Any Black person that supports Barack Obama is either insane or in denial.  He has consistently and openly said he will NOT support any Black issues, nor address Black unemployment staggering numbers, nor tackle any public policies that run counter to Blacks.

This man, again and again and again has intentionally come out AGAINST Black people.  And yet, he and his ilk take the Black vote as a given.

I will say it now, anyone Black, that votes for Obama is a fool and not an adult with a sound mind.  It's as plain and simple as that.  We have to start hiring each other, supporting Black businesses and removing politicians that will not listen to us, nor do anything about public policies against us.  And, yes that includes members of the congressional Black Caucus.  Not everyone in the caucus is honky dory with supporting Blacks, just because they happen to be Black.


More intelligent Blacks are running from Obama in DROVES.  The congressional Black Caucus is running from Obama.  Maxine friggin Waters is asking her constituents if it's ok to go against Obama and they, in a town hall meeting, yelled YES PLEASE DO.  Cornell West, who traditionally has called Obama "brother", has now come out against Obama.

It is not a minority of Blacks that are against Obama. Any Black American with a brain, is against Obama. And, why, you might ask? Because Obama is against US.  We have our eyes clearly opened and see it.

For the Blacks that still try to support Obama the real question is, WHAT DON'T YOU SEE?

Meet Your Local Libertarian Candidates

The two party system throws a lot of dust into the air and tries to make sure you are missing 3rd parties.  The reality is between democrat and republican, there is no real option or choice between the two.  They might say one is liberal and one is conservative, but the reality is that YOU the followers of these parties are the liberal or conservatives.  The truth of the matter is that, once in office, the candidates do absolutely nothing different.  A republican or democrat spends spends spends and makes sure they get re-elected.  A democrat is for big government and a republican is for big government.  Where is your choice exactly?

Well, there are far more choices now than say 20 years ago.  We have a true choice in the Libertarian party.  Let me clarify something before you automatically assume you understand the Libertarian platform.  Notice any derogatory comments made about the Libertarian party all come from republican / democrat shills.  They are never going to tell you fairly and squarely that the Libertarian party is what every candidate and politician should be after.  Government is supposed to be there simply to protect us from outside invaders and to smooth things out between parties, through judges, and criminals, through the police.  But in their zeal to make a bigger grander government, the democrats and republicans are trying to keep and control you form cradle to grave.  You don't like an issue, take it to the government.  It is the ultimate in mind control.

The reality is that the current parties wish nothing more than to control you and make sure you hand over your money to their nice wall street buddies that got them elected.  It is the ultimate class warfare, with us on the other side.  There cannot be now said that our government is not corrupt.  They cannot deny that they handed over trillions of our dollars, and debt, over to wall street, with the nice name of bail out attached to it.

But, the Libertarian party is here and is strong.  We stand for the constitution.  Imagine a world where you had no taxes whatsoever.  Imagine that you could open up a little shop of your own without having to pay exorbitant licenses and other secret taxes to keep your out of the market.  Our country to return to producing things instead of consuming what other people produced.  We were one of the best manufacturer of goods on the planet, but through the 2 party system America has been gutted.

Every election period we scream throw the bums out.  But the only thing everyone does is ends up electing the same damn person.  Who cares that it's a republican "woman".  She is the same thing as the democrat male.  There is no difference.  But the propaganda machine works over-time to make sure you don't see it.

Here are you local Libertarian candidates.  Contact them and get to know them.  America does not have to go down in a ball of flames.  America does not have to default on our own dollars.  It is a new day and we can see the sun behind these very very gloomy clouds that the democrats and republicans paint.

Met your Libertarians candidates, greet them, love them.  For, they are your best hope for a real future in America.

Lies of Democrats and Republicans

Libertarians in a Nutshell

Libertarians hold the most elected offices of all 3rd parties combined.  We aren't throwing any votes away.

The stranglehold that democrats and republicans have over the media and political marketing is the same propaganda you just regurgitated, i.e. don't vote 3rd party because xyz is terrible and you'll just be doing a disservice to the country.  That would be great if it weren't so patently clear that democrats and republicans feed from the same trough.  Succinctly, there is no actual choice between the two, they are one and the same.  They are both big government.

It's like this.  I was standing at the door of a club one night, talking to the doorman.  Over the course of an hour 1,000 people showed up to the door.  They all went inside, and looked around and said noone was there and left.  I pointed this out to the doorman after the hour was up.  He gave me a shocked look and nodded.  Had they stayed, the club would have had the busiest night ever and on a night when nothing else in the city was going on.

