Never Get Another DUI

Beating the Cops at Their Own Game


If you've been following along, in this blog, you know that I have a sweet spot in my heart of hearts for pi ... uh co .... uh ociffers of the law.  I have time and time again told you how, through diligence, hard work and sheer intelligence, the popo have thwarted major top brass criminals and brought them to justice through expert police work.  I have tirelessly pointed out how they are NOT corporate shills, enforcing made up laws, for the sole purpose of throwing countless Americans in jail, simply to generate money for private corporate jails across the land.

Case in point, DUI.  Everyone knows that we definitely needed an entire separate legal system and laws for people who drive their cars and hit people... wait, I mean people who drive their cars and hurt people ... wait, I mean people who drive their cars and are erratic  ... and uh, were drinking?  Hmmm!  We needed separate laws for people who drive their cars and could possibly hurt people?  Wait, we needed separate laws for people who had their back tail light about to go out, and were stopped by police, and smelled of alcohol and the police psychically knew they were going to hurt someone, just cuz?  No no no, I got it!  We needed separate laws for people who the police psychically knew could possibly, potentially hurt someone, since they smelled ... kinda ... of alcohol "wink wink" and thus we needed to throw out the constitution and demand MANDATORY SENTENCES for them.  THERE WE GO LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!

So, obviously I'm being sarcastic.  There is, was, never had been a need for additional laws for people driving who hurt people, regardless of their alledged smelling of alcohol, other than the police being the lap dogs of private corporate prisons who definitely need more money.  DUI is a scam, plain and simple.

So, what can I do for you?  Buy your own breathalyzer.  You want to beat police at their own game?  Breathalyze yourself before they do, so you know exactly what your B.A.C. (blood alcohol content) is.  When everyone was getting stupid speeding tickets, that they knew were bogus, they bought radar detectors.  Now, people who know that DUI is the number one way police departments and local governments generate tons of cash from their citizens are buying their own breathalyzer.

Conclusion


People never got another DUI after buying their own breathalyzer.  It's easy to carry and you should never leave home without it.  You never know when someone will call you to ask you to stop by and have a drink.  The legal limit in all 50 states is now 0.08% B.A.C.  There's no reason to ever get another DUI, when you can purchase this device.  Having  DUI on your record is a kick in the balls, and it destroys so many people's lives.  It's a shame that so many college students, freshly turned 21, promptly get a DUI and ruin their lives immediately.  Heck, buy one for your kid if he's in college yourself. 

Stop burying your head in the sand and wake up to what's going on out there.  The police are out there to get as much money from you as they can.  Do not give them a chance to get you on DUI.

Movie Review: The American "A Must Not Watch"

The American


This is a Gun and Two People in the Movie
So everyone hates Hollywood as much as I do right?  RIGHT?  I thought so.  And, apparently, so does  Director Anton Corbijn, but he's Dutch so...  Well, anyway, so he directed writer Rowan Joffe's The American.  He really really REALLY tried to make it minimalist, existensialist and super cool, right?  Yeah, so if I'm reviewing it, you know he failed.  I only review what I think are failed movies.  I'm kidding.  I'm sure I've given good reviews of something, somewhere.  I can't remember.  But this is not one of those, "oh my gosh, what a great movie" reviews.

So, Academy Award winner George Clooney stars in the title role of the American. He plays the role of Jack, a lone assassin. After a gruesom job in Sweden ends, he hidey holes in the a small medieval Italian countryside. Against his better judgement and wishes, he takes on an assignment to construct a weapon for a sexy yet cold contact, Mathilde (Thekla Reuten). To add another layer of suspense to the already "suspenseful" plot ,in the mountains of Abruzzo, Jack becomes the object of friendship of a local priest Father Benedetto (Paolo Bonacelli). To add even more layers to the already convoluted onion wrap, he gets embroiled in a torrid liaison with a "lady", Clara (Violante Placido). Jack and Clara's escapades turn into a somewhat nebulous romance, however it does offer an out from his current "profession".

So where does it fail?  The entire movie you have NO idea what is going on, who's on the screen, and why do you care.  It's as if they cast George Clooney so the audience would just feel like, "oh this must be a great, I don't understand a damn thing, but it must be great".  Basic storytelling dictates that you at least tell your listener / viewer who you're talking about.  This movie never tells you who the characters are.

While the settings are beautiful and the acting superb, there's just no movie here.  Who can watch a movie where they have no idea what the story is.  You don' t know who any single character is in the whole thing, nor what their motivation is.  Trust me, I don't like being spoon fed a story, but at least I'd like to know why the main character is going to be murdered.

