Cornelius the Ancient Vampire - What is it

Cornelius the Ancient Vampire - What is it

There's been a few instances where a thing escapes from Cornelius. It's blood red and looks like a tall man without any skin on it. This entity is the blood god. I've been told this is actually the thing that is inside of vampires and makes them vampires, but here's what's curious about Cornelius. When the thing escapes out of Cornelius, he doesn't stop functioning. You might not know this, but Cornelius has summoned this thing out of actual vampires and it basically kills them. The thing comes out and the vampire slumps to the ground or fizzles into a puddle of dead matter.

So the blood god is fueling vampires, so why doesn't Cornelius slump to the ground? That's because Cornelius isn't a vampire. He's an entity with a blood god inside of him. It is a very strange symbiotic relationship. Cornelius is a god all by himself, or what you would call an entity, which normally is much more powerful than a god. Like mother nature is an entity. It's just that mother nature isn't conscious. It's a set of behaviors that affects weather on this planet and if you expand her, she's what orders the entire cosmos. You cannot separate the weather on this planet from the sun, the moon and the stars and meteors. She's been behaving for the past 100,000 years. This planet used to be a fireball. Then it was a snow ball. She calmed down and became much more agreeable. Life sprouted and she had some hiccups, with going hot and cold again and flooding the entire planet a couple of times, but she's been OK. She is an entity. But, you can't talk to her.

Cornelius, and yes that's not his actual name, is an entity, but you can talk to it. He has children and a lineage, and a hint of it exists in all of us, he descendants, but we're not gods, nor entities. We're mostly human, and there's a touch of the vampire in us. We're called revenants. If we drink his blood, however, we become insanely powerful.

If I recall, Cornelius was floating around and happened by this planet. He landed and the blood god immediately entered him. He promised he would become like the inhabitants of the planet.

Now you and me both, know that humans can't bend water, nor the laws of physics to your will, so it really wasn't an honest contract. But, he did make him have DNA, to a somewhat human extent. Honestly, I believe Cornelius could have worked that out himself.

Cornelius doesn't know everything, but let's just say, he's a really fast learner. However, with this deal with the blood god, he was able to solve thousands of problems with one contract, allow the blood god to inhabit him.

The way the blood works is that it feeds off of the vampire and NORMALLY, as the blood grows stronger, usually through feeding on others' blood, the stronger the vampire becomes. Imagine the blood god's good luck to inhabit Cornelius. He was astronomically powerful.

The thing is, the blood god, usually is the thing that controls the vampire, because it has an voracious appetite to grow, by feeding. The hunger, the thirst is all consuming and it is the vampire that must control it. Cornelius didn't need any of this. There was no overwhelming thirst. It is the blood god that is feeding off of Cornelius and not the other way around.

Also, all of the curses and negatives about a vampire are non-existent with Cornelius. But those curses still exist in the blood god. So when Cornelius goes outside in the noon day sun, the blood god is practically dormant.

Today, Cornelius can snap his finger and make a son, not because of the blood god, but because of just existing on the planet for so long and knowing everything that makes a human a human.

But, to keep the balance, he doesn't. We all come from dirt. If Cornelius snapped his finger, the human would be very much like him. So instead of creating a population of humans that would wipe us out, he creates a son the old fashioned way, impregnates a woman. That hasn't happened in over half a million years, but it could. And, that's how it would be done.

Now, can Cornelius make a vampire? Yes. And it would also be done, the traditional way, put a drop of his blood into a corpse. Well, Cornelius is a bit more powerful than other vampires, so he could literally dig up a grave and make a vampire, bones, dust, doesn't matter. It would be a vampire, and ... it would be close to his blood god's power level, which is ridiculous. It wouldn't be as strong as Cornelius, but as strong as the blood god inside of him, which is something like a million years old, by now.

I don't think Cornelius has a time frame.

In fact, I've heard him say he exists outside of time, which I guess means, he started before time.

Now, there has only been one instance where Cornelius made a vampire at full power. This is different from just putting a drop in a corpse. This vampire is still walking around here, somewhere. It takes about a year to prepare the corpse. The corpse is bathed in blood to make it a perfect looking human. All blemishes and discoloration are removed. Every bone is snapped, inch by inch, and the blood bath knits them together, to make a nearly invincible creature. Then thousands of live humans are given a drop of blood, kept in a coma for a  year and their blood drained once a month.

