DEMOCRATS HOPE DOJ WILL CRIMINALLY CHARGE TRUMP SOON

Donald Trump Fist Held High

WASHINGON: Many supporters of former President Donald Trump, outraged over the FBI’s raid on his Mar-a-Lago estate in August, have nonetheless predicted that soon he will be criminally charged by President Joe Biden’s Justice Department.

While that may still happen, there are not likely to be any charges filed before the midterm elections, according to a Sunday report.

Newsweek noted that the DOJ is likely to hold off on charges — if, in fact, there are any forthcoming — due to the unofficial “60-day rule,” which is “a long running tradition that the Department of Justice will avoid making any decisions that could affect how people vote so close to an upcoming election or elections.”

“As of Saturday, the November 8 midterms are now 59 days away, meaning that if the DOJ chooses to follow the informal guidance they must wait to make, or announce, a decision to charge Trump until after the elections,” the outlet noted further.

That said, Jack Goldsmith, the former chief of the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel and currently a professor at Harvard Law School, told The New York Times that the 60-day window is an “unwritten rule of uncertain scope,” and that “it’s not at all clear that it applies to taking investigative steps against a noncandidate former president who is nevertheless intimately involved in the November election.”

“But its purpose of avoiding any significant impact on an election seems to be implicated,” he added.

Newsweek added:

While Trump is not on any ballot, his influence will be noticeable nationwide in November as dozens of his endorsed candidates hope to carry on his MAGA agenda in Congress.

Trump is potentially facing a number of charges in connection to investigations into the January 6 attack, as well as the FBI probe into claims he mishandled classified documents seized from his Mar-a-Lago resort, and then attempts to obstruct the federal investigation.

Separately, Newsweek reported early Monday morning that Trump was spotted making a surprise visit to Washington, D.C., which generated speculation he could be arrested.

“A video of Trump arriving at Dulles Airport in Virginia, an airport frequently used by those heading to the capital, was posted online by freelance reporter Andrew Leyden,” the report said.

“The former president can be seen getting out of a plane and heading into a vehicle waiting on the asphalt. Trump appears to be wearing golf shoes and a white polo top,” the report continued. “A motorcade of vehicles then drives away, with Leyden suggesting Trump was heading to his golf course in D.C.”

The report added that Trump did not mention the trip on his Truth Social platform.

There has been talk of charging Trump with crimes since he was in office. Famously, the most high-profile investigating involved then-special counsel Robert Mueller, who was assigned to look into ‘Russiagate’ allegations by then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions, whom Trump later fired.

Late last month the Justice Department finally released a secret memo written by former Attorney General William Barr explaining why no charges against the then-president would be forthcoming from the investigation.

Previous reports have suggested that the allegation of ‘Russian collusion’ against Trump was a false narrative manufactured by the 2016 campaign of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, and in a June interview, Barr appeared to agree, comparing her behavior to “sedition.”

“I thought we were heading into a constitutional crisis. I think whatever you think of Trump, the fact is that the whole Russiagate thing was a grave injustice. It appears to be a dirty political trick that was used first to hobble him and then potentially to drive him from office,” he said on Glenn Beck’s Blaze TV podcast.

“I believe it is seditious,” he added, but he warned that those charges would be tough to prove in court.

“It was a gross injustice, and it hurt the United States in many ways, including what we’re seeing in Ukraine these days. It distorted our foreign policy, and so forth,” the former attorney general said.

He said that he named Special Counsel John Durham to lead the case in private so it would stop President Joe Biden and Attorney general Merrick Garland from interfering with him.

The Democrats are Now Out of Control

The Democrats are Now Out of Control

While politics is a low down, dirty business, there was a time when politicians and major news outlets behaved with dignity, respect and diplomacy. We all knew the politicians did not like each other, but they would never stoop to using common language, that common people on the street would use, to express their disdain for each other, nor create an atmosphere pregnant with the most base street environment, where you would fear for your very existence, at expressing your difference.

But, here we are today. In their lust for power and to appeal to the masses and the lowest common denominator, and to get the most basic, uneducated voter to even understand what is going on, politicians now use street language and the news parrots it, to get the most base man and woman to side with them.

Hey they talk like me. I suddenly understand everything they say. Or, at least that's what the democrats think the most crass of the public says to themselves.

They also have cultivated tribalism, us vs them, to the extreme. No longer can the voter, potentially deviate in voting for different candidates based on the merits of the topics, they must be made to utterly despise all other political parties, no matter the cost. Even to the point where the other candidate might be proposing the best solution to the problems facing the nation, they must be made to vote against their own self interest, because they are the enemy.

As democrats keep using base, crass language, and employing tribalism as a political strategy, they keep going down this path of not only hating all opposition, but also promoting the idea that all other political thought hates them.

This creates a tense environment where you end up with liberal groups showing up to political speeches to beat up the audience, calling the listeners all sorts of crazy names. Because, that's what the democrats and the news media says they are.

An audience has come to attend a speech, and instead they are presented with, not protesters, but an insane mob, out for a physical showdown. It's not a matter how did we get here. We all know how we got here. But, I will answer the question, no one wants to know. Why are democrats so disgusting now?

During the lead up to the 2nd term of President Barack Obama, the democratic party was poised to be dissolved. Not only was Obama not going to make his 2nd term, but democrats weren't going to be a party any longer.

Various groups had formed which attracted people away from the democratic party, and they were fleeing like rats from a sinking ship. It got to a point where there were desperate cries from the main stream media, to stop the hemorrhaging. If the demoratic party failed, so did the main stream media, because, they might actually have to report the real news, without a democratic bend to all of their stories.

