So Miss Eryka Badu, loving wife and mother of two has done it again. She went and made a video. In her latest video for "Window Seat," she went walking, midday, downtown Dealey Plaza in Dallas where John F Kennedy was shot. As she approached the "grassy knoll" however, she took off articles of clothing. By the time she was on the knoll she was completely nude. She heard a loud gunshot, she looks up in the sky and collapses and blue ink streams out of her head writing the words "GROUP THINK". STOP! This was done before by a white group called Matt & Kim singing "Lessons Learned", who got completely nude in TIME .... FRIGGIN .... SQUARE. Was there even a peep out of this? NO! Did anyone call them bad names? NO! Hmm, then why the negative reaction to Miss Badu? ... you know what I'm going to say.

Employment in the Kingdom of Heaven

With unemployment rates being at a record high right now, there are a lot of people out there looking for work. Today, I would like to give you a reference letter to my Employer, and perhaps you will consider putting in your application: a) You don't need any formal education, b) He will actual give you clothes of righteous to wear, c) You can work from home, d) you will need to go to a meeting from time to time, and e) the pay is excellent, a Penny a Day. f) there are always openings, g) It has a no discrimination policy, h) the qualifications are the same for everyone, you just have to be willing to give up sin. i) The age thing is not an issue, though the Lord would prefer that men would come into His Kingdom, early in life; if it so happens that a man comes in later, j) every man will receive the same pay, "A Penny a Day"

The Scripture reference is found in St. Matthew 20: 1-16. We will not quote every verse for you, but please read them at your leisure.

St. Matthew 10: 1 -2

1. "For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire laborers into his vineyard.
2. "And when he had agreed with the laborers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard."

Wouldn't you agree that the Lord is very kine on the concept of Employer/ Employee Relationship. In this chapter, you will immediately see the principle of working to gain something. So very early in the negotiations, you see the Word of God establishing several principles: a) Which company is hiring, b) salary, c) Discrimination policy, d) Contract.

a) Which Company is hiring: Principle "A" let's you know which Company is doing the hiring. That is "the Kingdom of Heaven".

The Lord in His wisdom makes a comparison here to a "Householder" or to "Business Owner" who rose up early in the morning and went out looking for workers. Most people who are seriously looking for work, make themselves available, early in the day. The principle here, in my understanding, is that this early in the day, has to do with early in your life, i.e. while you are still young. But you will see in this Scripture, that this Householder goes out several times a day, and thus gave numerous types of people an opportunity to work for Him.

b) Salary: Again, very early in the negotiations, the boss lets potential employees know how much the person would be offered in return for his/her labor. Most of the time, we go out looking for work, and way down in the negotiations, we ourselves have to ask the employer, "So, how much does the job pay?" God is not like that, He deals with this question right up front. He offers all employees the same "A Penny A Day."

c) Discrimination: There was no discrimination: If a person agreed to go "into the vineyard", it didn't matter "what type of work he/she agreed to do, the person would receive the 'same' pay as everyone else. "A penny a day".

d) Contract: The employer and the employee established a contract. Very important. Look at this, verse 2

St. Matthew 20:2 "And when he had agreed with the laborers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard."

So this group of people now had a job. They have no doubt discussed with the boss what each one would be doing in the vineyard, or place of work. It had already been established that these people are "laborers". The boss is not looking for someone to fill the President or Vice President's position. These people will no doubt, do manual labor. In the Kingdom of Heaven, we are all laborers. There is only one President, and the Angels have already filled the Vice President's position as well, so we are all laborers. Though many try to get into the Kingdom of Heaven and enter at a higher position, they are still just laborers. And that's plenty high in the Kingdom of Heaven.

The pay: "A Penny a Day": Again, let's look at the pay. It was described as "a penny a day". So everyday, the person would receive a penny. There would be some reward everyday. That is the way it is in the Kingdom of Heaven. Some days, it is very difficult to sense that you have gain something, but truly you have. And as you look down through the Scripture, of
St. Matthew 20: 1- 16, you will see that the Householder went out several times and hired laborers, and each and every time, he offered them "a penny a day", no matter what time they begin work, and no matter what job they did. I would like to offer to you, this concept: The Penny a Day is the Gift of Eternal Life! Isn't that exciting!