Why so many inconsequential subplots?  The entire cast is all of just 5 people.  Outside of the main character, in the end, after remembering the movie, you suddenly realize that half the subplots were meaningless to the story and had absolutely no closure.

This is a: Must Not Watch.

Virginia Thomas Asks Anita Hill to Apologize

The wife of Justice Clarence Thomas [who is Black] (born June 23, 1948), Virginia "Ginni" Thomas [who is white], left a voice mail to Anita Hill's office [who is Black].  Ginni Thomas is a conservative activist who founded the organization Liberty Central.  Ginni is also described by friends and husband, Justice Clarence Thomas, as being deeply religious.  

Hill has maintained that she told the truth. Justice Thomas, meanwhile, has steadfastly denied her accusations.

Now, Virginia Thomas, the justice's wife, has rekindled the controversy by leaving a voice mail message at Hill's Brandeis University office seeking an apology.

"Good morning Anita Hill, it's Ginni Thomas," said the message left earlier this month, according to a transcript provided by ABC News. "I just want to reach across the airwaves and the years and ask you to consider something. I would love you to consider an apology sometimes and some full explanation of why you did what you did with my husband."

Hill, a Brandeis professor, told reporters that she held onto the message for nearly a week as she weighed whether it was legitimate. Eventually, she turned it over to campus police with a request that it be sent to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The FBI's Boston field office declined comment.

"I certainly thought the call was inappropriate," Hill, who worked for Clarence Thomas at the Department of Education and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commissions, said in a statement released to the Associated Press.

In her Senate testimony, Hill said that Thomas would make sexual comments to her at work, including references to scenes in hard core pornographic films.

"I have no intention of apologizing because I testified truthfully about my experience and I stand by that testimony," she added.

During the controversy Justice Thomas, then nominee Thomas, had this to say:

"This is not an opportunity to talk about difficult matters privately or in a closed environment. This is a circus. It's a national disgrace. And from my standpoint, as a black American, it is a high-tech lynching for uppity blacks who in any way deign to think for themselves, to do for themselves, to have different ideas, and it is a message that unless you kowtow to an old order, this is what will happen to you. You will be lynched, destroyed, caricatured by a committee of the U.S. Senate rather than hung from a tree."



On a side note, a politician wanting to hone in on the spotlight in this campaign season weighed in.  Lillian McEwen, a former Senate Judiciary Committee lawyer who said she dated Clarence Thomas from 1979 through the mid-1980s, Thomas then being 31 years old, said she was not surprised that Virginia Thomas would leave Hill a message, even after all these years.

"In his autobiography, Clarence described himself as a person incapable of doing what Anita Hill said he did," McEwen said in an interview. "He is married to a woman who is loyal to him and religious in a way he would like to be. This combination of religiosity and loyalty and belief that he is really the kind of person who he describes in his book would just about compel her to do something like that."

"The Clarence I know was certainly capable not only of doing the things that Anita Hill said he did, but it would be totally consistent with the way he lived his personal life then," McEwen said.

In a statement released this week to the Associated Press, Mrs. Thomas said she did not intend to offend Hill with the voice mail. "I did place a call to Ms. Hill at her office extending an olive branch to her after all these years, in hopes that we could ultimately get passed (sic) what happened so long ago," Thomas said in the statement. "That offer still stands, I would be very happy to meet and talk with her if she would be willing to do the same."

Hill had worked for Thomas at the Education Department and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. However Hill is not credible, because of a few things:

  • she first made her allegations after Thomas had been nominated to the high court, 10 years after she began working for him and only after she was contacted by congressional investigators
  • Other former colleagues testified on Thomas's behalf. Nancy Altman, who shared an office with Thomas at the Department of Education, testified that she heard virtually everything Thomas said over the course of two years, and never heard any sexist or offensive comment. Altman did not find it credible that Thomas could have engaged in the conduct alleged by Hill, without any of the dozens of women he worked with noticing it. 
  • Senator Alan K. Simpson was puzzled about why Hill and Thomas met, dined, and spoke by phone on various occasions after they no longer worked together. 
According to the Oyez Project, there was a lack of convincing proof produced at the Senate hearings.  After extensive debate, the Judiciary Committee split 7–7 on September 27, sending the nomination to the full Senate without a recommendation. Thomas was confirmed by a 52–48 vote on October 15, 1991, aged 43 years old, the narrowest margin for approval in more than a century.  The final floor vote was mostly along party lines: 41 Republicans and 11 Democrats voted to confirm while 46 Democrats and two Republicans voted to reject the nomination. Newspaper coverage of Thomas's private life was limited after he was confirmed.