Obama presented the only strategy they had, to rally the Black vote. With the Black superstars going full hog on the Black vote, others fell in line. If Blacks were still going to vote democrat, surely I'll vote with them. And so the entire party was saved by a voting block that the democrats have never paid attention to, a voting block that democrats have paid nothing more than lip service to.

Imagine their horror, when Trump won the nomination of the republican party. Trump was an icon in the Black community. He was a boss. He was rich. He took no prisoners and he promoted Black people over the years. He was the coolest rich guy they knew and he donated to Black causes from time to time, winning him awards from Black political, social and religious groups over the years.

Democrats went into overdrive. They made sure to smear him, to the very Black people that admired him. And, it would have worked, if it weren't for the fact that when he first said he was running, a ton of Black rappers made Trump raps for him. No one expected him to win, so making rap songs about him, was brushed under the rug.

Those rap songs came back to bite the democrats late in the presidential campaign. Because their smear tactics kinda failed, when there were recent rap songs singing his praises and saying how awesome he was. Also remember, he was a democrat, right up until the moment he announced for the republican party.

So, for Black rappers, he was still a rich, no holds barred, democrat.

He got millions of Blacks to vote for him, mostly Black men. The female strategy of the democrats still worked on Black women.

As democrats went into overdrive denouncing and smearing Trump, more and more Black men have seen the democrats for what they are. Very slowly, Black women are too.

And so, as the Blacks leave the sinking ship of the democratic party, so too do others.

Democrats aren't dumb. They see the writing on the wall. But, unfortunately, that has made them even more desperate. They have gone into full beast mode, smearing people left and right, full tribalism and full of very bad, rude and disrespectful language in their mouth.

10 Consequences of the $15 Minimum Wage

10 Consequences of the $15 Minimum Wage

Repeat something often enough and it goes from being an idea to dogma. This is the case of the repeated calls for a massive hike in the minimum wage to $15.00 / hour. Did employees of minimum wage start this? It would certainly lend credence to the authenticity of the demand, if it had. But, who started the $15 minimum wage demand?

In an effort to champion the worker, Democrats started the $15 minimum wage hike rhetoric. The problem was that, then candidate Trump, successfully rescued workers from the Democratic party. Where the democrats conceded that manufacturing and blue collar jobs were gone forever, candidate Trump waved his magic wand, as president Obama called it, and blue collar jobs appeared and the blue collar voters flocked to the republican party.

Of course, follow any money and politics isn't far behind. So the $15 minimum wage rhetoric is the last attempt by the democratic party to wrestle away workers from the republican party.

And it has some great strategy to it. Minimum wage workers aren't blue collar. A lot of Hispanics aren't blue collar, because they're mostly unskilled workers. So you basically kill two birds with one stone.

The problem is that this strategy isn't well thought out. Because, there are consequences to trying to actually raise the minimum wage to $15.00 / hour, versus just talking about it, which a lot of states are now actually doing.

10. where minimum wage is supposed to be paid to unskilled workers with no work experience, $15.00 / hour raises it squarely out of the unskilled market and into the skilled plus experienced market. So as a consequence, workers with no skills and no experience are fired and can't get hired.

9. because the jump to $15.00 / hour is so steep and quick, entire staff rosters are being fired and a much better caliber of worker is hired.

8. in the absence of employees who cannot make the company over and above the $15.00 / hour price tag, owners are now putting in double and triple shift hours in their business.

7. for owners who cannot make up the lack of qualified employees with more time, the business is shut down.

6. entire sectors of the market is being shut down, because that sector operates on a very tight profit margin and a big hike in labor cost like this, is too much.

5. as democrats look to score points with Hispanics, they forgot about unskilled Black workers, who are systematically and historically fired at double the rate of everyone else, so Black voters are turning to the Libertarian party or republican party.

4. as democrats hang their hopes on Hispanic voters, Black voters, who are in direct competition with Hispanic unskilled workers are causing even more competition as the market to hire and fire unskilled workers heats up and Blacks are left out in the cold. Entire neighborhoods are shifting from Black to Hispanic almost overnight, in democratic majority run cities around the country.

3. due to the great depression under Obama, Blacks who were fired were motivated to not seek more jobs, but to open more businesses, at a rate of double that of all other groups. Black business starts dominated the cycle in Obama's second term in office. Unfortunately, these businesses were heavily businesses that operated on a thin profit margin and as the $15.00 / hour labor cost skyrockets, so do Black businesses closing their doors.

2. in areas where the $15 minimum wage has already been implemented, businesses have raised their prices. So these businesses are mostly lower end businesses that minimum wage workers go to and they can't afford the price hikes. So instead of a salary boost, they are now in a city where they can't afford anything.

1. because this $15 minimum wage hike has come on so fast, the salaries of managers and superior staff has had to change, where paying the head restaurant manager who was making $15.00 an hour, now has to be paid $40 or more an hour and that goes down the roster with the lead cashier, assistant manager, etc. which means rate hikes for everything, in businesses that aren't low end, creating an environment where even mid level workers are now having to go without. And, because government workers are literally paid on a percentage of the minimum wage, their salaries go up, which then means city taxes and state taxes have to go up. Now the 1% are impacted, since they pay most of the taxes.

Proof: there are no classical liberals alive today

Proof: there are no classical liberals alive today

posit: there are no classical liberals alive today.

evidence: all "liberals" belong to the democrat party; the leaders of the party are globalists AND collectivists. these are the exact opposite of classical liberal ideology. anyone in the party espousing classical liberal beliefs are summarily shouted down and told to get in step with the leadership of the party.

ergo: there are no classical liberals alive today.

