From Bad Credit to Perfect Credit (VIDEO)

From Bad Credit to Perfect Credit (VIDEO)

credit score ratings
Listen to any Black comedian and  they'll joke that Black people have bad credit an white people have good credit, to the point that they have to trick family members to cosign to get their lights turned on.

While the jokes are funny, it highlights a real world thing, as comedy usually does. Poor people have a poor understanding of credit. Boom, ok, lesson is over. I'M JOKING. But, it's no joke, poor people have a poor understanding of credit.

In fact, what's really laughable, is how simple credit actually is, and to top it all off, how much it affects you.

Financial advisors will tell you, how perfect you have to be, to get a perfect credit score, but i'm here to tell you, with almost no income, you can have a perfect score. It's just a game, so let's play.

I'm about to tell you something none of the financial advisors will tell you. New creditors, don't care about old creditors. And, they forgive and forget. And, they're quick to do it.

What do creditors care about.

- you pay credit
- you pay on time
- you've paid debt for a long time

That's it.

Can you build credit with a bankruptcy or thousands in debt, bad credit? Yes. How? Make it look like you're a different person. Play the game and new creditors will literally assume, the old you, was just going through hard times.

In fact, they share info so much, they'll start offering you credit, if you switch up your credit habits.

How is the question, right?

Fake it.

What do i mean by fake it? Build credit, small scale, and they'll read into it, like you've done something big. The credit unions will report how wonderful you are with $20.

Let's start from the beginning.

No matter where you are financially right now, start small and build.

Get a secured credit card. You fork over $50 - $200 and they give you a credit card... not debit card, with a limit of how much you gave them. Here's what you do, put your cell phone bill on that credit card, on automatic pay. Something small, that you KNOW you will pay, every month. Then every month, on or before the due date, pay off that credit card.

I had a t-mobile phone, and my bill was $50 monthly. 6 months later, i got my deposit back on the secured card. 6 months after that, i got my credit limit raised. a year after that, it was raised again, to $1,000.

That's not that big of a deal, $1,000, but it made my credit score jump up. Because 2 things happened. I now had credit history, I had proof of payments, and my debt to credit ratio fell off a cliff. I went from owing $50 each month, compared to $100 credit limit, to $200, then $1,000. So at the end the $50 to $1,000 made me look like dadddy warbucks. 10 cool points if you comment who that is.

Here's part 2 of the game, because you just finished all 3 things I said creditors want. After you get your deposit back, now start opening up new credit cards. If someone offers you a card, with no annual fee, TAKE IT. More credit, means that debt to credit ratio will help it fall off a cliff even more.

Then, you can start getting sophisticated.

- open up a bank account and take out a loan, for $1,000. They know you can pay it off with your credit card. This gives you even more credit history.

- work your way up to an american express card, and repeat the putting your cell phone on it, and paying it off. Those you have to pay off each month.

So if we're keeping track at home, a year later, we have about 5 credit cards, a bank loan, we're pay on monthly, an american express card we have our cell phone on, we pay off monthly.  In 15 years you'll have a perfect credit score. I'm JOKING, it'll take about a year to 2 years. tops.

Right about now, you might be wondering, what can you do with a perfect credit score

- refinance your house for white people mortgage rates
- refinance your car
- apply for government grants
- open up a business, with a business loan, with your perfect credit score
- get store credit cards
- get big box do it yourself tools and supplies credit cards at a contractor rate

A perfect score pops the cap off a lot of things in life, and you can do this, even if you have bad credit on your record. Now the experts will tell you to pay those off, but if you're at the 4 yr mark, and this what i'm telling you is going to take 2 years, that's 6 years, go ahead and ignore it. BUT if it's relatively brand new, when you get all those credit cards, call up the companies and ask to reduce it, like 10 cents on the dollar, So a $1,000 debt, you ask if they'll take $100. They will. Because by the time you're calling, it's a debt collecting company. They're happy to get anything. They paid probably 50 cents to take your debt. It's all profit for them.

And, that's no joke.

Any questions?