Conclusion: If you are still hanging around in the market place looking for work, I would like to refer you to my Company.

Three reliable inside sources have told me that Nevada Republican Party Chairman Chris Comfort will be resigning shortly. With Reid on the ropes you'd think the Republicans could hold their own and sweep the midterm elections. With the momentum of Scott Brown, you'd think the Republicans would be drinking the champagne already. It is as if there is an orchestrated implosion.

This from the Las Vegas Sun: Nevada Republicans seem more like Democrats this year. They should be ready for a big year, but seem intent on embracing failure, like a blackjack player hitting on 20.

Voters hate democrats and the republicans are a failure as well. But, god forbid a 3rd party should sweep the state elections. Let me see, reduce government spending; repeal these healthcare bills that have raise healthcare costs 10 times since the 1970's; create a flat tax that is fair to all people; remove the federal reserve that has bankrupted the economy with 0% interest rates, insuring that your savings gain nothing. What party could possibly stand for that? Oh that's right LIBERTARIANS. Meanwhile Secretary of State Ross Miller or Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto go unchallenged.

With voters gnashing their teeth and clawing their eyes out at the economy, Nevada being one of the states in the worst possible shape during the depression, the Libertarian party is silent. They could make a huge sweep and yet... *cricket chirp* *sigh*

Peter Schiff Doubles in Polls

Peter Schiff For Senate

He has one of the most well known faces on T.V.. He predicted the housing bubble and the economic disaster we are in now, nearly 6 years ago. He has constantly warned of impending catastrophe and no one listened, because the market was the highest it has ever been. He's Peter Schiff and he is running for U.S. Senate in the state of Connecticut. I have been following him for about two years, personally, so I know he is the real deal.

So many people are clamoring for a real person to be put in Washington. This man has written books and put his money where his mouth is. He runs a small investment brokerage firm. All of his clients did not go under, like other American firm clients did. If you followed his guidance you came out on top. While everyone else was chasing the easy fast money, they fell hard, very hard, just as fast. Not so at Euro Pacific, his investment firm. He is a stay the course, steady and sure, kinda guy.



He has a huge following on youtube, just like Ron Paul. Younger people flock to him, because they are more in tune and brighter than the older generation, that inherently trusts the government. The older generation cannot believe the government would do anything to harm them. They think Washington will improve on its own in the end. Anyone with real wisdom knows that Washington is in the firm grip of corporations that do not want to play by the rules. Washington is in the back pocket of the huge bankers that get themselves exemptions while small bankers and small businesses still have to come under the boot of regulation that supposedly keeps the market fair. Younger voters recognize what is going on and they are searching and hoping for candidates like Peter Schiff.




Peter Schiff appears on MSNBC constantly as the one voice that brings the financial news back to reality. While the show attempts to get its viewers to BUY BUY BUY, a la Cramer, Schiff tells them that these companies are bankrupt and are only being kept afloat by taxpayer bailouts. Without the bailouts the companies have nothing of value in them and produce nothing that would keep the business going, because they squandered all of their real assets away during the bubble. Of course a T.V. show does not want to hear reality, so they always have at least 5 people on to mock Peter Schiff.

The country is bankrupt. Wall street is bankrupt. The only people making any money are people like you and me, who are going to work everyday and producing things. Washington is taking, taking, taking and will never stop until we send someone there who will say "STOP IT!"



Obama never said he was going to say "STOP IT!". He said he was going to change Washington. Well, he has definitely changed it. In but a year government has grown even bigger and takes even more from you. George Washington and Thomas Jefferson never created the government to look after you and be so involved in your life that they directly impact your every move. They never wanted that. In fact, they wanted the federal government to have as little as possible to do with American lives as they could make it. They definitely did not want bankers running the show. They fought tooth and nail to keep bankers out of Washington. But, unless you watch the fox, he will always return to the hen house.