Thomas Jefferson THE Classical Liberal
  1. a classical liberal is not a socialist
  2. a classical liberal does not believe in a strong government
  3. a classical liberal does not believe in the nanny state
  4. a classical liberal does not believe in the supreme authority of the police
  5. a classical liberal does not believe in income taxes on individuals
  6. a classical liberal does not believe in using the army as a strong arm of international corporations to rob countries of their own resources
  7. a classical liberal does not believe in neo-colonialism
  8. a classical liberal does not believe in communism
  9. a classical liberal does not believe in government welfare
  10. a classical liberal does not believe in crony-capitalism
We as Black people need to study this list hard, very hard.  We as Black people need to understand this list and exactly what it means.

We Black people are standing behind Barrack Obama, just because he's a half-breed Black person. But, we are adults and we need to get over that simpleton thinking and look at what he's doing. He is doing all 10 of the things that I just said a classical liberal would not do.

It is a shame when grown Black folks act so dumb on a subject so important, simply based on race. We need to grow up and recognize that, that Black face is not the man you really want representing you.

Who gives a good god damn, that he's Black? Who really cares? Yes, people voted for Bush, because he was simple enough, that they thought they'd enjoy a beer with him. Yes, people voted for Clinton, because he was a simple redneck that they could relate to. But, this corruption in Washington has gone way overboard. We need to stop voting for president because he's good looking - we're not dating him. We need to stop voting for president because he's simple - he has got to be far more intelligent than that. We need to stop voting for president because he's common - we don't need a common leader.

Hell, they are all filthy rich. And, we need to stop kidding ourselves, thinking they are not. They are not common. They are not simple. They are not down with the struggling Black man. They are not your hommie. Your hommie does not drive a stretch armored limo, last time you checked?

We are handing the keys to the kingdom to a man, that is in the position of the most powerful person on the planet, and we're being stupified into thinking he's a classical liberal.

The man has told you time and time AND TIME again he's a communist, socialist, globalist, cronyist, oligarchist, neo-colonialist, nannyist and bureauchratist.

No globalist is going to do a damn thing for a Black person. No socialist is going to do a damn thing for a Black person. No police state worshiper is going to do a damn thing for a Black person.

Atlas Shrugged Part I Movie Review

Atlas Shrugged Part I Movie Review

12% critical acclaim, telling that all the pinko communists show their true blood, by insulting the entire film, based on lies. They felt sheer guilt watching it. Oh, the critics were all over the place on this one, dishing out insults like it was going out of style.  The fact that this is the only conservative movie ever made in the history of histories, is also telling. Maybe, most authors are all left-wing nut jobs that wrap themselves in the fantasy of academia.  Who knows?

Atlas Shrugged Part I
The fact of the matter is, the movie pounded its point into their red communists hearts over and over, and beat them into submission, until they could take it no more, and there you have a tremendous gulf between audience approval at 80% and critical acclaim at 12%.

The movie is based on the novel by Ayn Rand.  Atlas Shrugged is a novel by Ayn Rand, first published in 1957 in the United States. Rand's fourth and last novel, it was also her longest, and the one she considered to be her magnum opus in the realm of fiction writing.
The book explores a dystopian United States where leading innovators, ranging from industrialists to artists, refuse to be exploited by society leading to millionaires going on strike. The only clue to this strange circumstance is the enigmatic question "Who is John Galt?" which turns out to be a significant foreshadowing of the book's premises. The protagonist, Dagny Taggart, sees society collapse around her as the government increasingly asserts control over all industry (including Taggart Transcontinental, the once mighty transcontinental railroad for which she serves as the Vice President of Operations), while society's most productive citizens, led by this mysterious John Galt, progressively disappear. Galt describes the strike as "stopping the motor of the world" by withdrawing the "minds" that drive society's growth and productivity. In their efforts, these people "of the mind" hope to demonstrate that a world in which the individual is not free to create is doomed, that civilization cannot exist where every person is a slave to society and government, and that the destruction of the profit motive leads to the collapse of society.

The novel's title is a reference to Atlas, a Titan of Greek mythology, who in the novel is described as "the giant who holds the weight of the heavens(the Sky) on his shoulders".  The significance of this reference is seen in a conversation between the characters of Francisco d'Anconia and Hank Rearden in which d'Anconia asks of Rearden what sort of advice he would give to Atlas upon seeing that "the greater [the titan's] effort the heavier the world bore down on his shoulders". With Rearden unable to answer, Francisco gives his own response: "To shrug".

Dagny Taggart and Henry Rearden
Atlas Shrugged includes elements of mystery and science fiction,  and it contains Rand's most extensive statement of Objectivism in any of her works of fiction via a lengthy monologue delivered by the strike's leader, John Galt.

The theme of Atlas Shrugged, as Rand described it, is "the role of man's mind in existence". The book explores a number of philosophical themes that Rand would subsequently develop into the philosophy of Objectivism. It advocates the core tenets of Rand's philosophy of Objectivism and expresses her concept of human achievement. In doing so it expresses many facets of Rand's philosophy, such as the advocacy of reason, individualism, the market economy, and the failure of government coercion.

The movie follows the book along very closely, but the movie acclaim closely follows the book acclaim.
"Atlas Shrugged received largely negative reviews after its 1957 publication, but achieved enduring popularity and consistent sales in the following decades."

History is obviously repeating itself. The public is fed up with the government and this movie is directly topical to the Obama administration. There is nothing that any critic has said, that shows that they even watched the movie, and all of their criticism is about the production of the movie, not the movie story at all. It is unconscionable to say you have reviewed a movie and mention nothing about the story.