Stronger by Prismo (lyrics) (1hour)

Stronger by Prismo (lyrics)(1hour)

Prismo
You stole my heart of gold
After my silver soul
Can you dig any deeper now?
I gave you all I owned
Put you on a golden throne
But I'm a little stronger now

[Pre-Chorus/Pre-Drop]
You cashed in all my promises
You know I'm too generous
Now I've learned to never help you out
Cause I'm done cleaning up your mess
Found myself in my regret
I've become a little stronger now
A little stronger now

[Chorus]
You cashed in all my promises
You know I'm too generous
Now I've learned to never help you out
Cause I'm done cleaning up your mess
Found myself in my regret
I've become a little stronger now
A little stronger now

[Post-Chorus/Post-Drop]
A little stronger now
A little stronger now
A little stronger now

[Bridge]
You cashed in all my promises
You know I'm too generous
Now I've learned to never help you out

[Pre-Drop]
Cause I'm done cleaning up your mess
Found myself in my regret
I've become a little stronger now
A little stronger now

Max Keiser: "Mitt Romney is a Liar"

Max Keiser: "Mitt Romney is a Liar"

With just a bit of simple math, knowledge of returns, knowledge of bond rates and a heavy dose of common sense, Max Keiser, of the Keiser Report, is able to deduce that Mitt Romney is not the less rich boy that he says he is. Why the deception? Because voting for a billionaire is far scarier than voting for a millionaire. With billions at your beck and call, you can literally fund your presidential campaign with pocket change.

Max Keiser of the Keiser Report
One would think that voting for a billionaire would be a good thing. That is, until the Obama administration has shown us that billionaires and millionaires alike, get in bed in government for one thing, corruption and political favors to make millionaires billionaires and billionaires ... well more billionairist.

The Voice Within (Video + Lyrics)

The Voice Within (Video + Lyrics)

"The Voice Within" is a song written by Christina Aguilera and Glen Ballard, with production by Ballard. It was released as the fifth and final single from Aguilera's second album, Stripped on December 23, 2003. The single peaked at #33 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming Aguilera's seventh Top 40 hit. The single also peaked at #9 in the UK and #8 in Australia. The single is most known for its simplistic, but critically acclaimed music video that was filmed in black and white as a single continuous camera shot.

"The Voice Within" was written by both Aguilera and Glen Ballard, and was produced by the latter. The album version extends the song about five seconds and blends it with the next track, "I'm OK". An alternate edit clocking in at 4 minutes and 26 seconds appears on the compilation album Totally Hits 2004. Aguilera did not want "The Voice Within" to be released as the fifth single. She was lobbying for "Impossible", a track from Stripped, which was produced by Alicia Keys, as she felt it would help her break into the urban market. RCA Records wanted to release a big ballad during the holiday season like they did the year prior with "Beautiful" and felt that 'The Voice Within' was the perfect candidate. Eventually, Aguilera's label made the final decision and the idea of 'Impossible' being the final single was scrapped.

The song's music video was directed by David LaChapelle and produced by LaChapelle Studio and MMG. It opens with a close-up of Aguilera and zooms out to her wearing a slip and sitting in an abandoned prop room. In one continuous black-and-white shot, Aguilera walks through several rooms, exits the building, and finally lays on a light box. The video was filmed at a deserted theater in downtown Los Angeles, California. It is inspired by neorealist works.[1] "The Voice Within'" was the eleventh video for Aguilera to appear on TRL. The video hit number one twice and spent thirty-seven days on the countdown. The video was nominated for three 2004 MTV Video Music Awards, Best Female Video, Viewer's Choice, and Best Cinematography.

The Voice Within Lyrics

Young girl don't cry
I'll be right here when your world starts to fall
Young girl it's alright
Your tears will dry, you'll soon be free to fly

When you're safe inside your room you tend to dream
Of a place where nothing's harder than it seems
No one ever wants or bothers to explain
Of the heartache life can bring and what it means

Chorus:
When there's no one else, look inside yourself
Like your oldest friend just trust the voice within
Then you'll find the strength that will guide your way
You'll learn to begin to trust the voice within

Young girl don't hide
You'll never change if you just run away
Young girl just hold tight
Soon you're gonna see your brighter day
Now in a world where innocence is quickly claimed
It's so hard to stand your ground when you're so afraid
(From: http://www.elyrics.net/read/c/christina-aguilera-lyrics/the-voice-within-lyrics.html)
No one reaches out a hand for you to hold
When you're lost outside look inside to your soul

Chorus
When there's no one else, look inside yourself
Like your oldest friend just trust the voice within
Then you'll find the strength that will guide your way
You'll learn to begin to trust the voice within

Life is a journey
It can take you anywhere you choose to go
As long as you're learning
You'll find all you'll ever need to know

(be strong)
You'll break it

(hold on)
You'll make it

(be strong, hold on)
Just don't forsake it because
No one can tell you what you can't do
No one can stop you, you know that
I'm talking to you

Chorus
Young girl don't cry
I'll be right here when your world starts to fall...