Not to be a fool, I encourage my Libertarian brothers and sisters to do the same.  Vote for our candidates, because the polling and evidence is clear, Libertarian is the closest to the constitution there is and the country is fed up with the big government parties.  If we stay the course, like the club, we will continually pick up those who think they are conservative and those who are fed up with the system that both taxes them to death and is only out to increase the government.

Libertarians started the tea party.  Fox news and other governmental organizations snatched it away from us when they saw people migrating to it EN MASSE. It was never a republican thing, it was a Libertarian thing.

So, look at the tea party.  Look at the numbers.  Again the republicans, trying to shut out libertarians, arrested the movement before it "got out of hand".  They put spin on it and claimed it was a republican thing.

Let's look at the tea party: Gallup reports that 28% of Americans consider themselves to be supporters of the Tea Party.  26% oppose it and the remainder – a full 46% of the population – either doesn’t know or doesn’t care.

Newt Gingrich Disproves Global Warming

I am no fan of Newt Gingrich, but in the video below he actually quotes and cites all his sources, those being of actual scientists and not just sound bites like Al Gore does: "the science is clear"; "the science is firm"; "there is no debating global warming"; "those who oppose global warming are like those who think the lunar landing was staged in Hollywood, a very small segment of scientists." What's more Newt Gingrich gives his credentials before speaking. He actually has grounds to say what he says, because he actually has credentials, where Gore was just Vice President, not a gleaming qualification to get the world in an uproar over man made global warming. I've actually dug up my own independent research, and everything Gore says is completely false.

• icebergs are melting [ yes in the summer they melt slightly every year, for the past 1 billion years]
• co2 emissions will make sea water rise 20ft in 30 years [completely false, and a prediction, not a fact, based on science that has been completely debunked due to a report that was falsifying information adding ANOTHER 20 degrees to the data]
• man made co2 is the cause of global warming [completely false, global warming and cooling is done by many factors, the least of which are sun spots and cloud cover that reflects heat radiation back to surface, HENCE our ability to actually live on the planet (what an idiot)]
• polar bears are dying and drowning [completely debunked, and the scientist that came up with the report has been since removed from office and is under investigation]
• there is a consensus that global warming is man made [over 10,000 scientists came out of the woodwork to personally sue Mr. Gore, stating there is not a consensus and that the science was completely false]
• global warming is readily apparent and temperatures are rising like a hockey stick [completely false, and debunked since they only used data over the past 100 years, go back to the middle ages and our temperatures seem like a spec of dust since temperatures during that time were MUCH higher, go back further and further and the middle ages are simply the normal cycle of global temperatures]
• I've submitted reports showing the science of global warming [all reports submitted to the UN and the IPCC have since been shown to have been falsified, a conspiracy to commit perjury and the data was not submitted to any peer review study]

This is just from the research i've read over.  Newt actually has other data than what I've dug up, but the two corroborate.

Gore is now worth nearly $200 million.  When he left office with clinton he was worth a mere $100,000.  Insiders have said all along this was all about money and global governance, i.e. a one world government.

They keep trying, but everything falls apart.  The EU was actually their first step, which was conceived some 30 years ago.  It is clamoring to stay afloat, but the model is completely flawed.  Spain, Ireland and portugal will be the next to fall, with Greece holding on for dear life.  We [ the federal reserve ] are pouring trillions into the EU, secretly.  They cannot stay afloat by themselves.  They are essentially already in a coma and noone is saying it.  Pull the plug and she's dead.

Registering Libertarian

Voting Libertarian

Many Libertarians, when considering whom to vote for president, a position they think is actually important, feel it is throwing away your vote if you vote for the Libertarian candidate.

It would not be very constructive for people who want to be in the Libertarian party to vote for people outside of the Libertarian party. 

Ron Paul is a Republican.  He always has been, and always will be.  He has made statements that show sympathy for the Libertarian and Constitution parties, but he is not a member of either one.  Do not ever put the Libertarian party in a position like the Black vote is today withe Obama in office.  That means, the Black vote is already spoken for as being for Obama, without any concessions nor any dialogue of what they want in the outcome.  Essentially the Black vote is taken for granted in the upcoming election for Obama.  Do not think that because Ron Paul says some conservative things, that he is somehow an adopted Libertarian and our votes become taken for granted as well.  It is dangerous territory to simply put your feather in someone else's cap without so much as an overture to them.  The only presidential candidate a Libertarian should be voting for, is the best possible representative of the Libertarian platform.  Ron Paul has not espoused the Libertarian platform and votes against it time and again.  Only a Libertarian candidate should be getting your Libertarian vote.