Ayn Rand the Author and Philosopher
Taylor Schilling of Mercy tv series (2009) and Dark Matter (2007) stars as Dagny Taggart. Edi Gathegi of Twilight, Crank and X-men: First Class, plays as her go to man and sidekick Eddie Willers.  Graham Beckel of CSI: NY tv series and Brokeback Mountain plays Ellis Wyatt an oil magnate and reluctant client of Taggart Railway.  Matthew Marsden of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and Resident Evil: Extinction plays as James Taggart, CEO of Taggart Railway and brother to Dagny Taggart.  Grant Bowler of True Blood tv series and Ugly Betty tv series plays Henry Rearden of Rearden Steel, a steel magnate and partner to Dagny Taggart rounds out the trio of capatalists that are under fire by the communist take over by the government of their each respective industries, broadly, and companies, specifically.

The story is compelling and very appropriate for our times with the Obama administration doing exactly what was going on in the movie, almost down to the exact legislations.

To anyone that has a brain and wants to see something presented crystal clear about what is going on in our times right now, this is a MUST SEE.

Roseanne Barr is a Fan of Alex Jones

Roseanne Barr is a Fan of Alex Jones

In an amazing interview, Roseanne Barr reveals that she is a fan of Alex Jones and avid listener.  She says she agrees with a lot of what he says, and disagrees on some points, but is obviously torn between Hollywood sentimentality and reasonable Libertarian views about how the country should be run.

She agrees that the current situation is unsustainable and she did NOT vote for Obama.  She said she was aware that he got his money from Big Oil and Nuclear power companies.  She looked at all of his monied interests and where he got his campaign funds and said she was "disgusted" at him.

She introduced her new book Roseannearchy, [click link to buy ] on sale now.  She made no bones about beheading the Wall Street bankers and blatantly says they were involved in the largest theft of public funds in the history of the country.  She went on to say that even if they were arrested and tried, they would have to be moved to a court that they hadn't bought and paid for.

She made it a point to clarify that currently the system is completely bought and paid for by Wall Street.  She made no bones about coming right out and saying it.

When pressed on issues in her book, where she said the maximum wealth any one individual could have is $100 million, about Michael Moore being worth $200 million, she said those that are doing good for the people would be allowed concessions.  She also mentioned how Oprah makes plenty of money but shells out plenty of it to needy people and tries to help people.

All in all the theme of the book is one of feminism.  When asked about certain political figures that were Libertarian and yet male, she said she would make concessions for them as well.

Shakaama Running for Office

Should I Run for Office?

There I was sitting in a bar.  As is my custom, I'm friends with the bartender and another customer walks in.  Being the king of France, as I am wont to act, I demanded the bartender introduce me.  The person was no more than a pinball maintenance guy, not that there's anything wrong with that.  He asked me what I do and I replied, I write articles online and report on local events, sports, financial and fitness, with a concentration of elevating Black people with real issues, such as financial education.  He pressed me further on the last point.  I said that there are no Black leaders to have ever existed in America, excluding those that took office in the senate and house right after the abolition of slavery aside.  And, that the alleged leaders who call themselves Black leaders, all have one note "civil rights".  I further went on to say that the elevation of Black people is not through any legislation but through promoting promoting and promoting Black owned businesses.  This model would create wealth in the Black population and elevate Black people without any necessity for any legislation.

Is the Country Ready for a Pure-Breed Black Man?
To my surprise the guy turns to me and asks, "ARE YOU RUNNING FOR OFFICE, I'D VOTE FOR YOU?!"

I was really caught off guard.  The guy in question, and everyone in the bar, was white.  The question threw me.  I was asked the same thing when I attended Libertarian party meetings.  Which was, again, white only, except for me, and this was before Obama was even a twinkle in the American public's eye.

I don't know if it's just my vocabulary or looks or what, but people gravitate toward me in liver political arenas.  So the question is simple.

  • Would you vote someone with my very ultra Black-conservative views?
  • Is the country ready for a Black-conservative?
  • Is the country ready for an educated pure-breed Black man, in the public sector?

Pure-Breed Black Woman
I ask those questions because, in all reality, half-breed Black people really are not considered Black, by both white and Black people.  Only pure-breed Black people are considered Black.  A pure-breed Black face is what keeps racists up at night.  A pure-breed Black face is what makes white women clutch their purse tighter as they cross the street to walk on the other side.  A pure-breed Black face is what half-breed Black people dispise, self-hating I know, but it's true.

Electing a pure-breed Black man such as myself, would mean a final nail in the coffin of colorism in America as we know it, and finally Black people being accepted into the general population.

Bogus News Reports: Wisconsin

False / Fraud News Reports: Wisconsin

You read the headline on Yahoo News:

Wisconsin voters express buyer’s remorse over Gov. Scott Walker

and think to yourself that the sky is falling and that somehow what Governor Scott Walker is doing is wrong. What you don't know is that the reporters writing the drivel are bought and paid for, and the newspaper itself is a democrat supported branch. They are not going to tell you that public unions have a benefits package that's completely free of charge, bloated and completely out of sync with the private sector. No private sector employee, these days, receives a free medical, dental and retirement package, fully paid.

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker
So, why the deception by the news media? They want the Wisconsin governor out of there. The teacher's union and public unions want their cake at tax payer's expense. While private company employees have to pay for their own healthcare, retirement, dental, insurance out of their own pocket 75% - 100%, depending on employer.  State workers are getting a free ride. Also, state workers now have higher salaries than private sector employees, in quite a few cross-compatible markets.

If you're reading this and think that state workers SHOULD get higher salaries, then you're not understanding what a public job is.