It's "Too Darn Hot" Ella Fitzgerald (video + lyrics)

"Too Darn Hot"

Here's an oldie but goodie, in honor of summer.  I live in vegas, so already I am suffering from turning into chocolate syrup already.  Here's Ella Fitzgerald singing Cole Porter's Too Darn Hot, enjoy.

Too Darn Hot - Lyrics

It's too darn hot!
It's too darn hot!
I'd like to sup with my baby tonight,
Refill the cup with my baby tonight.
I'd like to sup with my baby tonight,
Refill the cup with my baby tonight,
But I ain't up to my baby tonight
'Cause it's too darn hot

It's too darn hot!
It's too darn hot!
I'd like to coo with my baby tonight,
And pitch the woo with my baby tonight.
I'd like to coo with my baby tonight,
And pitch the woo with my baby tonight.
But brother you fight my baby tonight
'Cause it's too darn hot

According to the Kinsey Report
Ev'ry average man you know
Much prefers his love-y dove-y to court
When the temperature is low,
But when the thermometer goes 'way up
And the weather is sizzling hot,
Mister pants for romance is not

'Cause it's too, too,
Too darn hot!
It's too darn hot!
It's too, too darn hot!
I'd like to coo with my baby tonight
And pitch the woo with my baby tonight
I'd like to coo with my baby tonight,
Pitch the woo with my baby tonight
But brother, you fight my baby tonight
'Cause it's too darn hot!

According to the Kinsey Report
Ev'ry average man you know
Much prefers his lovey dovey to court
When the temperature is low
But when the thermometer goes 'way up
And the weather is sizzling hot,
Mr. Gob for his squab,
A marine for his queen,
A G.I. for his cutie-pie is not

'Cause it's too, too,
Too darn hot!
It's too darn hot!
It's too darn hot
It's too darn hot
It's too darn hot
It's too darn hot!

What's Going On? What's Happening Brother (extended video)

Marvin Gaye - What's Going On?

The Black man in America today is the most victimized of everyone today.  Because we as a community do not stand up for each other nor pool our resources, we are just lambs fit for slaughter.  What does that mean?  That means we Black people don't beat a path to a Black man's door who opens up a store, and therefore Black owned businesses have a MUCH higher failure rate than all other races.  That means we have no political power and the police and government does with Black men as they please.  Let's talk about likelihood - Black men are more likely to be thrown in jail for minor offenses and petty regulations made by a city or state; Black men are more likely to have to drop out of school due to lack of funding for education; Black men are more likely to not be hired for jobs they are qualified for; dark Black men suffer twice as much social injustice at the hands of not only whites, but other Blacks as well.  The father of social consciousness, Marvin Gaye, spoke about this 40 years ago.  While Martin Luther King preached about civil rights, he never touched on the whole picture.  We ascribe to Martin Luther King everything, when the reality is, he was as much of a pawn of the system as Obama is today.  Marvin Gaye on the other hand, was able to say exactly what he felt.  I present to you his song "What's Going On" and "What's Happening Brother".

Marvin Gaye - "What's Going On"
What's Going On is the eleventh studio album by soul musician Marvin Gaye, released May 21, 1971, on the Motown-subsidiary label Tamla Records.  Recording sessions for the album took place in June 1970 and March–May 1971 at Hitsville U.S.A., Golden World and United Sound Studios in Detroit, Michigan and at The Sound Factory in West Hollywood, California.

The first Marvin Gaye album credited as produced solely by the artist himself, What's Going On is a unified concept album consisting of nine songs, most of which lead into the next. It has also been categorized as a song cycle, since the album ends on a reprise to the album's opening theme. The album is told from the point of view of a Vietnam War veteran returning to the country he had been fighting for, and seeing nothing but injustice, suffering and hatred.

What's Going On was the first album on which Motown Records' main studio band, the group of session musicians known as the Funk Brothers, received an official credit. Featuring introspective lyrics about drug abuse, poverty and the Vietnam War, the album was also the first to reflect the beginning of a new socially conscious trend in soul music. What's Going On was both an immediate commercial and critical success and has endured as a classic of early-1970s soul. A deluxe edition set of the album was released on February 27, 2001, and featured a rare live concert shot at Washington, D.C.'s Kennedy Center where the singer was given the key to the city.

In worldwide critics', artists' and public surveys, it has been voted one of the landmark recordings in pop music history and is considered to be one of the greatest albums ever made.  In 2003, the album was ranked number 6 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.