Membership in each party is as follows:

Democrat - 72 million registered members [ 2004 ]
Republican - 55 million registered members
Constitution party - 438,222 registered members [ 2008 ]
Green party - 305,000 registered members [ 2005 ]

Libertarian party - 200,000 registered members and more than 600 people in public office. including mayors, county executives, county-council members, school-board members, and other local officials. It has more people in office than all other minor parties combined.

As far as registering so that you can vote in primaries, a lot of states have changed their voting policies since Obama's election.  A lot of states have instituted OPEN primaries, meaning everyone can vote.  I expect more changes will come as tea party mania increases.

Some Libertarians feel it is imperative that they vote for Ron Paul instead of voting for the Libertarian Candidate.  Although these are all adults, they do not understand politics nor the environment they find themselves in.  While they might believe in everything Libertarians stand for, they are still under the tremendous propaganda the democrat and republican party puts out: a vote for a third party is a wasted vote.  This is a mantra that is spoken OVER AND OVER by the media and the 2 political parties.  It has one objective at the end of the day, to quash 3rd parties.  What people do not understand is, if you vote for a third party, it gives an honest look at what the country actually feels.  Once you vote Libertarian, others might come out of the closet and also vote Libertarian.

Some people are just too afraid to be the first ones to vote for a third party..  As you can see by the list above, the other third parties have nowhere near the actual seat holders that the Libertarian party does.  Obviously, people feel confident and comfortable with actually voting Libertarian.  Now, we simply have to get people to register Libertarian so that national polls can reflect what the country feels.

I have always said that all Black people in America should register / vote Libertarian.  It is the only party that would give Black Americans a fair chance to go where we need to go and do what we need to do unhindered.  As it stands now, most Blacks cannot open their own business because of the tremendous road blocks government puts in our way.  Under a Libertarian government, most, if not all, of those road blocks would be removed.

This year's list of 2012 Libertarian Presidential Candidates looks like this so far:

  Roger Gary (right)

  Roger Gary - elected to the San Antonio River Authority where he served as Director. Serving as State Chair of the Libertarian Party for Texas.

  Carl Person

  Carl Person - Served as an attorney. 75 years old. He previously tried to gain a nomination in 2006 with the Green Party for for Attorney General of New York state, the same position he ran for in 2010 withe the Libertarian party. Perhaps he's not actually a Libertarian?

  R. Lee Wrights

  R Lee Wrights - a lifetime member of the Libertarian Party and a past vice chair of the Libertarian National Committee. Wrights has pledged that 10 percent of all donations to his campaign will go toward ballot access.

• 

  R J Harris

  R J Harris* - a twenty-year Oklahoma Army National Guard Officer serving on his forth overseas deployment.  He is actually a Republican and playing a dangerous game with the Libertarian party where he is trying to ensure that Ron Paul receives the Repbublican nomination.  Should Dr. Paul, not receive the nomination he hopes Americans will look at him as an alternative.  Should Dr. Paul receive the nomination he will step down, removing the Libertarian party out of the running altogether.  Only a fool would nominate this guy.

  Gov. Gary Johnson

  Gary Johnson* - A Republican that has acted more Libertarian than most Libertarian Candidates.  He cut the 10% annual growth in the budget by using his gubernatorial veto on half of bills in the first six months. His use of the veto over his two terms gained him the nickname "Governor Veto". He sought re-election in 1998, winning by 55% to 45%. In his second term, he concentrated on the issue of school voucher reforms, as well as campaigning for marijuana decriminalization. During his tenure as governor, he adhered strictly to an anti-tax, anti-bureaucracy program, and set state and national records for his use of veto powers:[4] more than the other 49 contemporary governors put together. Term-limited, Johnson retired from politics at the end of his second term. He rebuffed efforts by the Libertarian Party to draft him in the 2000 presidential election. Possibly could be drafted again since he is well behind Mitt Romny and Ron Paul.

Police Get Big Sentences in Katrina Shooting Cover-Up

Police Convictions in Katrina Shootings, Cover-Up

NEW ORLEANS—Five current or former police officers were convicted Friday of federal civil rights charges related to deadly shootings on a New Orleans bridge after Hurricane Katrina. In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, police planted a weapon and made up witnesses in order to cover up the shooting deaths of two civilians. Ex homicide detective Jeffrey Lehrmann secretly gathered evidence against his fellow police officers by wearing a wire, faced them in court and described how they covered up the shooting and framed an innocent man. Survivors and witnesses of the shooting police after hurricane Katrina said that none of the civilians were armed during the shooting.