Conclusion


It is my personal opinion that Anita Hill was lying.  After reviewing much of the then testimony, given by several women it amounts to, those with grevances were called upon, i.e. those who had been fired and disgruntled, and those who were coaxed by politicians testified, namely ONLY Anita Hill.  That fact alone should raise red flags for everyone in the nation.

Now as a Black man, Justice Thomas works against everything that Black people, like myself, work for, i.e. equality in all things and a level economic playing field for us to do business in, devoid of government interference.  As a Christian, Justice Thomas works against what is righteous.

There can be many allegations against the man's personal shortcomings, but sexual harassment is not one of them, in my opinion.  I do not feel he should have been nominated to the supreme court.  He has been a monumental failure for causes I believe in and serves as nothing more than a place holder.

For Blacks: But I'm Mixed not Black

Are You Ashamed of Being Black?


So many online websites now offer you the chance to make your own profile.  They give you the chance to personalize your profile and tell your story.  When it comes to the question of race though, many Black people balk at answering, even regardless of the fact that they have provided a picture.  I don't mean to pick on these people, but I am just observing a small fact.  I belong to probably more social websites than anyone on the face of the planet.  So, when I say I have experience, I truly do mean it.  I have observed this: For the most part Black people will insert "mixed" into their race status, instead of African American.

What is Black?


Due to the history of the country's bout with slavery most Black people feel ashamed of their ancestry, even if they don't even know their ancestry.  They assume they have slavery in their ancestry and therefore somehow they feel dehumanized and ashamed of being Black.  But, what is Black?  Pure Africans were originally shipped over from Africa as slaves during colonial America.  However, the purity of African genes, for the most part was diluted long ago.  Due to rampant rape by white people, most African slaves were "mixed".  There were no more pure Africans after a century of systematic rape.  Today's Black American is no more pure than Neapolitan ice cream.  It is nearly redundant then to say that a "Black" person, in America, is mixed.

Yet many Blacks feel they have to go out of their way to assure everyone that they are not "Black" but instead are "mixed".  I wonder how their "Black" mother or father feels about them being ashamed of being associated with being "Black".  It must be such a smack in the face, that they can't even begin to recover from.

Finally, the truth of the matter is, white people, whom these "mixed" Black people are trying to impress, see all Black people as "Black".  When they stand around the water cooler at work, they assuredly say "this Black guy was ...".  I have yet to hear a white person EVER describe a Black person as mixed.  Trust me, I have known close to half a million white people in my life, from all walks of life, all spectrums of philosophy, and all political outlooks.  None have ever described a Black person as anything other than "Black".  They are so very direct about Black vs white that they have called people that look completely Mexican, Puerto Rican etc ... you know swarthy light skinned people with curly hair, as Black.  A white friend of mine thought a very pale Black guy we saw, looked exactly like a very dark Black guy we had met earlier that evening.  He was convinced they looked the same.  This is a white guy that would give me the shirt off his back, so we're not talking some random racist white guy.

Are All Black Americans Descendants of Slaves?


I would highly encourage every Americanized African to research their own heredity and ancestry.  No, all Black people in America are not descended from slaves.  While there were slaves in America, it didn't take off like gang busters until after Shay's Rebellion, where white farmers, indentured servants, rose up against tyrannical taxes and foreclosure on their farms.  After this rebellion, Black, obvious, slaves were taken to ensure that the white rebellion would never happen again.  The rebellion was not over until nearly 1790.  The 13th Amendment which abolished slavery as we know it, was adopted and implemented nearly in 1866.  So slavery in America was basically only in operation for 70 years.  This fact alone staggers most Americans, because they think that slavery lasted for hundreds of years.

There was a sizable free population of Blacks in America before slavery took hold and while slavery was going on.  In fact, it was these free Blacks that helped shaped early American view points on the ugliness of slavery.  Some of the greatest American leaders back then were Black.  In American history next to Abraham Lincoln in terms of fame, Frederick Douglass is as famous and was of course Black, being an escaped slave.  He was a statesman, orator and author of many books.

Why the Shame to Be Black?


While kids today are mixing more with different races more than ever, they feel all the more ostracized on the issue of race.  They may play with whites and asians, but when it comes to self identity, they are afraid to admit they are Black.  Instead they wish to be "mixed".  While the white American has no problem admitting he's white, and the asian American has no problem admitting he's asian, the Black American seeks to be identified as mixed instead, although his white and asian buddy will see and describe him as "Black".