Send Peter Schiff to the Senate. We need someone with a shotgun and a fox call to go to Washington and route out the foxes. Senators are taking bribes for $10,000 and turning around and granting millions in tax payer dollars. I mean, my God. If you're going to sell out the U.S. taxpayer at least get a cool $10 million for it yourself. Goldman sax gave Obama 1 yes that's ONE million in campaign contributions and got billions in return.

We have to send people like Peter Schiff to Washington. There is still light at the end of the tunnel. We cannot throw our hands up in the air and just give up. We can't just sigh and say "oh well, there's nothing we can do." If everyone elects a Peter Schiff into office, we could change Washington overnight.

Right now Wall Street has a strangle hold on Washington. Send people like Peter Schiff to Washigton and that will be over and done with.

Movie Review: Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief

Percy Jackson Movie Review

Have you ever heard of this movie called harry potter? Ok, this isn't it. LOL No seriously, in a 3 word review, this movie attempts to do the fantasy / modern movie style to utter failure. But, and hold your horses right here. I liked it. ZOMG. How could I, who hates everything, like a movie? When there is a pearl among so much trash, sometimes the pearl outshines everything. And, what was the pearl in this movie? Brandon T. Jackson. He showed up everyone in the movie, in every scene, even Uma Thurman was bland compared to him. Look at the pic of the lead character, doesn't that look like a Potter clone?



Let's get to the review.

So Percy Jackson (played by Logan Lerman) starts out with 2 gods meeting, Zeus (played by Sean Bean from Lord of the Rings ) and Poseidon (played by Kevin McKidd of Trainspotting ), apparently someone has stolen Zeus lightning rod and he accuses Poseidon's son of stealing it. Zeus gives an ultimatum that should he not have his mojo in 14 days there will be a god war. That sounds 10 better than what it looked like in the movie. In the movie 2 human actors, dressed in regular clothes, are talking on the roof of a building. ... what? Did this movie not have a budget?

Anyway, cut to school and the main character Percy is apparently not great in school, the letters move around on the board when he looks at them. His best friend Grover Underwood (played by Brandon T. Jackson of Tropic Thunder), who has some sort of leg problem and uses crutches, walks him home. At home his mother is married to some smelly, guy (played by Joe Pantoliano of The Matrix) we all immediately dislike (hello type casting).

Cut! The entire opening is regular people walking around in regular clothing.

Next day in school they are on a field trip at a museum. The substitute teach calls Percy into a secret room in the museum. She then turns into a harpy-like creature, servant of Hades and demands he return the lightning rod.

The jig is up. Percy didn't know anything about who he is, and is rushed off to demi-god camp, where he is informed his dad is Poseidon and he is half human half god. The leader of the camp is Chiron (played by Pierce Brosnan) a centaur, and Grover turns out to be a satyr and does not have a leg problem, but simply used the crutches as a cover for his goat half from the waist down. At the camp they meet Annabeth Chase daughter of Athena (played by Alexandra Daddario d), Luke Castellan son of Hermes (played by Jake Abel). When Hades appears in the form of a fiery demon, for some reason, and shows that he has Percy's mom in Hades, and threatens him if he doesn't bring him the lightning rod, Percy decides to leave the kid demi-god camp and go to Hades. He gets nowhere and the Grover and Annabeth accompany him. However, they are both useless without Luke giving them several useful items to get the job done.

What Sucked

This movie tries to be what Harry Potter is for witchcraft, for Greek mythology. However, instead of painting an intricate world that intrinsically is intertwined with the mortal modern world, it simply just goes back and forth. Instead of it really delving into Greek mythology, which is RICH in story, background, feeling and psyche, it just shows you a hydra in the middle of Nashville. Instead of them exploring what has happened for the past 2,000 years, it puts Medusa (played by Uma Thurman) in the middle of a flower shop. [nice cameo by her, by the way, the make up was flawless, she looked good enough to eat, snake hair and all.]

