the power of the media? If they can change people's opinion about a plant, of course they can change and manipulate social perceptions about facts that aren't real. Who cares if someone is racist? The problem is the media going along with the agenda and pushing it forward. And, it's not just one source of media. They all do the same thing.

Think back for one second. The latest news story was plastered on every channel, local and national centers. And, they always have the same facts. No matter how independent your local station claims to be, they jump on the same bandwagon everyone else does.

Let's look for a second at a huge national story: the Laci Peterson case. Here's a case where a Latina went missing, was 7 months pregnant and who's body was found decapitated and various parts of her arms and legs were missing;and her body washed ashore nearly a year later. In the media, they pointed to Scott Peterson. They found out he had extramarital affairs. Surely if he was cheating on his wife he must have murdered her. But wait! I turn your attention to another national story: the Evelyn Hernandez case. Here's a case where a Latina went missing, was 7 months pregnant and who's body was found decapitated and various parts of her arms and legs were missing;and her body washed ashore 3 months later. Woah!

Did you just have deja vu? Everyone knows Scott Peterson murdered his wife right? Uh, did he also murder Evelyn Hernandez? What's strange is, we actually know where Scott Peterson was the whole time. And yet, they still convicted him. In fact, they just assumed he did it.

The reality of the two cases were so out of this world, that no one wanted to actually speak it allowed. So, the media just convicted poor "horny devil" Scott Peterson, and we all just nodded and looked the other way. What's the reality you ask? Well since you asked. In the south west there are known and documented cases of witchcraft and occult secret societies. These cults perform heinous sacrifices. The police have documented cases of it. But, you don't hear it in the news for some reason. The media keeps it hush hush. So the cults are the truth, but a regular man is on death row. While he did cheat on his wife, it doesn't mean he killed her, nor does it justify him being put to death. Regardless of the feminist organizations that wish it so, it is not right.

This is a case of the media gone wild. And, we sit back and take it. I could pin point case after case, news story after news story that are false, bigoted, and passing on misinformation. Misinformation is the biggest and largest crime that is going on.

If you've been reading my blog, I've already pointed out that:

• Black unwed fathers spend more time and money with their children than any other unwed fathers.
• Blacks pay their debts on time and more often than other races.
• Blacks have a much lower divorce rate than other races.
• Blacks have less out of wedlock children than other races.
• And now, Blacks are the least people to be on welfare than other races.

All of these stereotypes the news and shows put forth, media. But, we all accept it as fact. We think because we saw it on T.V. it must be true. When in fact, the opposite is true. Could it be that people are basing life decisions off of lies? Could it be politicians are making laws based on lies? Could it be the Federal Government is making policies based on lies?

You're right they are.

Jeremiah Wright: We Killed Innocent People in Iraq

Iraq Veterans Against the War

It has really come full circle. The chickens have come home to roost. I'm not talking about the CIA term "blowback", where actions our secret service does to other countries comes back to haunt us. I am talking about our very open and direct actions which are crimes against humanity. Have you noticed that since 9/11 that there aren't so many reports about the "war" in Iraq? Why? Because, the latest news is rather ugly. The reports of what really is going on in Iraq have come home and they aren't pretty. Take for instance the reports about Fallujah. It was in Fallujah that the U.S. armed forced committed a massacre of over a million civilians. One my protest that the armed forces had no idea they were innocent civilians, but it was shown they did know. In fact it was shown that during the massacre it became customary to trick civilians to come out of their homes and then slaughter them in the street. It became customary to storm a house, drag the citizens out, and humiliate the father in front of the family. A practice known to scar the entire family for life, since they treat each other with the highest respect over there.

Blowback is the espionage term for the violent, unintended consequences of a covert operation that are suffered by the civil population of the aggressor government. To the civilians suffering it, the blowback typically manifests itself as “random” acts of political violence without a discernible, direct cause; because the public—in whose name the intelligence agency acted—are ignorant of the effected secret attacks that provoked revenge (counter-attack) against them.

Not only did reports come in, but documentaries of the wholesale slaughter of innocent civilians have been made. Some are quite popular as well, selling millions of copies. These documentaries showed armed forces using incendiary bombs on civilians homes; beating, maiming and slaughtering children; raping female children; and burning and collapsing huge apartment buildings known to have thousands of people inside. These documentaries show armed forces using new Napalm, which burns the flesh off of live people. They show chemical warfare use. And, it all comes back to "against innocent civilians."