I personally know a Black guy who not only doesn't claim he's Black, but then turns around and talks about "Black folk".  Everyone of course laughs at him behind his back, but goes along with his racial tirades in front of his face.  He'll die alone.  It's a case of the Tragic Mulatto all over again.  I hope he doesn't commit suicide though.  I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

Conclusion


Be proud that you are Black.  Be just as happy for your asian and white friends.  They don't have a problem being white or asian.  And, as I have shown you, all Black people are pretty much mixed in America.  In fact, other than an African fresh off the boat, it is a rarity to find an Americanized African that is pure blood, going back 6 generations.  I would say it is impossible.  Stranger things have happened, but  I don't think there's a whole bunch of pure blood "Black" people in America.

Claiming to be mixed serves absolutely no purpose.  And, if you're ashamed of being Black, deal with that issue first, because obviously your race is affecting you more than you're admitting.

The New World of Warcraft Patch Before Cataclysm 4.0.1

New Player Race in Cataclysm Worgen
Unless you've been under a rock, yet playing world of warcraft, you should know that the big news is that the new expansion Cataclysm is coming up.  This is going to change the entire game for everyone.  The world ... of warcraft, as we know it, is going to be completely redone and changed.  An apocalypse is going to happen the likes of which is going to edit the entire map of Azeroth.  Volcanic eruptions and oceanic erosion is going to both destroy and age the entire world .... of warcraft, to such a degree that whole cities are going to be destroyed and famous dungeons are going to be wiped and / or completely changed.

But before this occurs, welcome to patch 4.0, the patch before the expansion.  In this patch the completely new system is being introduced for how the classes are going to operate.  Understand that this is an operational feat, and not, a free patch for all of the new content to come.  This means, all the classes are going to change, but not the actual world.  I assume for those who *gasp* might not buy cataclysm, or not buy it right away, *gasp* would be on the same system as those who stand in line at midnight to buy it. [insert eye roll here]

For those wondering why it skipped from patch 3.3.3 to 4.0.1, I don't know, I guess 4.0 doesn't sound as cool, or maybe they have to have a 3 digit patch number at all times.

General

    * Cataclysm Launcher Update
          o The new Cataclysm Launcher allows you to stream game data while you play. This will reduce the time you spend downloading, installing, and patching World of Warcraft. We'd like to get your feedback on the toolset and gameplay experience. Please head to the forums here for additional information.
    * Reforging
          o Players can now visit special Reforging NPCs in capital cities located near Enchanting trainers. 40% of any one secondary stat on an item can be can be allocated to add a new secondary stat to the item. The stat being added cannot already exist on the item. An item cannot have more than one reforged stat at a time, though the Reforging of an item can be undone and changed.
    * Copied Test Realm characters are not copied with their achievement history in order to better facilitate the character copy process.

Dungeons & Raids

    * Flexible Raid Lock System
          o All Wrath of the Lich King raids now use the new Flexible Raid Lock system. This system provides the opportunity for a character to defeat each raid zone's encounters once a week. A character may now complete the encounters during the week with different raids of either 10 or 25 players.
    * Icecrown Citadel
          o The Chill of the Throne effect has been removed.
    * Trial of the Crusader now uses the Dynamic Difficulty system found in Icecrown Citadel and The Ruby Sanctum.

Currency

    * PvE Currency Changes
          o All Emblems of Frost and Emblems of Triumph have been converted to new Justice Points.
          o Any dungeon or raid which awarded these emblems will reward Justice Points instead. Anything below Emblems of Triumph, including badges from The Burning Crusade dungeon and raid content, have been converted into gold and sent to players via the in-game mail system.
          o Any bosses players defeat that are level-appropriate to them award Justice Points.
          o All items that previously cost emblems or badges of any type now cost Justice Points.
          o Higher-tier Valor Points will be awarded to players who kill dungeon and raid bosses in the latest tier of PvE content after the launch of Cataclysm.
    * PvP Currency Changes
          o All Arena Points, Honor Points, Battleground Marks of Honor, Stone Keeper's Shards, Venture Coins, and Spirit Shards have been converted into new Honor Points.
          o Honor Points will be awarded instead of these currencies, with the exception of Arena Points.
          o Higher-tier Conquest Points will be awarded to players competing in each of the latest Arena or Rated Battleground seasons after the launch of Cataclysm.

Classes: General

    * Many class talents, spells, and abilities have been overhauled, added, or removed.
    * All spell and ability tooltips will now display damage averages rather than minimum and maximum damage potential. This feature is on by default but can be changed via the Display settings under User Interface options.
    * Ammo has been removed from the game.
    * The character levels at which classes gain new spells and abilities have changed.
    * Many item and class stats have been changed or removed.
    * Mastery rating has been added as a new stat which provides unique benefits for characters based on class and talent specialization. Mastery rating does not currently exist on items in the game, however, Reforging can be used to add Mastery rating as a secondary stat to existing items.
    * Rage has been normalized.
    * Spells and abilities no longer have multiple ranks and now scale with character level.
    * Talent trees have been altered. All player talent specializations have been reset, allowing for free re-specialization.
          o Each specialization has been reduced to a 31-point talent tree.
          o Players will now get a total of 41 talent points to spend.
          o Players will be asked to choose a specialization at level 10. Doing so will result in the unlocking of a spell or ability unique to that specialization, as well as one or more passive bonuses.
          o Once a talent specialization has been chosen, players may only place points in the primary tree until at least 31 points have been spent there.
          o The initial announcement regarding these talent tree changes can be found on our Cataclysm forum.