  • It is paid for by taxpayers and therefor should be minimized at all possibilities
  • any tax payer paid job is a burden on the working class
  • any extra benefits that a public worker receives is an additional burden on a tax payer
  • any raise or new hire is an additional burden on tax payers
  • public jobs do not generate any money: i.e. they do not create money, any an all money they gain is from tax payers
  • any political position is a burden on tax payers
  • any agency is a burden on tax payers
  • police are also state workers, so the creation of extra branches within the police are a burden on tax payers: very often new departments within the police department are created without showing any need for them, nor showing how they even affect the crime rate.  They are just an extra burden on tax payers, for no other reason than to get shiny new riot gear or military grade equipment.  When a town, with a population of 250,000 creates a drug task force, without any showing of a drug epidemic in that small village, the police department is wasting public funds, and someone is getting rich in the process.
There has been no scientific polling done in the state of Wisconsin, yet the news is calling for the governors head.  The average tax payer in Wisconsin has NOT been asked if they agree with the governor.  I am sure if the governor sat down and explained how money was being taken out of their $13.00 / hr paycheck, they would ALL side with him.

Gov. Scott Walker (courtesy LA Times)
Also, state budgets and state funding is done by the state, not the federal government.  No national poll or national opinion has anything to do with that state's internal affairs.  The news is being used outside of the state to try and put political pressure on this man.  He is trying to get out of a very deep and dark financial hole.  Yet, people think that the cash cow, the Wisconsin tax payer, is some how going to come up with more money and just keep throwing money in the hole.

When the governor is faced with a hole and the state budget is leaking, you need to fix the leak.  His proposals are not even enough to fix the leaks they have.  Yet, the news media is being used to put pressure on him to stop doing what he is trying to do, i.e. fix a little of the problem.

What is really wrong with the picture is that the governor is trying to SAVE state worker's jobs.  It seems that the members would rather fire a huge portion of their workers than take a small pay cut or ACTUALLY contribute to their own benefits.

Walker says he's actually working to preserve jobs for state workers. By ending collective bargaining and forcing state workers to contribute 5.8% of their salaries toward pensions and doubling their health insurance contribution, his administration would save 1,500 jobs between now and July, Walker says.
Seems kind of pointless to argue with those who are not intellectually honest about a situation.  I understand politics, but when you present something  as direct as the above, there's no politics behind it.  Those are crisp, shiny numbers.  As the saying goes, numbers don't lie.

I say fire the workers and let them keep their salary.  The firing of 1,500 employees would massively save on the budget.  The real numbers are probably way above 1,500 to save the budget.  I am just guessing though.  I read somewhere that it's actually 5,500 jobs that would balance the budget.  It does include teachers, so people might be a little frustrated at firing that many people.

Libertarian View

Of course, this is just another republican governor being slammed by a democrat supported newspaper.  There is frankly, nothing to see here and nothing is going to change.  If libertarians were in charge we wouldn't be in this position at all.  There would be no massive spending and massive budgets.  The government would be tiny and the tax burden on state tax payers would be minuscule.  This very same Governor Scott Walker, usurped the Libertarian originated "tea party" and crowned himself a tea party conservative.

At the end of the day, Governor Scott Walker, if allowed to do what he wants to, will probably come close to balancing the budget, however, in the wake of it the unions for state workers will be destroyed.  As a Libertarian, I don't know if that is a good or bad thing, but not allowing any collective bargaining in the current system is in fact a bad thing.  Under a Libertarian system it wouldn't be bad to not have collective bargaining, because Libertarians aren't out to destroy the American family, just the opposite, we're here to rebuild it.

How to Understand U.S. Foreign Policy (video)

U.S. Foreign Policy and Military Democracy

Noone can say that America is not without complete understanding of the minds of foreign countries.  The presidency has always been the bastion of democracy on the planet.  Only the most forthright and intellectual individual is ever elected to the highest office of the land, sometimes repeatedly.  If noone else is qualified for the job of President of the World, I mean, of the United States, then it is the duty of those whore are most qualified, eloquent of speech, of good moral character, and of sound reason to be reelected, by a generous and politically savvy constituency.

Militarily speaking, only the most moral of reason has the U.S. ever used its military forces around the globe.  And, we only use our military with the utmost economic efficiency.  Any officer in the military that has one iota of conscience will forthwith inform his superior officers, or even the presidency, that they will not be used in any manner that is not 100% in a purely defensive matter to protect U.S. soil.  Ours is the shining example of how a military should be run.  Our troops wash their own clothes, engineer their own weapons and do every possible thing, in-house, to keep our military running at peak efficiency.  Of course they have to, because it is how tax payer dollars should be spent.  Our military can hold their head high and say they would never be used for any sordid economic use.  Our military stands ready to defend us from any foreign invaders.

It is simply amazing how many countries clamor to beg that we come and demonstrate to them how democracy can be practiced in their country.  It is the only reason, and a fantastic one at that, that we send our troops to ensure the safety of our instructors of democracy.  It is a small price to pay, but every American proudly pays taxes to aid our military being used in such a manner.  And, those instructors of democracy have their hands full.  It is very hard, sometimes, to get a good interpreter in those countries, since they sometimes don't speak English over there.

Yes, U.S. foreign policy is so moral and right.  After all, the country was founded by good Christian men, none of whom touched whine, women nor owned slaves.  We can put our full faith and trust in such men to come up with a system, that we still adhere to, to the letter, to this very day.  To that end, we have sent so many diplomats overseas, to help those poor countries write just such a constitution for themselves.