Victim's Family Member Cries at Testimony

SGT. KENNETH BOWEN

Bowen, 37, was in the passenger seat of a rental truck that police drove to the Danziger Bridge in response to an officer's distress call. Former officer Michael Hunter, who was driving the truck, testified he saw Bowen lean over a concrete barrier on the east side of the bridge and randomly spray gunfire at wounded, unarmed people. Bowen was convicted in the fatal shooting of 17-year-old James Brissette, and of stomping on a dying, mentally disabled man, 40-year-old Ronald Madison, on the west side of the bridge. He's been on leave without pay due to incarceration.

SGT. ROBERT GISEVIUS

Gisevius, 39, was one of several officers in the rear of the rental truck when it arrived at the bridge. He allegedly fired an assault rifle on the east side of the bridge, where five people were shot, one fatally. But the weapon wasn't turned over to investigators. Jurors convicted him in the fatal shooting of Brissette -- jurors didn't have to decide whether Brissette was murdered because they didn't hold any of the defendants individually responsible for causing his death. Gisevius also was convicted of taking part in a cover-up. In 2009, the FBI secretly taped a conversation in which Gisevius shared his suspicion that someone was leaking information to federal investigators. He's been on leave without pay due to incarceration.

Cop Shooting People on Bridge

Villavaso, 34, also arrived at the bridge in the rear of the rental truck. A firearms expert who testified for the government said he matched nine ammunition casings found at the bridge to an assault rifle used by Villavaso. Jurors convicted him in Brissette's shooting and the cover-up. During a conversation recorded by the FBI, Villavaso repeatedly insisted he saw a civilian with a gun on the bridge. He's been on leave without pay due to incarceration.

EX-OFFICER ROBERT FAULCON

Faulcon, 47, was convicted in Brissette's shooting and found guilty of fatally shooting Madison on the west side of the bridge. But the jury decided Madison's killing didn't amount to murder. Faulcon, the only defendant to testify during the trial, said he was "paralyzed with fear" when he shot Madison. He didn't dispute that he shot an unarmed man in the back with a shotgun, but he said he believed Madison posed a threat as Faulcon chased him and his brother, Lance Madison, down the bridge. Faulcon left the police force shortly after the hurricane and took a job as a truck driver.

Officers Sentenced in Murders

Kaufman, 55, who was assigned to investigate the shootings, was convicted of participating in a cover-up to make the shootings appear justified. Prosecutors said he fabricated witnesses, falsified reports and planted a gun. Kaufman's attorney tried to shift blame to former Lt. Michael Lohman, who was the ranking officer on the bridge, and Sgt. Gerard Dugue, who also investigated the shootings. Lohman pleaded guilty to participating in a cover-up. Dugue is scheduled to be tried separately later this year. Kaufman, who was not charged with participating in any of the shootings, retired from the police force earlier this year.

In a deal with prosecutors last year, Lehmann agreed to wear a wire to record several meetings he had with Gisevius. Judge Kurt Englehardt allowed that the information obtained will be admitted in court.

Lehrmann said they did it to protect themselves “from legal ramifications,” as he helped them justify their actions. And then when investigators entered Kaufman’s Colt revolver into evidence, they reported they had confiscated the gun from Lance Madison, whose brother was killed at the scene and they arrested him and for attempted murder of police officers.

“These are big charges against a man who’s never been arrested,” Lehrmann said on the witness stand.

Lehrmann said he and Kaufman also made up 2 witnesses, Lakeisha Smith, who supposedly stated she saw Ronald Madison reach into his waistband for something before being shot, and James Youngman, whose statement said he saw young men shoot at police and then flee over the Danziger Bridge. Neither Smith nor Youngman exists.

Pope Addresses Rising Food Prices

Pope Benedict XVI addressed the annual conference of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, and expressed particular concern over rising food prices and the instability of the global food market. In his 2009 encyclical Caritas in Veritate, the pope issued this challenge: “The problem of food insecurity needs to be addressed within a long-term perspective, eliminating the structural causes that give rise to it and promoting the agricultural development of poorer countries.”

Acton’s Director of Research Samuel Gregg has done much to illuminate those structural causes and their effects on the agricultural capacity of developing countries. In an interview with EWTN two months ago, he talked about two of the most important drivers of high food prices: farm subsidies and energy costs.