Death Knights




New Player Race in Cataclysm Goblin

    * A dedicated tanking tree (Blood) has been implemented.
    * The effects of Blood Presence and Frost Presence have been exchanged.
    * The way in which runes recharge has changed.

Druids

    * A new Eclipse mechanic has been added for druids.






Hunters

    * Five pets can now be stored with the hunter at all times. Any one of these five pets can be summoned via the Call Pet ability.
    * Focus has replaced mana as a new resource.
    * Hunters now start with a pet at level 1.
    * The Stable will now store 20 pets. If a pet is moved into the Stable, its talents are wiped.

Mages

    * There is now a new spell fly-out UI feature for mage portals. Clicking on the Teleport or Portal buttons will expand the list of choices available.

Paladins

    * Paladins now have a new resource bar.

Warlocks

    * There is now a new spell fly-out UI feature for warlock pets. Clicking on this single button will open up the list of available pets to summon.
    * Soul Shards have been removed from the game as items. Instead, they now exist as a resource system necessary for using, or altering the mechanics of certain spells.

Items

    * Resilience no longer reduces the chance a player will be critically hit by an opponent.
    * Durability: cloth, leather, and mail now have as many points of durability as plate, making the repair cost on death much closer to equal for all classes.

Professions

    * The glyph system has been updated to now feature three different types of glyphs. Many class glyphs have been added, altered, or moved to different glyph types.


User Interface

    * Spell Alerts have been added to notify players when procs on select spells and abilities occur. A visual notification will display around the character and the activated ability will be highlighted on the action bar.
    * The Arena Teams pane has been improved.
    * The Character pane has been redesigned. Character stats can now be shown or hidden via the Show All Details/Hide All Details button on the bottom left. When shown, all character stats will be visible in a window to the right of the pane. Stat sections can be reorganized by clicking and dragging them up or down the pane.
    * The Professions panes now have more filtering and search functionality, as well as buttons to easily link recipes in the chat frame.
    * A Professions screen has been added to the Spellbook to better display the details of a character's primary and secondary professions.
    * Many of the yellow System Messages that would display in the chat frame when leveling up have been removed.
    * New text animations now alert players as they level up, also providing information on when new talents, spells and abilities are available.
    * Professions and Class Trainers windows have been altered to more clearly display available and upcoming purchases.
    * New Raid frames are now. They can also be used in place of the standard 5-player party interface via the User Interface options.
    * The Spellbook interface has been improved for greater ease-of-use and visual appeal.

Graphics

    * Improved water and lava rendering system (Video Options - Liquid Detail on the Graphics Panel)
    * Dynamic Sunshafts effect (Video Options - Sunshafts on the Graphics Panel)
    * Multi-monitor support (Video Options - Monitor on the Graphics Panel)
    * OpenGL Hardware Cursor support for Windows (Video Options - Hardware Cursor on the Advanced Panel)
    * Experimental support for DX11 (enabled by passing '-d3d11' on the command line or adding SET gxApi "d3d11" to the Config.WTF file)

Cigar Guy's 15 Minutes of Fame are Over 10 Minutes Early

If you've been under a rock, you might not know who "Cigar Guy" is.  The internet creates personalities over the most unsuspecting oddities at times.  Take a photo and single out a guy with a weird expression and overnight he's a megastar on the internet.  The phenom come to be known as Cigar Guy is just such a happening.  What organically grew from a great photo, interestingly enough turned into a vast array of fake, doctored, photoshopped photos. What started out as probably the best photo in sports ever taken captured by The Mail on Sunday's Mark Pain, it showed Tiger Woods fluffing a chip at the Ryder Cup – his ball heading straight towards the camera lens.  Congratulations to the photographer, but what he didn't realize is that standing behind Woods was a wide-eyed spectator smoking a fat cigar and wearing a Groucho Marx moustache and ginger wig. Nicknamed 'Cigar Guy' he became an overnight internet phenomenon after the picture appeared in The Mail on Sunday and Mail Online last week.