It is so obvious that the movie was trying to create a new Harry Potter rip off franchise. It stayed in the modern way too much. I mean, I like my fantasy genre movies to have ... I don't know... fantastical creatures? ... fantastical settings? ... fantastical dialogue? Come on, Medusa in a flower shop? Chiron in a day camp? Really?

The acting was god, friggin, burning on a stick, awful, except for Brandon. The script was just shameful. For instance, they go to Vegas and they are almost done with their journey to get to Hades. A cocktail waitress walks up to them and offers them cookies. COOKIES? Really? We then are treated to a drug induced, psychedelic trip. Wait, but here is how it plays out:

Cocktail Waitress: here try a lotus cookie on the house
Percy: sure
Grover: OK
Annabeth: sure
[start trippy music and blur effect on lights]
*giggle*
Percy: woah we should stay here

Really?

What Worked in the Movie

Brandon T. Jackson! That's it. Everyone else were bad. Brandon brought his A. game. It is obvious this kid wants to be in real movies. He had energy and is naturally funny anyway. The entire movie is boring, hands down. Brandon steals every scene and livens up the mood. In the action scenes you feel like there is action, in funny scenes he's funny, in sad scenes he's sad.

I think there was some bad casting in the movie. The guy that played Luke was only in a couple of scenes in the movie. He was far superior than the lead. The lead played like he was in Twilight the movie, throughout the entire show. He moped around and was so full of "angst". Luke had angst as well, but you actually understood his angst and he acted it out perfectly. Percy was ... "oh my dad left when I was a kid". Regardless of the fact that the mother explained it and said she understood. They should have switched Luke as the lead, who looked much more similar to the actor that played Poseidon anyway, and have the lead play Luke, since he was quite good at sniveling.

It was great that Grover was a satyr the entire movie. He also was a lady's man and a skirt chaser. You were able to understand that half-way through the movie. The other character? 2 dimensional, you had no idea what they were about.

While Percy and Annabeth were deciding if they were going to kiss or run each other through, throughout the entire movie, Grover had gender with Hades' (Played by Steve Coogan) wife Persephone (played by Rosario Dawson). [Jesus Christ on a stick that woman is hot, come slap me, I can't get her out of my mind.]

Conclusion

Go see this in theaters? NO, but do rent it. I wouldn't even recommend buying the DVD, but I do recommend renting it.

If you love Greek mythology, it's a crap shoot either way. If you just love anything Greek mythology wise, see it. But, if you are a Greek mythology geek, then I don't recommend you see it, it is rather lacking in that area as a whole.

For pure entertainment, watching Brandon T. Jackson is very entertaining.

Don't Talk to Police

What No one Will Tell You About Police

"Any lawyer worth his salt will tell the suspect in no uncertain terms to make no statement to police under any circumstances." - 1949 opinion by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Robert Jackson Yes the very same supreme court that is the last court in the land has consistently said, citizens should not talk to police. This might be contrary to everything that your bad education has told you. This might be against everything your horrible backwards political church has told you. This might be against everything your opposite-upbringing parents have taught you.

What do all of these people have in common? They have absolutely no understanding of human rights and how the strong arm of the law works.

I have heard time and again of ridiculous parents who have turned their own children in. Instead of them admitting their own failure as a parent, they throw their children to the wolves. So they blame the son or daughter for their own shortcomings and expose their child to rape, evil, real crime and hardened criminals. Obviously being a parent does not come with a diploma. Let's hope by the end of this article you or your neighbor will stop these parents and show them the error of their ways.

But He's Guilty

A lot of Americans do not understand what a policeman is. Oh, they think they do. They think the police are some form of justice. They think that the police are there to help them. In the grand scheme of the long arm of "justice" the police are simply the bullet inside the gun, held by the hand, attached to the arm of justice. The police aren't even the gun. They are the bullet. What can a bullet do? For all the arguments about guns and such, the job of a bullet is simply to kill people. The bullet serves no other purpose than to go inside the flesh of someone and cause as much damage as they can. They are there to enter the flesh and explode, leaving behind shrapnel and a gaping hole, wide enough to hopefully kill the body.