Sarah Pailin, Congressman Ron Paul, Dr. Rand Paul, Governor Rendell (video)

The Libertarian Party and the Tea Party Movement

This show goes over the Tea Party Libertarian Movement and the issues that have been brought up:
  • government intrusion on liberty - like their ability to break into your email without a court warrant
  • government spending getting out of hand
  • congress passing laws not backed by the constitution and irregardless of the constitution
  • decriminalizing drugs - like not descending on someone's home, shooting their dog to find trace amounts of marijuana in their pipe inside their bedroom
  • limited government
  • removing over 900 military bases worldwide which is bankrupting the government
  • the government being 51% of the economy today - and outrageous burst of government growth
  • candidates being backed by the libertarian party winning congressional and senate primaries
Critics say the tea party movement is small, but what they fail to realize is that for every one active tea partier there are 1,000 people who are just entangled with everyday life who cannot come out and protest.

The Libertarian View on Gay Marriage

How Libertarians Should View the Gay Marriage Debate

Gay Marriage
Since I received hate male about my article that presented all of the legal arguments surrounding gay marriage, I am going to take a completely different road and come out of left field and derail the entire issue altogether.

I will show you why a libertarian government would be the best government for all parties concerned, both gay and straight.  Everyone thinks a third party has no chance in hell in running the country: i.e. both houses and the presidency, but let me show you how your current system avoids the tough issues and keeps everyone at each other's throats with no hope of a real solution, nor discussion.

Wayne Allyn Root Selfish, Crooked, and Not Libertarian

Wayne Allyn Root is Not Libertarian

Noone, has done a real expose on this con artist named Wayne Allyn Root. OK, maybe one or two, but I digress. This perp has come out of nowhere and weaseled his way into the vice presidential candidacy for the Libertarian party for the 2008 national race. It may simply have been the fact that noone takes a 3rd party vice presidential candidate as newsworthy, however, that wouldn't excuse the major Libertarian newspapers or e-zines to not do it. I present to you excerpts of one such expose. Understand a couple of things about Libertarians:

Peter Schiff Doubles in Polls

Peter Schiff For Senate

He has one of the most well known faces on T.V.. He predicted the housing bubble and the economic disaster we are in now, nearly 6 years ago. He has constantly warned of impending catastrophe and no one listened, because the market was the highest it has ever been. He's Peter Schiff and he is running for U.S. Senate in the state of Connecticut. I have been following him for about two years, personally, so I know he is the real deal.

So many people are clamoring for a real person to be put in Washington. This man has written books and put his money where his mouth is. He runs a small investment brokerage firm. All of his clients did not go under, like other American firm clients did. If you followed his guidance you came out on top. While everyone else was chasing the easy fast money, they fell hard, very hard, just as fast. Not so at Euro Pacific, his investment firm. He is a stay the course, steady and sure, kinda guy.

Follow Kevin_Cardinale on Twitter

He has a huge following on youtube, just like Ron Paul. Younger people flock to him, because they are more in tune and brighter than the older generation, that inherently trusts the government. The older generation cannot believe the government would do anything to harm them. They think Washington will improve on its own in the end. Anyone with real wisdom knows that Washington is in the firm grip of corporations that do not want to play by the rules. Washington is in the back pocket of the huge bankers that get themselves exemptions while small bankers and small businesses still have to come under the boot of regulation that supposedly keeps the market fair. Younger voters recognize what is going on and they are searching and hoping for candidates like Peter Schiff.

Peter Schiff appears on MSNBC constantly as the one voice that brings the financial news back to reality. While the show attempts to get its viewers to BUY BUY BUY, a la Cramer, Schiff tells them that these companies are bankrupt and are only being kept afloat by taxpayer bailouts. Without the bailouts the companies have nothing of value in them and produce nothing that would keep the business going, because they squandered all of their real assets away during the bubble. Of course a T.V. show does not want to hear reality, so they always have at least 5 people on to mock Peter Schiff.

The country is bankrupt. Wall street is bankrupt. The only people making any money are people like you and me, who are going to work everyday and producing things. Washington is taking, taking, taking and will never stop until we send someone there who will say "STOP IT!"

Obama never said he was going to say "STOP IT!". He said he was going to change Washington. Well, he has definitely changed it. In but a year government has grown even bigger and takes even more from you. George Washington and Thomas Jefferson never created the government to look after you and be so involved in your life that they directly impact your every move. They never wanted that. In fact, they wanted the federal government to have as little as possible to do with American lives as they could make it. They definitely did not want bankers running the show. They fought tooth and nail to keep bankers out of Washington. But, unless you watch the fox, he will always return to the hen house.

Send Peter Schiff to the Senate. We need someone with a shotgun and a fox call to go to Washington and route out the foxes. Senators are taking bribes for $10,000 and turning around and granting millions in tax payer dollars. I mean, my God. If you're going to sell out the U.S. taxpayer at least get a cool $10 million for it yourself. Goldman sax gave Obama 1 yes that's ONE million in campaign contributions and got billions in return.

We have to send people like Peter Schiff to Washington. There is still light at the end of the tunnel. We cannot throw our hands up in the air and just give up. We can't just sigh and say "oh well, there's nothing we can do." If everyone elects a Peter Schiff into office, we could change Washington overnight.

Right now Wall Street has a strangle hold on Washington. Send people like Peter Schiff to Washigton and that will be over and done with.

Where Have All the Conservatives Gone: Death of the Dollar

Democrat in Sheep's Clothing, No Really Republican

Most conservatives come to Washington knowing it is a sewer but end up treating it like a hot tub.

Why do so many conservatives start out with the desire to emulate Ron Paul but end up in the hot tub with Chuck Schumer and Charles Rangel? Is it in human nature to buy votes with government subsidies instead of working for the good of freedom in the country? Is it because of the power of lobbyists that seek out the subsidies? Is it the progressive income tax that provides the revenue for the subsidies? What is it that causes this disheartening revolution that turns such high minded men into petty grovelers for power? what should we be doing about it?