Then on the night of it's creation, the kinder is awakened, still dead, by the sheer force of Cornelius and made to drink from his wrist, itself. This moment makes him a vampire. Then all of those millions of gallons of blood is fed into the vampire from the humans. It takes months and years.

When that is finished, the vampire is presented to Cornelius. He places his finger on the new vampire's head and infusing him with the knowledge of this world. Every language and every time period is his.

This vampire immediately flew away.

Cornelius is incapable of feelings, but, any normal father would be heart broken. He told me about this vampire. I asked where he was. He said, he's somewhere floating around.

I didn't press Cornelius. I know he knows everything, so I guess he didn't walk to talk about his vampire son.

From what he told me, and you could guess, he's a mischievous fellow. He has a very dark sense of humor, like committing crime, being put to death and resurrecting to the shock of everyone, or disappearing and leaving an open grave. I bet, a lot of wives tales were made because of his antics.

Cornelius' descendant tells when he first met the vampire god

Cornelius' descendant tells when he first met the vampire god

I know I look 30 years old, but if I had to confess to you my true age, it's more along the order of 2,500 years. There is something I want to tell you about the blood a vampire has, it is a separate entity, yet is the vampire. When you give that blood to a live creature, it transforms them, very close to what a vampire is, but it is not in full control, since the life essence is that final line it cannot overcome.

But, it is far more separate in a living creature, than it is in a vampire. Imagine then in a being that is millions of years old.

Cornelius told me, one time, he met angels. When they tried to brag about how they were at the beginning of time, Cornelius said, it was not so, because he was there before they were made. When they said they could clearly see his age written on him, a power most spiritual beings possess, out popped a blood twin of Cornelius and repeated, that it had been there when they were created.

When one of the angels went to attack Cornelius, he merely snapped his finger and the angel poofed out of existence, but not just out of existence. His entire existence was wiped from time itself. The angels, who are not slaves to time, like humans are, however, knew that Cornelius had wiped the angel from history, but were aware that it had existed before it was no more. Slowly their memories of the angel faded too.

It was then that one of the angels asked if they should worship Cornelius. An archangel approached Cornelius and grabbed him by the chin and turned his face, this way and that, to see if he had some sort of mark on him. When he found nothing, he looked at the blood being, but dared not approach. Cornelius said that he had no name and that he was above time, and even angels have to obey time, but he does not. He is outside of all the laws of nature.

It was this being that approached me, one night. He introduced himself and sat down in my small temple. I was writing. He said he was my direct ascendant. He then quoted my line for 12 generations.

You see, in those days, we didn't have last names. We would quote our lines to each other. Hopefully someone in that line would be famous, so that the person you're speaking to, knows either, where you come from, or who your people are.

With quoting my own line to me, and going back 12 generations, much more than I could do, I was assured he was one of my progenitors, but I had no idea he was ... THE progenitor. For 30 nights he came to me. He bid to stay with me, in my temple. I was very much obliged, being a respecter of my kinsmen. He would leave me notes, about people, who were trying to get over on me. I thought nothing of it, and thought it was a talent he had. I too had the same talent, but not as direct, like him. He could see them walking up, and tell me before they even entered what was about to occur.

My temple became popular. The king of the land, who sat in the house called pharaoh, for that is what we called it. It is a foolish time when they call the king a pharaoh and don't call the throne anything, these days, came to visit my temple. I was called a seer. My kinsmen told me not to say anything to him. you see, the king was always regarded as a god. If you anger a king, you might live, but if you anger a god, the entire nation would be upon you.

I burned incense. I boiled water. I bathed the king. I poured oil on his feet and his head. But, when I went to divine what it was that he wanted me to see, I told him nothing. I was very talented. Cornelius told me to say nothing, even before the king stepped into my temple. When I breathed in the incense and went into full divination mode, I saw that the king wouldn't survive, not even 30 days. I also saw that his general, who helped me bathe and oil him, would be the hand that smote him. But, I also saw that general would be found and smote on the spot.