A police can only find, arrest and assist in prosecuting you. That is the sole function of the police. Let's take a look at these 3 duties.

Finding "Criminals"

Everyone lives in this fantasy land that police are heroic paladins that plunge head first into the pits of hell to bring out criminals doing wrongdoing. It is a fact that 50% of a polices contact and job is done through traffic stops. It generates trillions of dollars a year, nationwide. Unless you consider yourself a criminal, I daresay that the police are not FINDING criminals, they are finding citizens they can leech off of. But don't take my word for it, take the word of Officer George Bruch of Virginia Beach Police Department. He says, "I can follow any of you, in your car and the laws are written in such a way that you will commit an infraction. And, I can legally pull you over and ticket you. It is nearly humanly impossible not to commit an infraction." Did you read the last part? It is nearly humanly impossible not to commit an infraction. That means that, given the knowledge of the particular policeman trailing you, you WILL be pulled over and ticketed.

Ok so the police have found their criminal.

Arrest "Criminals"

In the last section we found how police do most of their finding criminals. The police have absolutely no need, nor are they required by law, to be open and honest with you. Let's assume that they are investigating ... 30 crimes that day. They have 30 files sitting on their front seat of crimes committed in the area. They stop you in your car. Now, from your perspective you think you have been pulled over for failing to yield to a garbage truck, but to the cop you are one of the 30 suspects. The cop then barrages you with a series of questions, which you try and answer truthfully.

You end up going downtown. And, you have no idea why. The cop scratches off one on his pad, only 29 more to go.

You think this is preposterous? You're just being silly. It happens, all day, every day, every hour.

Oh, but they only arrest scumbags. Really? Because so many scumbags drive cars and pay their insurance and make sure their registration is up to date. Get real. If 50% of a cops contact with the public is through traffic stops, what percentage of them do you think are scumbags? Little to none. I have reported case after case where cops have been asked to leave municipalities because they were harassing the residents of the town, not arresting scumbags.

Prosecuting "Criminals"

Notice I said ASSIST in prosecuting criminals above. It is little known to the public that police have no authority by themselves. They have no power whatsoever to prosecute you. They have no power to even cut a deal with you. The cannot promise you anything, that is backed up solely by them. They cannot give you something based solely on their own authority. The police have no power.

Police have guns. That is their only authority. Some of you might ask, isn't that enough? No, we are talking about the "LEGAL" world. Remember stuff like "the pen is mightier than the sword"? This directly applies here. The police don't even charge you.

The person that has all the authority, is the DISTRICT ATTORNEY. The police make suggestions to the D.A. The D.A. makes deals, charges you, cuts you some slack, reduces the charges etc. The police do nothing. They simply physically grab you.

Where does their assistance come in? AHA, this is where people mess up, time and time again. Remember the police suggest things to the D.A. Remember the police have no compunction to tell the truth. The police try to get you to confess to crimes.

25% of all cases have been already shown to have been of innocent men and women nationwide, evidenced by DNA evidence. It was shown in the cases that the persons incarcerated were incapable of being at the scene of the crime. In several cases confessions were received from the mentally retarded. Those cases were of the ones tested. So the police got confessions from every one of those cases and quite a few were of mentally retarded persons.

There is a famous case where the police know the person is not guilty of the particular crime, but they have a confession. If they reveal that the person is innocent, everyone from the FBI on down would be exposed to law suit, fired, or worse incarceration themselves.

Let's review a very famous case. Martha Stewart! She was charged with insider trading. A very serious charge from the SEC. But they could not get her on insider trading, because she did not do insider trading. WHY DID SHE GO TO JAIL? They proved she lied to prosecutors and sent her away from obstruction of justice.

Wait! What?

She spoke to the police. The police had a witness that contradicted her statements. The prosecutors then charged her with obstruction of justice. It doesn't matter that she was not guilty of the actual charge of insider trading. They wanted to put her away. And, the court allowed them.

What part was wrong on her part? "She spoke to the police." The police try and try to get you to talk to them. They try and get you to confess. How?