Now begins the fame and fortune of poor Cigar Guy.  People took the image of him and photoshopped him into everything imaginable, and then some not so imaginable.  He was even made into a Simpsons character, Aqua Teen Hunger Force character and a Boris character.  He literally was photoshopped into both the first Lincoln photograph ever taken and the Martin Luther King Jr. "I have a dream" speech.  There is nowhere that Cigar Guy couldn't be seen.  Secret Service to President Bush, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and in place of Obama are all up for Cigar Guy to replace.  [ I wish he would replace them in real life, but that's a WHOLE nother blog, isn't it, am i right? ] 

However, this week, the meme phenomenon was done away with, when Cigar Guy was tracked down and interviewed.  He was outed by the very organization that originally captured him in a picture.  It was revealed his name is  Rupesh Shingadia, a 30-year-old investment analyst in the City.  He lives with his mom and dad in London.

While millions had fun with him and some even proposed marriage, once he was outed and his real story revealed, it killed the meme phenomenon of Cigar Guy.  His fame was short lived and his 15 minutes, cut short.

Well we had fun while it lasted.  And, for those not in the know of the internet and why I'm saying it was short lived, seeing as it went on for a whole week, you might not know that some meme's go on for years and grow and grow.  For those who can remember and are true computer geeks, remember that "All your base are belong to us" lasted for years, and people would prank church signs, McDonald's signs, motel signs to read "All your base are belong to us".  They then photoshopped pics to make road signs to look like that and went so far as to doctor the Budweiser girls to have their logo read "All your base are belong to us".  I grew until it just naturally died.  In fact it still goes on today to a small extent.  So a week of meme is nothing.  And, anyone that tells you that a meme doesn't go on for years, just doesn't know what they're talking about.

Oh and by the way, Rupesh Shingadia isn't a bad looking guy when he's not in fake wig, mustache and cigar hanging out his mouth.  So I guess the marriage proposals are warranted.  It's too bad Cigar Guy was killed.

Who's Behind the Anti-Revenge Message

The message is loud and clear, don't lash back at people, don't take revenge, turn the other cheek.  Oh, wait, some of that is found in the bible.  What if I told you these messages of not to take revenge on anyone is an orchestrated effort of the rich to keep poor people from rising up from the injustices that are hoisted on their shoulders daily?  What if I told you that even the bible is completely tampered with to reflect this "know your place and stay in it," message?  What if I told you the original text of the bible did not say anything about being a humble little servant and not speaking up for yourself?  What if I told you the rich play by completely different rules, and they visit evil on the world to get richer, and have brainwashed you and your children to make sure you don't get back at them and take back what's yours?

If the population were to suddenly wake up and stop being "humble" and "meek" and actually stood on their own two feet and took their ball and went home, the rich would tumble over night.

A very good example I have is my martial arts career.  I have trained in martial arts all my life, since I was 6 years old.  I had quite a few different teachers.  Each one had very very different philosophies on how to handle violence or a real life attacker.  90% of all the martial arts teachers would say "make sure if you get mugged to just hand over your wallet".  There was one school of martial arts I belonged that the exact opposite philosophy was in effect.  They were of the

War on Drugs = War on Blacks

The nightly news comes on. It has 6 segments.  Two of the segments are dedicated to sports and weather.  The other four segments are dedicated to indoctrinating our society into thinking a certain way.  Chief among these propaganda strategies is the ongoing notion that Black people are criminal.  Across the board, without a shadow of a doubt, Black people are less criminal than any other racial group.  Study after study shows that Black men are less criminal and less violent than their white counterparts.   However, on the nightly news there is an 85% chance that one or even two segments will be dedicated to showing a story of a Black criminal, not a citizen who's been arrested, but a complete criminal.  The news portrays the Black man as a savage beast that definitely needs to be jailed.

So complete is this brainwashing, that Americanized Africans, themselves, are starting to believe it.  I have heard church ladies say without blinking, "those negros ain't no good, they should be locked up anyway."  But, I ask you, locked up for what?

If Black men are less likely to be criminal, and less likely to be violent, then on what grounds are they being jailed?

When the 70s hit, the country was still in turmoil over the Vietnam war and in the throws of pain over the civil rights marches.  A survey was done to ask who was the chief proponent of unrest in America.  Categorically, all white people said Americanized Africans were the cause of all the turmoil.  Americanized Africans were even blamed for the Vietnam protest march on Washington, which was nearly entirely white.