Why bring either man's wrath on my head, by revealing this, since it was a zero sum game they played. So I said, I saw nothing, which could be neither good nor bad. I bowed to the king and bid him go in peace.

After being bathed and oiled, the king was in high spirits, so my lack of a divination didn't even bother him.

I asked Cornelius after they left, should I have the general killed? He said, the king wasn't a man of any note, no matter how short nor long he lives.

When the king was killed, my fame didn't wane. No one blamed me for not seeing it, nor blamed me for anything. The divinations I did see, were almost earth shattering, so those successes lived on, even when I left that land.

A year after the king left, Cornelius revealed himself to me as an ancient and powerful being. He had had many wives and many children. He wasn't my great grandfather, he was the progenitor of my family line. He said he was ageless and ancient beyond measure.

He took a chalice from my table and a ceremonial dagger and pricked his hand. Blood filled the chalice and it stopped just as quickly as it started. He told me, drink the entire cup, though it may burn, drink it all.

I drank from that chalice for what seemed like an hour. It was agonizing pain. They tell me, newly formed vampire can't even tell that it's painful, because their thirst is thousands times stronger than the pain.

I was in a deep sleep for over a month after that. My wife and children were told I had passed away. They buried me. I awoke to Cornelius digging me out of the grave. That night was so dark, not a star in the sky. We slipped out of Kemet, never to return. That was almost 3,000 years ago.

I have never had a blood being pop out of me, but the blood definitely is not me, but IS me. It is in every cell of my body, even inside my bones. If I wanted to, I could force all of humanity to love me, but I don't. It is enough to serve and look after Cornelius, the first.

Whatever that thing that lives in him, and I guess, inside of me also, is even more ancient than Cornelius himself.

I find it funny, the portrayal of vampires on T.V. I am not even a vampire, and I assure you, no gun can harm me, and no blade can cut me. Humans always want to think they are the heroes. They are like cattle to us. Well, that's not a good comparison for me, because I don't crave anything from humans. In fact, I can go years without food or drink. What could a human do to a vampire? Absolutely nothing.

I have met what these weak creatures, who now call themselves, vampires. They are not ancient like Cornelius, but even they would destroy whole battalions of humans. Some can even just walk and all within their presence fall into a trance, so what exactly could a human do to one of them? I guess also, the blood inside of them would swallow all of them, if it ever got out.

It is time to wake Cornelius up. I am going to take him shopping, for a tuxedo. Did you want me to do a divination for you?

Stop Putting Sex Scenes in My Sci-Fi

Stop Putting Sex Scenes in My Sci-Fi

Buzz Megachip, readied his phaser, peaked around the corner of the Martaplex employee lounge and found Sarah Bimbolucious.  For the next 5 minutes of the movie a sex scene ensues.  Now for the average non-sci-fi noob, this would seem like a normal scene.  Gotta have a sex scene in a "movie".  That might be true, except the "movie" is called "Buzz Megachip and the 3rd Quadrant", a pure nerd-fest sci-fi flick.  The people that would be attracted to this movie are disgusted at the complete unnecessary scene that is in them.

Now, let us go over why it is a bad thing to have porn in a sci-fi.
  1. it has been shown time and again, that sex scenes in certain film genres, are unnecessary
  2. you have to pay extra for the "sex" scene
  3. you then have to get people to write the "sex" scene
  4. people who write "sex" scenes are not super nerd friendly sci-fi screen writers
  5. there is little to no sci-fi story
  6. the studio is concerned with putting butts into the seats and not nerd butts into audience seats
  7. instead of pandering to the very crowd that made a particular series popular, they try to reach for a larger audience that has never even heard of Buzz Megachip, and usually alienates the very people that made the particular title popular
Yes that means that Buzz Megachip is completely short changed on the entire sci-fi story.  All these riveting "that was not cannon Buzz Megachip storyline" conversations and nerd arguments are not going to take place, after watching the movie.

Of course there is no Buzz Megachip, but this applies to all sci-fi.  In an effort to get everyone to see a movie, hollywood studios try to pander to everyone's interests.  This is the very same argument against being politically correct.  Instead of actually defining something, they make it so general that noone likes it, or worse, everyone hates it.