“All the subsidies that go into agriculture—through things like import taxes and tariffs, as well as direct subsidies—have the paradoxical effect of reducing the incentive for investment in agriculture in developing countries,” said Dr. Gregg. African farmers cannot compete with their counterparts in the first world who are able to sell their produce at artificially low prices, and so developing countries end up turning away from food production. In the long run, this decrease in supply causes prices to rise.

Energy prices also affect the cost of food: the more a farmer pays for gasoline, the more he has to recoup from the sale of his crops. Again, market imbalances are causing prices to rise—OPEC, the cartel that controls a substantial amount of the world’s crude oil, determines its supply, and so “there’s a disparity between supply and demand,” Dr. Gregg explained. “OPEC and other oil-producing countries introduce a whole range of price distortions into the energy sector, resulting in higher prices”

U.S. energy policy is also to blame: from drilling moratoriums to ethanol subsidies, the federal government has effectively introduced inefficiency to energy markets.

Developing countries must be allowed to produce food without being undercut by Western protectionism and too-costly energy. When free markets are hindered, the poor suffer most.

Now, the wildlife biologist is on administrative leave and facing accusations of scientific misconduct.

The federal agency where he works told him he was on leave pending the results of an investigation into "integrity issues." A watchdog group believes it has to do with the 2006 journal article about the bear, but a source familiar with the investigation said late Thursday that placing Monnett on leave had nothing to with scientific integrity or the article.

The source, who was not authorized to speak publicly about the ongoing investigation, wouldn't comment further.

The watchdog, Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility, filed a complaint on Monnett's behalf Thursday with the agency, the U.S. Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement.

Investigators have not yet told Monnett of the specific charges or questions related to the scientific integrity of his work, said Jeff Ruch, the watchdog group's executive director. His group released excerpts of interviews investigators conducted with Monnett and fellow researcher Jeffrey Gleason, in which they were questioned about the observations that led to the article.

Whatever the outcome, the investigation comes at a time when climate change activists and those who are skeptical about global warming are battling over the credibility of scientists' work.

Members of both sides, however, said that it was too early to make any pronouncements about the case, particularly since the agency has not yet released the details of the allegations against him.

Myron Ebell, of the Competitive Enterprise Institute, said the case reinforces the group's position that people should be more skeptical about the work of climate change scientists.

A Polar Bear Can Swim for 60 Miles

Even if every scientist is objective, "what we're being asked to do is turn our economy around and spend trillions and trillions of dollars on the basis of" climate change claims, he said.

Francesca Grifo, director of the scientific integrity program for the Union of Concerned Scientists, said she's not alarmed by the handling of the case so far.

Grifo said the allegations made in the complaint filed by Ruch's group are premature and said people should wait to see what, if anything, comes of the inspector general's investigation.

Beyond the climate change debate, the investigation also focuses attention on an Obama administration policy intended to protect scientists from political interference.

The complaint seeks Monnett's reinstatement and a public apology from the agency and inspector general, whose office is conducting the probe.

The group's filing also seeks to have the investigation dropped or to have the charges specified and the matter carried out quickly and fairly, as the Obama policy states.

BOEMRE, which oversees leasing and development of offshore drilling, was created last year in the reorganization of the Interior Department's Minerals Management Service, which oversaw offshore drilling.

The MMS was abolished after the massive Gulf of Mexico oil spill. The agency was accused of being too close to oil and gas industry interests. A congressional report last year found MMS Alaska was vulnerable to lawsuits and allegations of scientific misconduct.

The agency announced steps to improve.

The Polar Bear Report was a Scam

On July 18, BOEMRE told the longtime Anchorage-based Monnett that he was being put on leave, pending the investigation, according to the complaint. BOEMRE has barred Monnett from speaking to reporters, Ruch said.

Monnett could not immediately be reached Thursday.

His wife, Lisa Rotterman, a fellow scientist who worked with Monnett for years, including at BOEMRE's predecessor agency, said the case did not come out of the blue.

Rotterman said Monnett had come under fire in the past within the agency for speaking the truth about what the science showed. She said the 2006 article wasn't framed in the context of climate change but was relevant to the topic.

She feared what happened to Monnett would send a "chilling message" at the agency just as important oil and gas development decisions in the Arctic will soon be made.

"I don't believe the timing is coincidental," she said.

Rotterman said Monnett's work included identifying questions that needed to be answered to inform the environmental analyses the agency must conduct before issuing drilling permits.

"This is a time when sowing doubt in the public's mind about whether those findings can be trusted or not, that makes people think, I don't know what to believe," she said.