The president and prison businesses across the land concocted a plan to land the Americanized African soundly and squarely in jail.  Enter the "war on drugs".   There were already anti-drug laws, but now the new policy was to vehemently go after drugs.  Mind you, this zealous policy to go after drugs, was only at the street level.  I have read report after report, that the importation of drugs is done none other than by the white house, congress and senate itself.  The amount of drugs imported into this country is a staggering number, that would be incapable of being done without, not only the consent of the U.S. government, but the full and supportive cooperation of the U.S. government.  But, all my sources can only say it is logical conjecture.  [probably in order not to get sued or harassed]

With the war on drugs being kicked off, new sentencing started coming down.  Mandatory sentencing for drug associated charges, were implemented.  Who ultimately benefits from this?  The population? No, for the most part, drugs at the street level are not an anti-social endeavor, as compared to robbery and murder.  In fact, one could say drugs are a very social thing.  The tendency is to do drugs WITH other people, not without.  And, contrary to what the mass media tells you, drugs and violence are a rare thing.  Most actual drug violence, happens at a much much higher level than at the street level.  Also, most drugs are consumed inside someone's home and not on the street. [the chic drugs are consumed mainly in party situations i.e. clubs or parties, and overwhelmingly by white people, not people with color]

The majority of the attention shifted to incarcerating the Americanized African.  Where there were very few Blacks in jails at the time, the Black population in jails across America skyrockted.  Blacks went from institutional lows to record breaking highs.  Where blacks were fairly represented in jails across the U.S., they were now becoming 1/4th, 1/3rd, and even 51% of the entire prison population.  This is where it stands today.

Absolutely noone stands up and says what is being done is unconstitutional and criminal.  Everyone is making billions of dollars, who are involved at the higher levels.  The Americanized African is being thrown in jail over drugs.  They are also facing mandatory sentencing, unconstitutional, and staying in jail much much longer.

Mandatory Sentencing

You have to understand, that a majority of these criminal charges involve extremely trivial matters.  A Black man is picked up, searched and a personal amount is found on his person [or planted in quite a few cases].  At court he is sentenced, by mandate, to years and years in jail.  When released, if he is ever found to have drugs on him again, that is far more many years.

Let's give you a scenario that is equal to this.  A Black man is found to have stolen a candy bar from a warehouse parking lot.  He goes to court.  The judge gives him seven years as his sentence.  Upon release, he is hungry again and steals a loaf of bread but is picked up.  He goes to court.  The judge, then gives him 15 years in jail.

This is exactly what is being done across the U.S. on a daily basis, but instead of a candy bar stolen off a warehouse parking lot, in the middle of nowhere, that could be written off without even a thought to it, the "crime" is someone about to go home and do drugs in their living room and go to sleep.

What people don't realize is that we all do "drugs" nearly every day and all day.  Drugs being, a substance you take that alters your state of mind, or body chemistry to achieve an effect: sleepiness, euphoria, relaxation, energy.  Even the president mentioned that drugs should not be criminalized.

The news always portrays legalizing drugs  as leading to anarchy and mass vehicular manslaughter.  But, what they leave out is that huge segments of the population already do drugs and there is none of this anarchy nor mass vehicular manslaughter.  But, we can assume that the media takes this position [which uh journalists aren't supposed to take a position, but so much for being impartial eh?] because they are fed that position by big business, who owns them.

It has been game, set, match for the Black man in America.  An overwhelming majority of Black men are incarcerated on drug related charges.  If you decriminalized drug use, jails would empty out of Black men.  Billions upon billions of U.S. dollars would be lost immediately by the U.S. government, state and local governments and private jails and prisons across the U.S.

The war on drugs has been done simply to execute the Black man.  Nothing more.

If your grandmother or grandfather gave you their car that they have had for twenty years, the average person would turn their nose up at such a thing.  In this article I want to show Black people how the rich, and by rich I mean filthy McNasty rich, keep the rest of us in the poor house, in terms of brain-washing us into thinking hand-me-downs are a bad or even terrible thing.

My father died when I was, oh not even had all my teeth come in yet.  My mother, luckily, was a pretty important person and could afford everything.  However, how she grew up never left her, and she tended to complain about things, although they didn't really affect us, namely clothing me.  So you know, although she complained, she had the money.  She was just so used to such abject poverty that she couldn't understand that, although she made X number of dollars a year, shoes cost $20 / $30 / $40 bucks for a kid.  Let's back up and see how she grew up.

My mother was the middle child of 15 children.  That's right, 15 children!  She did not have the luxury of going shopping for fall school clothing.  In fact, I don't believe they ever went shopping for clothes at all.  She did not own a pair of shoes, until the 6th grade.  All her clothes, including Sunday dresses, were all hand-me-downs from her older sisters.  And, those dresses were hand sewn by my grandmother anyway.  [ When I went to live with my grandmother for a year, she made me three suits from scratch, and she never took a measurement. ]

Now let's think about the situation.  All my mother's life, all her clothes were worn by her older sisters, and she in turn handed down those same clothes to her younger sisters.  Nowhere did they ever go shopping for school clothes.  Imagine for a second, you moms and dads, never going clothes shopping for your children.  Now, I want you to actually sit down and calculate 18 years, including the baby years, of how much money you would KEEP if you never had to buy a single piece of clothes for your children, nor shoes.