In late March 1970, Marvin Gaye had fallen into a deep depression following the death of his singing partner and fellow Motown artist Tammi Terrell, who had died of a brain tumor earlier that month. Gaye refused to record or perform, going as far as to attempt an athletic career in football with the Detroit Lions of the NFL. After an unsuccessful tryout for the team, Gaye came in contact with musician Al Cleveland and the Four Tops' Renaldo "Obie" Benson, who were working on a politically conscious song called "What's Going On". Gaye assisted Cleveland and Benson in completing the composition, and planned to produce the song as a recording for the Motown act The Originals. However, Cleveland and Benson persuaded Gaye to record the song himself.

In June 1970, Gaye recorded "What's Going On" and his own composition, "God Is Love", which further expanded his inclusion of his spirituality in his music. Recording such material was a different direction for Gaye, who had previously performed and recorded radio-formatted and contemporary songs that were more representative of the Gordy-produced Motown Sound rather than politically or socially conscious music. When Gaye delivered the songs as the sides for his next 45-rpm single, his brother-in-law, Motown Records CEO Berry Gordy, Jr., objected to the material and refused to release the recordings. Though he had already permitted other Motown artists to record and release material that hinted at social and political themes – Edwin Starr's "War", The Temptations' "Ball of Confusion", both released earlier in 1970, and Stevie Wonder's "Heaven Help Us All", released later in the year – Gordy considered "What's Going On" far too political to be promoted on radio and too unusual compared with the popular music sound of that time to be commercially successful.  Gaye, however, stood his ground and continued to lobby his case to label executives and to Gordy, as he did not want to be bound by Gordy's or Motown's version of music.

In an interview for Rolling Stone magazine, Marvin Gaye discussed what had shaped his view on more socially conscious themes in music and the conception of his eleventh full-length, non-duets studio album:

In 1969 or 1970, I began to re-evaluate my whole concept of what I wanted my music to say... I was very much affected by letters my brother was sending me from Vietnam, as well as the social situation here at home. I realized that I had to put my own fantasies behind me if I wanted to write songs that would reach the souls of people. I wanted them to take a look at what was happening in the world. — Marvin Gaye

Gordy eventually gave in, certain that the record would flop. Upon its release in January 1971, "What's Going On" became Motown's fastest selling single at that point, going to the number-one spot on the R&B charts for five weeks and number-two for three weeks on the Pop listings, with "Joy to the World" by Three Dog Night retaining the top spot.

In 1985, writers on British music weekly the NME voted it best album of all time.  In 2004, the album's title track was ranked number 4 on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 greatest songs of all time.  A 1999 critics poll conducted by British newspaper Guardian/Observer named it the "Greatest Album of the 20th Century". In 1997, What's Going On was named the 17th greatest album of all time in a Music of the Millennium poll conducted in the United Kingdom by HMV Group, Channel 4, The Guardian and Classic FM. In 1998 Q magazine readers placed it at number 97, while in 2001 the TV network VH1 placed it at number 4. In 2003, it was one of 50 recordings chosen that year by the Library of Congress to be added to the National Recording Registry. What's Going On was ranked #6 on Rolling Stone magazine's 2003 list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time, one of three Gaye albums to be included, preceded by 1973's Let's Get It On (#165) and 1978's Here My Dear (#462).  The album is Gaye's highest-ranking entry on the list, as well as several other publications' lists.

Michael Jackson Video Footage Wanted by Dr. Conrad Murray

Michael Jackson's Last Days Wanted by Dr. Conrad Murray

The defense for Dr. Conrad Murray in the involuntary manslaughter case against Dr. Conrad Murray could possibly be shown footage of MJ in his last days before his death in 2009.  The last videos of Michael Jackson were so top secret, they were transported in an unmarked truck, accompanied by armed guards in the dead of the night ... this according to new docs filed in the Conrad Murray manslaughter case.

Michael Jackson
While prosecutors say that Michael died from an overdose of medication administered by Dr. Murrary, defense lawyers believe that the videos will show that Michael was already ill and physically weak.  Dr. Murray wants to see ALL of the rehearsal videos shot for the doomed "This is It" tour.  Murray's lawyers believe it could show Michael was in such a frail condition ... there were many reasons for his death other than Propofol.