This is how:

• do you know how fast you were going
• if you cooperate I'll go easy on you
• if you cooperate this will all be over
• write an apology to the victim, it's the right thing to do
• if you have nothing to hide, you won't mind me taking a look
• if you have nothing to hide, you won't mind me frisking you
• if you have nothing to hide, you won't mind me opening this
• open the trunk let's have a look inside
• you don't mind me looking around your car
• step out of the car
• step away from the car
• empty your pockets
• empty your purse / wallet
• are you carrying anything illegal

Does that list surprise you? Do you realize that every single one of those are a constitutional violation. Did the police inform you that you had the right to completely refuse? Did the police advise you that they ARE FORBIDDEN to do that if you refuse?

Police count on the fact that most citizens are not used to being stopped. They count on this because it upsets the average citizen. When a citizen is upset they are normally completely disarmed to the situation. That means, the most ridiculous request will be followed. That means that a person may forget about their constitutional rights.

Remember those rights? Sometimes when you're arrested you'll receive a Miranda Warning:

the right to remain silent, the right to counsel, and the warning that anything said by the suspect may be used against you.

Notice this is a warning, not a right. The right is found in the constitution.

• you do not have to confess to the police
• you do not have to answer questions to the police
• you do not have to get out of your car
• you do not have to empty your purse / wallet
• you do not have to let the police get in your car
• you do not have to open your trunk
• you do not have to empty your pockets
• you do not have to say anything to the police
• you do not have to allow the police to search you on a regular traffic stop

This means, if the cop pulls you over, gets out of his car and comes to your window:

• you roll your window far enough to hand him your license and registration
• keep quiet
• if the cop asks you to step out, do anything else, advise him that you DO NOT RELINQUISH YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS

If the cop insists, ask for someone above him.

Bully Tactics

Of course cops use bully tactics to get their way. They know that it upsets people that cops hover around. For the most part cops are more physically fit than the average citizen. They use their size and yelling at people to bully people into relinquishing their rights.

Remember COPS HAVE NO AUTHORITY. Even if a cop wanted to, he could not help you. Even if he loved you, he could not cut you a deal. Get it out of your brain that the cop is the person to help YOU. Save your confessional for your own lawyer. Save your deal brokering speech for the D.A.

Why would you allow a cop to bully you? Remember, aren't they here to serve and protect YOU? If a cop is a bully, simply make a note of it and talk to the D.A. and your attorney about the cop AFTERWARDS. You will not assist the situation by telling the cop, in question, that they are being a bully. He knows he's a bully. He's doing it on purpose. Sit there quietly and accept the ticket. The cop can't even argue with you about the ticket. Go to the courthouse and declare how unjust the ticket is. More than likely the courthouse will rip it up, not the cop.

But I'm afraid he'll do something? What is the cop going to do? Stay in your car and do not get out. You are not compelled to get out of your car if a cop pulls up to you. Just be silent and save any and all arguments for someone that cares and CAN HELP.

If the cop continues to ask you questions, ask for your identification back and ask if there is anything else you can assist him with and if not you'll just excuse yourself.

"If there is nothing else, may I have my license and registration back and be free to go."

After about the 3rd time, they should either hand you back the license and registration or give you the ticket and your belongings. Do not turn a simple situation into a big mess, because you got nervous.

Indiana, 338 U.S. 49. 59 (1949) "Any lawyer worthy his salt will tell the suspect, in no uncertain terms, to make no statement to the police under any circumstances."

You would be surprised at how often, these days, you need a notary: changing schools; buying property; writing a will; giving an affidavit; buying a used car from a fellow citizen etc ... The more I have learned about it, the more I have wondered have I used a notary and just didn't know it.

The only problem Hatcher Notary Public has, is that they sometimes charge too little. I'm allergic to undercharging people. I never conduct business like that. I make sure I get top dollar for anything I do. Maybe that's why I am not in business for myself. :( Well, anyway you get the good deals from them. You Didn't Read the Health Care Bill Did You?