Former conservatives, although few and far between were well grounded. They had read Adam Smith - author 1776 book "The Wealth of Nations", Edmund Burke - conservative Whig Party Leader, Russel Kirk - author 1953 book "The Conservative Mind". Now they rely on instincts or popular authors of books or worse talk show hosts. There is no support from conservatives who are elected, they are inundated with lobbyist post election and sever ties with the very people that elected them.

Everyone wants to easily throw Libertarians into the same pool with conservatives. It's in fact a completely different approach altogether. Nothing could be more dissimilar than a republican, a conservative and a Libertarian. We allow the media once again to define something for us, or even scare us, without researching. The main philosophy that dictates the course of action in Washington is concentrated benefits vs diffused costs. That is to say, Washington is gripped with an air of spending concentrated to the benefit of a few while the costs are diffused over many. They then only hear from those few whom they benefit.

Politicians at the national level have dedicated their entire life to politics. They are therefore far less likely to be libertarian or true conservatives or don't tread on me politicians. They tend to serve their self interest and are people that like government.

Again, a lot of politicians do not see dollars as pieces of paper with the picture of the great George Washington on them, but they see their own faces on them, not tax payer's money. They see Bush dollars, or Obama dollars or Reid dollars. To them it is their money and the only difficulty is how to wrest it away from some other politician so that they can "spend" on their own district. The old boy network then puts it upon the freshmen congressmen to make sure that they spend enough in their own district to get reelected. There is no discussion of principles or too much governmental oversight.

Let's go over the numbers and how each input is based on a selfish scale. The bottom quadrant of tax payers pay 0% in taxes. The 2nd bottom quadrant of tax payers pay 3% of taxes. The top 2 quadrants of tax payers pay 97% of all taxes. However, the bottom 2 quadrants receive a disproportionate amount of government spending, in the form of subsidies. Also the bottom 2 quadrants are far more numerous than the top 2 quadrants. So when they feel victorious over government subsidies they are jubilant and go about their lives and leave government alone or are grateful for government. By proxy we have created infinite demand for those subsidies.

The Flat Tax

Only a flat tax would remove this demand for free subsidies. It would have to be a flat tax without any exemptions. A flat tax would then force everyone to take a look at these subsidies because they would no longer be free. It would also shrink government, because people would pay attention to government spending on a personal level. Most complain about taxes, but since they aren't directly paying for it, it doesn't hit them in the pocket book. With a flat tax, they would be concerned about all spending, including military, education, entitlements, social security, welfare, medicare medicaid and the deficit.

A flat tax would also force people to realize the federal reserve, a private bank that has been given national rights to set national financial policy, is not there for the benefit of the tax payer, nor the American citizen. As such, a flat tax would get rid of both the IRS and the federal reserve.

Once a flat tax is implemented and military spending comes under scrutiny, the American public would come to realize that the current military policies are unconstitutional and call for the repeal of nearly all military legislation. The government is vastly inflated due to military spending and policy. No longer would the government be able to blame stuff like 9/11 on outside foreign terrorist. No longer could the president by executive order in contravention of international agreement, unilaterally invade another country to fight some seemingly invisible threat. No longer could we invade other country en lieu of diplomacy. A flat tax would call for the retirement of all U.S. military forces in other countries, not in direct protection of diplomatic personnel. That alone would shrink the government spending by 60%.

The Truth About the IRS and the Fed

Without that much spending, we could then get rid of the IRS, which is also an unconstitutional entity. Ronald Reagan did a study when he came to power, of what is the IRS for. His study found that the U.S. income tax goes to pay off just the interest of the loans the federal reserve has made to the U.S. government.

"100% of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal Debt ... all
individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services
taxpayers expect from government." -Grace Commission report submitted to President Ronald Reagan - January 15, 1984

"Ronald Reagan was promptly shot after he dared to criticize the Fed, on the same day
that the Pope was shot. After recovering, he changed his mind and praised the Fed. About
seven US Presidents have been assassinated for not cooperating with the Transatlantic
Banking Dynasties (William Henry Harrison, poisoned, in 1841, Zachary Taylor, Lincoln,
Garfield, McKinley and John F. Kennedy 1963; 7 if FDR's poisoning is counted)."

"In a recent conversation with an official at the Internal Revenue Service, I was amazed
when he told me that 'If the taxpayers of this country ever discover that the IRS
operates on 90% bluff the entire system will collapse'". -Henry Bellmon, Senator (1969)

"Our federal tax system is, in short, utterly impossible, utterly unjust and completely counterproductive [it] reeks with injustice and is fundamentally un-American... it has earned a rebellion and it's time we rebelled". -President Ronald Reagan, May 1983, Williamsburg, VA

"Our Income Tax system is a disgrace to the human race." -Jimmy Carter, said in 1976 by the then President-to-be

"Eight decades of amendments... to [the] code have produced a virtually impenetrable maze... The rules are unintelligible to most citizens... The rules are equally mysterious to many government employees who are charged with administering and enforcing the law". -Shirley Peterson, Former IRS Commissioner, April 14, 1993 at Southern Methodist University

"The wages of the average American worker, after inflation and taxes, have decreased 17% since 1973, the only Western industrial nation to so suffer". -Martin Gross, author of "The Tax Racket: Government Extortion From A to Z"

"Our tax system is based upon voluntary assessment and payment, not upon distraint".
[haw haw] -United States Supreme Court, in Flora v. United States

"The United States has a system of taxation by confession". - Hugo Black, U.S. Supreme Court Justice

"Let me point this out now. Your income tax is 100 percent voluntary tax, and your
liquor tax is 100 percent enforced tax. Now, the situation is as different as night and day. Consequently, your same rules just will not apply...". -Dwight E. Avis, former head of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax Division of the IRS, testifying before a House Ways and Means subcommittee in 1953