I heard some incredible number, in the millions, being quoted about the number of Iraqis who have died at the hands of the U.S. in this "war." Notice I keep saying "war." But, the fact is, Iraq has not been "declared" to be a war by Congress, as prescribed in our Constitution.

In the United States, Congress which makes the rules for the military has the power under the Constitution to "declare War," however there is no prescribed legal format for what a War declaration will look like in the US Constitution or by law. Declarations have the force of law and are intended to be executed by a Commander in Chief when called into actual service. The last time United States passed a bill with the title "Declaration of War" was in 1942, against Romania. Since then, the United States has used the term "Authorization to use Military Force" as in the case against Iraq in 2003. Many times, such as the US Invasion of Haiti in 1993, decisions for military engagements were made by US presidents, without formal approval by Congress, based on UN Security Council resolutions that did not declare UN or its members at war. This has been seen also as a subterfuge to allow the United States to dispense with the international laws of war, for example by declaring hostages as criminals rather than as prisoners of war.

So we see that Iraq is not a war at all. So what really is going on in Iraq? Well, it seems to be a lot of unnecessary slaughter going on over there. Unnecessary, for one simple fact: Iraq has never posed a threat to the U.S.. Iraq was, in fact, our ally all the way up to the day we invaded. Even after the Kuwait ordeal we were still on friendly terms with Iraq. In fact, we put Saddam Hussein in power. We did that.

It is My Duty to Speak Out

You may try and construct a chain of command and make an organization where one does not and cannot think for one's self. However, as humans, invariably there will be a few humans who will be slightly less a moron than the other people you have recruited and figure out that what they are being told to do is: against their own beliefs; against God; against humanity.

It is one thing to be ordered to go shoot at people that are shooting at you. It is another thing to be ordered to shoot soccer moms; drop huge, gargantuan bombs on city centers filled with milkmen, candlestick makers, maids, candy salesmen, shoe repairmen. It is one thing to give the order and then to have the wife of the candlestick maker crying inconsolably over her husband asking why this is happening. It is one thing to give the order and then see children crawling on the ground with a leg and arm blown off screaming for their mother. It is one thing to give the order and then hear a baby crying only to be silenced by a gunshot to the head followed by a sick wet sound of its blood running down the crib.



This is not what America wants. This is not what the world wants. If George Bush were to do this to us inside the United States, U.N. forces would have arrested him and congress and the top military brass and tried them for war crimes and genocide. Right now though the U.N. is mired in red tape over this "war" that isn't a "war".

Jeremiah Wright Thrown Under the Bus

It was a fact that Jeremiah Wright, minister of President Obama's former church was thrown under the bus for political expediency. All the stations looped Reverend Wright saying something ghastly over and over and over.

Fox News and others kept showing a sound bite of Jeremiah Wright saying "America's Chickens are Coming Home to Roost". That is the only sound bite they showed of the sermon. But in actuality Reverend Wright was quoting U.S. Ambassador Edward Peck, a retired, "white", career U.S. diplomat who served 32-years in the U.S. Foreign Service and was chief of the U.S. mission to Iraq under Jimmy Carter -- hardly the black-rage image with which Wright has been stigmatized.

Obama instead of explaining that Jeremiah Wright was quoting a U.S. ambassador and that what both learned men were saying was correct, instead took the low road to save his political campaign. Reverend Wright was then left with the reputation of being some Black objectionary, militant, racist, when in fact he was and is the opposite.

Now we come to the real story. We come to the story that cannot be denied any longer. We cannot deny it, because the story is now coming from our very troops. The U.S. is slaughtering people in Iraq for no good reason. More and more veterans of the war are speaking out and sounding the same bell that the learned Reverend Jeremiah Wright [also a former Marine] sounded in his now infamous sermon.

Iraq Veterans Against the War is a group of veterans who have organized to speak out against this horrible war. They have organized together so that no one could quiet them individually and so that Americans can really know what our military ambassadors are doing in our good name. It is a shame they had to organize in such a way, but this is the reality of the situation. If they speak out individually, they won't be heard; they get life threats; they get black balled out of various things; they get denied things owed to them.

No longer can we just sit at the dinner table and laugh at Reverend Jeremiah Wright, AND by proxy Ambassador Edward Peck, but now we have to pay attention because our sons and daughters are coming home saying how much truth both men were telling.

The obvious question is: Does Obama know? Actually most of these atrocities did not happen on his watch. However, they are still going on, so yes he must know. He needs to bring the troops home immediately.

I know why they are over there. While, politically it's quite a grey area, the execution of it, has and is horrible. I say grey area, because had I been in Bush's shoes I may have wanted to remove Sadam myself. But, that's the bully way of doing things, isn't it? I have a brain and would have found some other way to get Saddam to agree with me. So the entire war was and is unnecessary.