Clapping as Congress Takes Away Your Constitutional Rights

So I warned you and told you and beat my head against the keyboard, but you didn't listen, nor pay attention. Everyone stood up and cheered. Everyone gave each other big high-fives. Everyone congratulated each other. Everyone, that is, that did not actually read the Health Care Reform bill (hcr). The congressional democrats stood up and spoke generalities and accused republicans of being monsters and heartless and how this bill was historic and momentous. They told stories of little old ladies dying from paper cuts, that if she just had health insurance, could have been prevented. They were incensed when republicans stated that 80% of veterans were against the bill. They stole more time on the floor than republicans did. And when the votes were cast and the bill was passed, they all patted each other on the back.

You, yeah you, stood up and cheered with them. You thought you got something you did not have yesterday. You somehow thought it was a brighter day and everyone was going to walk into the sunshine. You listened to the congressional democrats and laughed and cried with them. You were so moved that you were proud to have voted for Obama. You thought to yourself, finally we have universal health care in this country. That little boy down the street with that rare cancer is now going to go see the doctor next week and be cured.



Well apparently you did not actually read hcr. Apparently, you watched CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC or MSNBC and believed everything they said. Apparently you thought the word universal meant everyone would now somehow freely get health care. Apparently you did not realize that 80% of Americans already have health insurance. Apparently you believed them when they kept quoting that 30 million Americans did not have health insurance. Apparently you did not realize that 30 million Americans do not want health insurance, because they can pay for medical costs out of their pockets. Apparently you let them use and abuse your ignorance into thinking what they wanted you to think: 30 million uninsured must mean poor people who cannot afford health insurance. Apparently, you did not read hcr.

I'm sure it would be great to have real hcr. Had you read this bill, you would know that it forces every American to purchase insurance, whether they want to or not. If they do not buy insurance, they are fined and the IRS has the authority to come after them. It also forwards state sponsored abortions at tax payer expense. Everyone is assessed an abortion tax to pay for abortions, regardless of their own individuality or religion. It also forwarded illegal immigrant health care at tax payer expenses. Everyone is forced to pay for illegal immigrant health care. A health care professional cannot ask citizenship questions. They have to treat everyone that walks through the door. It removes half a trillion dollars from medicare. [haha seniors got screwed] It costs $1 trillion over 10 years, extra. Everyone is taxed 10 years, but coverage does not start for 4 years, yes you get 6 years of coverage for 10 years of pay. It reduces college student subsidies and raises education costs. It tacks on 10 extra taxes that did not exist before.

So while you were standing applauding thinking you got that sweet French universal health care, you simply got screwed. Now your constitutional right to privacy has been breached. Your constitutional right to be safe in your person has been discarded. Your constitutional right to not have your property taken from you has been disbanded.

Those that did not pay insurance before will now be forced to pay it. Like me. Unemployment will rise, because businesses will all, now be forced to cover employees. Why cover someone, when you can just fire them? The recession will finally turn into a depression. Those that are already unemployed will be forced to pay for insurance. Can you say homeless?

So you did not read the hcr. So you stood up and clapped for it passing.

Let me ask you. Did you ever stop to think that maybe some freedom loving Americans never wanted to pay for someone else's hospital bill? Did you ever stop to think that maybe some freedom loving Americans never wanted to pay for someone's abortion? Did it ever occur to you that forcing someone that gets up at 5 a.m. and drive to work, work all day, and come home and put food on the table, does not want to pay for someone else's abandoned kid?

Did you ever stop to think, "this is not what congress is supposed to be discussing." Did you ever stop to think, "congress is supposed to protect us from enemies, write treaties, negotiate foreign trade, not manage health insurance."

No? Well then maybe instead of reading hcr, you should read the constitution.

By the way, 2/3rds of the states have already lined up to sue the federal government over this unconstitutional bill, since the states have to pick up the tab anyway. 2/3rds is the exact amount needed to add an amendment to the constitution. Ooops, party is over.

Oh and in case someone spouts, "this will reduce the deficit." The congressional budget office has come out and said, squarely, with doc fix the deficit will rise about $238 billion. Have a nice day, liars.