"When you pay social security taxes, you are in no way making provision for your own retirement. You are paying the pensions of those who are already retired. Once you understand this, you see that whether you will get the benefits you are counting on when you retire depends on whether Congress will levy enough taxes, borrow enough, or print enough money... - W. Allen Wallis, former Chairman of the 1975 Advisory Council on Social Security, May27, 1976

"To lay with one hand the power of government on the property of the citizen, and with the other to bestow it on favored individuals... is none the less robbery because it is... called taxation". - United States Supreme Court in Loan Association v. Topeka

Let's Agree to Disagree, How 3rd Parties are Shut Out of Being Elected

It is no wonder why conservatives do not come to power and then seek to shrink government. It is a house of cards as big as the Titanic. Should one card fail, it would all come crashing down. They feel it would be political suicide to even try one portion of the original platform. We can also clearly see that that platform is false to begin with. Why should conservatives shrink government? They are making money hand over fist just like the liberals.

Democrats and Republicans fight tooth and nail to make sure a 3rd party is not elected. Because, then they fear it would reveal all the lies and tangled web they have been weaving on the American public for decades, centuries. A 3rd party represents an outsider who can bring down this grift.

They both fear:
  • dismantling the IRS
  • dismantling the federal reserve bank
  • dismantling the bloated military
  • returning the dollar to real currency
  • shrinking the government to true size

If you agree with everything said in here, and this has made you realize how awful our government is right now... YOU ARE A LIBERTARIAN. Surprise! Most people don't even know they are libertarian. They may be registered republicans or better yet, registered democrats. They don't realize what the libertarian party stands for. The media has so indoctrinated them into the two party system that they don't even know there is an option. During the last election campaign they pitted the libertarian against the republicans. When, in fact, libertarians have little in common with either party. Libertarians aren't conservative, they are simply the most closely associated with the founding fathers. The founding fathers didn't believe in government interference with most everyone's daily lives. Adam Smith and other thinkers also felt government should take a back seat to every day man. Government should only make sure the playing field isn't unduly burdensome, i.e. being bullied in business or ethics.

We have come a long way from the founding fathers. Most of the founding fathers were even hesitant to create our own government. After that hurdle was passed, they didn't know what shape our government would take. With all that hesitation you would think that today's politicians would be more cognizant and reticent to do the things they are doing. Sadly, they do it with a smile, with no hesitation.

To get more info about the libertarian party click

or better yet your state

Never being one to take the easy way out. I feel all Black Americans should join the Libertarian Party. We would be better served, better protected and left alone far more. The Libertarian party would not seek out an agenda of genocide through passing of local, state, and federal laws. Our taxes would be lower under a Libertarian party. Our young men would not be jailed, just to give billions to private prisons, who helped to write these unjust laws, such as the "War on Drugs". Black America needs to stand up and join a party to truly represents them. Democrats and Republicans have shot us in the back time and time again. We don't need more government, we need less government. Less government, means more money in our pocket at the end of the day.

Libertarians wouldn't go off fighting unjust wars. In fact your sons and daughters wouldn't be slaughtered overseas in some other man's country due to some political shenanigans or even worse, over money and greed. Under a Libertarian Party presidency you wouldn't have federal college loans, but then colleges would have to compete for student dollars and everyone would have to lower tuition. In some colleges the tuition is close to the cost of a house. And for what?

College degrees now hold little sway in a service market. There are many college students that have to take service jobs that pay $10 / hr. This is the same pay as their high school diploma coworker is receiving, sitting right next to them.

This last election proved that the Black Vote is a force to be reckoned with. Barrack Obama was not even counting on the Black turn-out to win the election. I repeat, he wasn't even counting on us coming out. However, the Black Vote was the strongest it has ever been in the history of the country. At every age level. Unfortunately, Barrack Obama has proven to be the same exact tired politics as usual. We expected a miracle and got a lump of coal in our Christmas stocking. It's great he was the first Black president, however he is absolutely doing everything in his power to maintain his seat of power, like all the rest of them, spend, spend, spend. Not one single cabinet member has been appointed that has been any different from any other administration. In fact he chose the same people that led us into this financial quagmire to begin with. I'm sorry to say, my Black brothers and sisters, we've been had, hoodwinked, bamboozled. However, should we all join the Libertarian party, we can all rest soundly knowing we will be adequately and rightly represented.

Obama Health Care to Cover Illegal Aliens

Joe Wilson Yells You Lie: Obama Lies

Representative Joe Wilson (R) South Carolina yelled out "You Lie" to President Obama as he was giving a joint session of congress address. President Obama was asserting that the health care plan that he is proposing would "not" cover illegal aliens, contrary to popular belief. It was at this point that Rep. Joe Wilson yelled out "You Lie".

HR3200 the Obama Health Care Plan and Illegal Aliens

Let's look into the bill and what it actually does say about illegal aliens and receiving benefits from the ObamaCare plan. The simple fact is President Obama was in fact lying. The method by which illegal immigrants will come to be covered under ObamaCare is through the bill's (HR3200) failure to contain any

  • citizenship verification requirement or
  • enforcement mechanism mandated to verify one's eligibility.
Other federal programs routinely carry language requiring proof of citizenship before allowing access to benefits.

Congressional democrats defeated two bills which actually enunciated a requirement to show proof of citizenship and an enforcement mechanism to verify one's eligibility. The only proof required for the ObamaCare plan pertains to family income. The democrats then crafted the current HR3200 to cover illegal aliens as well as citizens. The tremendous downside is that citizens would pay into this an illegal aliens would not, nor would their be required to pay into it.