Let's go back to my original scenario of your grandparents giving you their car.  In this case I have a real live scenario.  My girl friend [ just a friend ] who is white, got her car from her mother, who bought a new car.  She turned around and gave her younger brother her truck.  Let's give their ages: the mother is ... probably in her 50s; my girl friend is 39; and her brother is 18.  So the brother goes to college with a truck.  He doesn't have to pay anything for it, except the taxes [ taxes includes insurance, which is just another tax ] and gas.  My girl friend doesn't have to pay anything for her car either.  Only the mother, and I assume father, have to buy the new car, but they are both in a much better position to do that, than either of the "kids".

Wealth Preservation

This is exactly what Black people are missing.  So many Black people are sold on the idea that they are individuals and what's mine is mine and what's yours is yours.  You will find that the higher up the economic food chain you climb, the less and less that statement is true, to the point that at the top of the economic food chain [ the real rich people ] there is not even a concept of "my sons have to go out and get their own job and house and money".  When the elite have children, they are simple their family.  Forever!  The son or daughter simply sits in the captain's chair when the father dies.

They don't move out.  They don't get their own house.  They don't buy their own car.  They don't pay rent.  They don't divide the family resources and give it to someone else.

That last statement is the key to it all.  Once you understand that your family simply expands with the addition of children, and weddings and grandchildren, you understand that your wealth must be maintained forever.  That wealth comes from the resources your family [ whole family ] has at their disposal.  A child [adult child] that would leave the house and go buy another house or rent an apartment and buy a car is virtually throwing away resources.

I was talking to a family member and they said, "you know us Black folk can't live together, we need our own space."  It is a completely false statement.  Black people have been living with each other for thousands upon thousands of years.  The Black sense of the family unit was intact until they started "integration".

With integration, the evils of advertisement took hold of the Black family.  In an effort to get EVERYONE to buy things, the definition of what it is to be American kept being redefined, redefined, to the point it now means, get your own house / car / stuff.  Buy buy buy!

Black people are 50% poorer than white people.  We cannot afford to buy buy buy.  We need to take home the message of wealth preservation.  We need to maintain the family unit forever.

The Real Hand-Me-Downs


Here's a brief list of things that would change your life if your parents or grandparents gave them to you, instead of you having to buy them.

  • clothes
  • shoes
  • purses
  • houses
  • land
  • china ware
  • pots and pans and skillets
  • kitchen knives
  • tables
  • chairs
  • furniture
  • tools
  • suits
  • wedding gowns
  • jewelry
  • gold
  • silver
  • coin collections
  • business
If you had your parents live with you, or grandparents and you virtually inherited their household, you would preserve so much wealth, just in terms of things, that it would kick you up several notches in wealth.  This is not to say, go steal your parents things.  This is to say, rethink your entire lifestyle.  If you have several households that your family is paying for, stop it.  Your children shouldn't move out of your house, until they get married and their spouse forces them to move.  Even then, if they get married, they can still live with you.

This stupid notion that children should move out of the house, was nothing more than businesses changing people's viewpoint to get them to buy buy buy.  Noone, no racial group, ever thought children should move out the house at 18.  It is a virtually new concept.  And, it is just a marketing ploy.  They keep reinforcing it, because they have to.  It is not natural for a caring parent, who loves their children, to all of a sudden say, "ok junior, get out".  They continuously bombard us with the idea that children should get out of the house, in movies, commercials, Oprah.

To have something, you have to keep something.  Even the poorest worker in America, if they kept all of their paychecks, has 1 million dollars go through his hands.  Imagine if that worker saved every penny he possibly could.  Then, his son saved his.  By the time the grandchild rolls around, the family is soundly rich.  But, you can't do that buying 10 cars in your lifetime.  You can't do that buying 4 houses in your lifetime.  You can't do that shopping for school clothes for fall and summer every year.  You can't do that buying cheap Chinese plates that chip and break every 2 years.  You can't do that buying pots that are so thin they burn every 2 years.  You can't do that paying for a baby sitter, or daycare that costs more than what your wife makes at her job.  [fool]  You can't do that sending your dumb kid to college, which you can't afford, and neither can he, going into debt, when he could have gone to a vocational school or professional school and come out making the family twice as much as the father.  You can't do that by sending your kid to college, only to turn around and get a job making some else rich, instead of opening up a family business or practice.