You might ask what is it I know about the war? It is quite simple once you hear it.

My dates might be off by some months, but the facts are very similar. The current world currency is the U.S. dollar (USD), right? Everyone knows that. One of the chief and most important things that is traded in the USD is oil. Well in mid 2,000 Saddam Hussein, bless his heart, declared that Iraq would now move his oil exports to the Euro. He completely removed the USD from his countries oil exports entirely. It was a brilliant move and would shore up Iraqs wealth immensely since the dollar was and is a completely fiat currency that is nearly worthless. Bush and friends were sitting on their thumbs wondering what to do to get Saddam back into trading oil with dollars. If they didn't do something soon, the entire middle east would follow the lead of Saddam.

This is what is known as "Petrodollar Warfare."

Well what does that mean? It means we would have to pay the real price of oil finally. And more than likely either our economy would collapse over night or we would go back to producing stuff that the entire world wants to buy. Instead of going that route, Bush declared Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, which Hanz Blick squarely said he didn't, MONTHS before, even wrote a book about it, and invaded Iraq. Within days of the invasion, they removed the government of Iraq, set another one in its place, and repealed the declaration to trade oil in Euros instead of dollars.

That's what this war is about. Not oil, not greed, not any other weird or sinister thing. The rest of the middle east is kind of on the fence about this whole Iraq thing. On the one hand they realy did not like Saddam, remember we put him in power. On the other hand, what he was doing was interesting by leaving the dollar trade in oil.

So Why are We Still in Iraq?

That my frend is the billion dollar question. And, I'm going to give you the answer, and it is not going to make any damn sense to you.

The reason we are still in Iraq is because American companies are making too much damn money to leave.

That's right. This is now, not about security, nor terrorism, nor pride, nor democracy. This is about huge, super huge companies, that are in control of the government that is bleeding us and Iraq dry. They have got their teeth firmly latched onto our necks and are not going to let go. They literally make a million dollars each month washing the clothes of the military over there. In fact, they made it a punishable rule that servicemen cannot wash their own clothes. They are drinking every last drop of blood we have and our politicians are letting them.

Conclusion

I wonder when they were briefing Obama, after he won, about these companies and the war, what his reaction was. I wonder if the was shocked, amazed or disgusted. Can you imagine win the seat to the most powerful position in the world and then being told that basically you have no power and that those days of the president issuing decrees and fighting congress are long gone. But, the show lingers on.

Anime Rant: Why I Hate the Writers of Naruto Punking Orochimaru

Creating the Fall Guy

In America, because Americans are all children and have the brains of infants, Hollywood tests and tests and tests and come up with the same result, "the bad guy can never win." Regardless that congress rapes us daily. Regardless that Wall Street pillages the land of tax payer dollars and we take it, day in and day out, we can never be presented with even the hint of reality in a movie. Test groups can't even tolerate the bad guy even getting the upper hand during the movie. They are so childlike that it is enough that you say "this is the bad guy" and then proceed with the movie.



In Asia it is no problem to present a movie where the bad guy walks away scott free. However their reality is quite different. Over there bad guys don't get away with it. So to see a bad guy win, IS the fantasy. Over here, we are surrounded by incompetent police incompetent leaders, incompetent military. They lock up regular citizens and give the excuse that they broke the law. The actuality is that 75% of the time the law was an infraction that is so inconsequential that locking a citizen up for it, IS the crime. But, they do that to hide their own incompetence, their own inability to stop real crime.

For 50 years they have claimed they needed to lock up 20 times the Americans they used to lock up, all in the name of our safety. When in fact 90% of those they locked up were no evil to begin with and the real criminals are free to do whatever they please. The police know they can't get to them. The criminals know the police are incompetent, and no one can change that.

Knowing this then, why can't Americans tolerate seeing a bad guy win? Because they are children and can't handle the truth. The people they pay to keep them safe have failed and they do not want to be reminded of it. And, the powers that be will not show it to them and avoid it, al all costs.

So what's my anime rant about? In Naruto they presented the ultimate bad guy as Orochimaruo. Orochimaru was the most powerful ninja. He knew every jutsu there ever was. He even invented his own. He even knew the forbidden jutsu. He used to belong to the all powerful band of outlaw nijas known as the Akatsuki. In fact he was so beyond them that he left them and truely went on his own. He was so powerful that he attacked a country, with his army, all by himself, something normally a whole country would have to do, to even be assured of success. He also was and is one of the 3 legendary ninja in all of the world of Naruto.