Murray's lawyers subpoenaed the tapes, but now Sony Pictures -- which has possession of the videos -- is objecting for several reasons.  Sony claims there are more than 20 boxes of videos and it would cost $200,000 to log and reproduce all of them.  Sony Pictures owns the rights to the videos, which contains over 100 hours of unused video during Michael's filming of of This Is It documentary and are contractually obligated to not allow any footage to be released that will be show MJ in a "negative light."  But in the docs, Sony describes how top secret the videos were to the studio.  Sony lawyers say, "When they were transported to the Sony lot in Culver City, the transport in an unmarked truck was accompanied by armed guards in the dead of the night."

When the tapes were in an editing bay, security guards were posted outside the door and no Internet access was allowed in the room.  And a Sony honcho also submitted a declaration which says the videos "have a high monetary value inherent in their potential for future uses.  Those uses include one or more 'anniversary editions.'"

Unfortunately for Sony and for the Jackson estate, a judge can still force Sony to release the videos, which would help Dr. Murray's defense.

Lady Gaga: "The Edge of Glory" (Video)

"The Edge of Glory" (Video)

Here we present Lady Gaga's "The Edge of Glory Video" and lyrics are below the video.

Lady Gaga "The Edge of Glory"

The Edge of Glory Lyrics

There ain't a reason you and me should be alone
Tonight, yeah baby
Tonight, yeah baby
But I got a reason that you're who should take me home tonight
I need a man that thinks it right when it's so wrong,
Tonight yeah baby
Tonight, yeah baby
Right on the limit's where we know we both belong tonight

It's hot to feel the rush,
To brush the dangerous
I'm gonna run back to, to the edge with you
Where we can both fall far in love.

I'm on the edge of glory,
And I'm hanging on a moment of truth,
I'm on the edge of glory,
And I'm hanging on a moment with you,
I'm on the edge
The edge (6x)
I'm on the edge of glory
And I'm hanging on a moment with you
I'm on the edge with you

Another shot, before we kiss the other side,
Tonight, yeah baby
Tonight, yeah baby
I'm on the edge of something final we call life tonight
Alright, alright
Put on your shades 'cause I'll be dancing in the flames
Tonight, yeah baby
Tonight, yeah baby
It isn't Hell if everybody knows my name
Tonight, alright, alright

It's hot to feel the rush,
To brush the dangerous

I'm gonna run back to, to the edge with you
Where we can both fall far in love.

I'm on the edge of glory,
And I'm hanging on a moment of truth,
Out on the edge of glory,
And I'm hanging on a moment with you,
I'm on the edge
The edge (6x)
I'm on the edge of glory
And I'm hanging on a moment with you
I'm on the edge with you

I'm on the edge with you

I'm on the edge with you

I'm on the edge of glory,
And I'm hanging on a moment of truth,
I'm on the edge of glory,
And I'm hanging on a moment with you,
I'm on the edge
The edge (6x)
I'm on the edge of glory
And I'm hanging on a moment with you
I'm on the edge with you
With you (4x)
I'm on the edge with you
With you (4x)
I'm on the edge with you
With you (4x)
I'm on the edge with you

Isaiah Mustafa Old Spice Commercial

Isaiah Mustafa Old Spice Commercial

Isaiah Mustafa in Old Spice Commercial
If you haven't seen this great commercial staring Isaiah Mustafa, then I present it here for your viewing pleasure.  Of course the commercial is aimed at men, but it's aimed at men, who think that women will want a man that smells like old spice, so it's aimed at women who will aim it at men, so men will subconsciously buy it to get women.  What's really confusing is Isaiah Mustafa is half naked through the entire commercial.

So how is it aimed at men exactly?  Well, I'll tell you since, I happen to be a man.  The entire commercial is done using a technical feet called one take.  That's right, the actor delivering the script says the entire commercial all in one take.  As if that weren't super crazy technical, oh shiny enough for a guy, there's lots going on in that one take that is eye candy, and no I'm not talking about Isaiah Mustafa.  There is continuous morphing of not only Isaiah's clothing, but there's special effects in his hands and the background.  He goes from shower, to boat, to beach, to horse all in one take.  Meanwhile in his hand he has shower gel, clam, tickets, diamonds, shower gell all in one take.  Finally he has a deep manly voice delivered throughout the commercial, which, while deemed good to a woman, is something men would want to emulate for women.

Isaiah was nominated for an Emmy for this commercial, and NBC has signed him up for a show.  I consider it of utmost importance that the entire country outwardly is lusting after a Black man as the symbol of pure good and manliness, something kept hush hush for centuries now.  The video alone on youtube received 12 million hits since it was uploaded.  That is a complete viral number.