Monnett coordinated much of BOEMRE's research on Arctic wildlife and ecology, had duties that included managing about $50 million worth of studies, according to the complaint.

The agency said other scientists would manage the studies in his absence.

Cinder Blocks around the Necks of Polar Bears was Suspicious

According to documents provided by Ruch's group, which sat in on investigators' interviews with Monnett, the questioning focused on observations that he and researcher Jeffrey Gleason made in 2004.

At the time, they were conducting an aerial survey of bowhead whales, and saw four dead polar bears floating in the water after a storm. There were other witnesses, according to Ruch, and low-resolution photos show floating white blobs.

Monnett and Gleason detailed their observations in an article published two years later in the journal Polar Biology. In the peer-reviewed article, they said they were reporting, to the best of their knowledge, the first observations of the bears floating dead and presumed drowned while apparently swimming long distances.

Polar bears are considered strong swimmers, they wrote, but long-distance swims may exact a greater metabolic toll than standing or walking on ice in better weather.

They said their observations suggested the bears drowned in rough seas and high winds. They also added that the findings "suggest that drowning-related deaths of polar bears may increase in the future if the observed trend of regression of pack ice and/or longer open water periods continues."

The article and presentations drew national attention and helped make the polar bear a symbol for the global warming movement. Former vice president and climate change activist Al Gore mentioned the animal in his Oscar-winning global warming documentary, "An Inconvenient Truth."

2001 - 2010 Sees Record Low Temperatures

The complaint said agency officials harassed Gleason and Monnett, and that they received negative comments after the journal article. Gleason took another Interior Department job; he didn't respond to an email and a BOEMRE spokeswoman said he wouldn't be available for comment.

In May 2008, the bear was classified as a threatened species, the first with its survival at risk due to global warming.

According to a transcript, provided by Ruch's group, Ruch asked investigator Eric May, during questioning of Monnett in February, for specifics about the allegations. May replied: "well, scientific misconduct, basically, uh, wrong numbers, uh, miscalculations."

Monnett said that alleging scientific misconduct "suggests that we did something deliberately to deceive or to, to change it. Um, I sure don't see any indication of that in what you're asking me about."

Prohibitive Regulations and Taxes

I'm an entrepreneur.  I would like to hire just 10 people.  But, I can't.  I'm not rich, not even close to breaking even ... well that's not true, but I'm JUST breaking even. 

I don't think lowering taxes goes far enough.  The four letter word "deregulation" is what I need.  The idiots on both sides, like to paint broad strokes and argue over that word.  The truth is, there is a difference from making sure I don't sell lead chips to children and it's a far cry from me having to have to provide for inspections, licenses and fees to be able to sell a tie twisty to a full grown man.  No one wants to talk about regulations that keep people like me out of so many industries it's not even funny.  Regulations that were written by lawyers who's socks cost more than my operating budget in 2008.

Yes lower taxes on entrepreneurs.  Yes lower taxes on the wealthy and middle class.  Yes to all of that, but for real change, get rid of prohibitive regulation.

The Jobless "Solution"?

About the Proposed Job Solutions

Other than the manufacturing jobs, which were lost over a decade ago, the model for American jobs was not established on a solid economic foundation to begin with.  There was no reason, nor call for service sector jobs to be a full 40% of the job market.  call centers and consulting, was never a NEEDED niche, to base an economy on.  Neither one generates any real revenue for the country.  It is not something you can package, pass around and keep generating income from, like sugar, pork bellies or a circuit board.

Until such time as someone admits that the model is broken, there never will be recovery.

And, of course the rich and wealthy and upper middle class have no compassion / understanding of the job loss.  Nearly 90% of the jobs lost in America were all entry level and or low paying jobs.  What is really getting everyone's goat, and has become a huge backlash to all this, the question of illegal immigrants taking low paying and or entry level jobs is now in the sniper scopes of all of the state treasurers.  The issue can no longer be ignored.

With this in mind, several states are now trying to pass / discuss an immigration policy to uphold enforcement of the immigration laws a la Arizona.  So all the people gnashing their teeth and clawing their hair out over that state, need look no further than their own state capital to see the same legislation come to roost.

The problem really cannot be ignored.  And, it is a definite solution to the jobless  problem.  Illegal immigrants take the low paying / entry level jobs; pay no taxes; AND to add injury to insult - send a whopping 80% of the income back home to Mexico, making it the 3rd base of Mexican GDP.  Those figures cannot be ignored any longer in this economic debacle.