With all of that said why oh why would they all of a sudden make him look like a chump? I mean, the guy can bring people back to life. The guy discovered the immortality jutsu. His own retainer even said he could literally take over the entire Naruto world.

Now my problem isn't that the author wants to all of a sudden go with a different bad guy. My problem is, don't build up Orochimaru to not just be a powerful bad guy, but build him up to be a god and then make the new bad guy just have an illusion power.

The problem is they already explained in the series that one illusion user cannot ensnare another illusion user. One would have to be superiorly more powerful to best another illusion user. Now, under normal circumstances that wouldn't be impossible, but we're talking about Orochimaru vs and Uchiha.

Yes, it's great that the Uchiha have an illusion power, but Orochimaru is now on his 3rd body. The other 2 legendary ninja are also facing the ravages of time. The female legendary ninja, now the leader of the Hidden Leaf Village, has been shown to use potions to keep herself looking young well beyond her years. So all 3 of them have lived probably 2 generations of a normal human, if not 3. Also, Orochimaru put an entire country under his illusions. He defeated ninja leaders of multiple countries, all at the same time, single handedly. So excuse me if I think it's ridiculous that some 20 year old and his younger brother, 14 years old, put the legendary ninja Orochimaru under an illusion. It's like Hitler or George W Bush fighting Jesus. I mean, they're both bad guys and super powerful, but ... come on, it's Jesus we're talking about.

I thought the Japanese wouldn't fall for the "the bad guy loses" shtick. First of all we're talking a world filled with nothing but ninjas. None of them are "good guys" in any objective sense. There are countless ways to write out and all powerful character anyway. They could simply say he got bored of the world and went somewhere else. Isn't that what gurus do anyway?

Just stop it with the "Bram Stoker's all powerful Dracula is killed by a toothpick from some 3rd rate cop that can barely read". The world doesn't work like that and don't piss on my leg and tell me it's raining.

Woman Body Checks the Pope and his Cardinal

The "Unbalanced Woman in Red"

Today Christmas Eve as the pope, Benedict XVI, proceeded up the isle to deliver his Christmas Mass, an "unbalanced woman" jumped the guard rail and lunged at the pope. She knocked him down as well as Cardinal Roger Etchegaray. Pope Benedict, 82 got back to his feet immediately doing a ninja flip. However, poor Cardinal Etchegaray was rushed to the emergency room. They immediately took the lady into custody. They found no evil intent.



Pope Benendict went on to deliver mass as usual. Oh, scratch that. Mass was delivered 2 hours earlier than usual, i.e. 12a.m., at 10 p.m.. This was to allow the pope to rest a bit before his hectic schedule of flying around the world in the pope mobile delivering presents to boys and girls, said a Vatican spokesperson.

The Rights of the Father: David Goldman Wants His Son

Goldman May Have an Early Christmas Present

The supreme court of Brazil has handed custody of Sean Goldman, now 9 years old, over to his father David Goldman. The two were seen boarding a plane at 9 am this morning, Christmas eve.

If you are unfamiliar with the case, here are the facts. David Goldman and his wife,Bruna, had a child Sean Goldman. The two got divorced. Here is where everything gets ugly. The wife went back to her homeland, Brazil, and remarried there, to a powerful attorney, João Paulo Lins e Silva. She took Sean Goldman with her, abducting him, thinking never to return. The lawyer-husband did adopt Sean. The wife died in childbirth to a new child of the lawyer-husband.[karma?] David Goldman sued for custody of Sean Goldman. Actually, David Goldman had been fighting to get Sean Back since 2004 since the divorce and child abduction. The family of the now widowed husband, the Silvas, refused to give custody of the child.



The supreme court of Brazil stepped in, since it is an international case. The United States and Brazil are signatures to the Hague Convention. This was a clear case of international abduction. They had first decided to keep the boy in Brazil while they made a determination and whether or not the boy would be allowed to testify before a court of law.

I believe that had this case been in America, the courts would have immediately granted custody to the blood father, since he can never waive his rights. The father, David Goldman made plea after plea to return his son back to him. For the Brazilian family to refuse custody, I feel, is shameful. Regardless of the fondness they developed for him, Sean Goldman, it doesn't take away the fact that his biological father was stripped of 5 years of his son's life and had been fighting to get him back the entire time. They should have gladly given the son back. Shame on the daughter for kidnapping the child away from the father.

Well, this story has a happy ending. God bless David Goldman and his son Sean Goldman.
