HEY KID STEP INTO MY WHITE VAN, I'LL MAKE YOU A MILLIONAIRE ON PAPER FOR 30 DAYS? WATCH THIS - intro

free candy van

A lot of Black comedians joke that credit is for white people, or that Black people just don't have good credit and they rely on white friends to rent the SUV for the weekend trip. "Let's invite Scott to hang with us, since he can rent the van. He got that good white folks credit."

Well, I wouldn't be your rich internet dad, if I couldn't teach you how to get you some good white folks credit. *cough* even to the white folks out there without the good white folks credit. You see folks, what the Black comedians don't tell you is, that's all a joke. White folks are just as broke as Black folk and white folk don't pay their bills, just as much as Black folk. The real white privilege, according to real Black people, not these weird political groups, is the fact that white people are assumed to have good credit, not be a shoplifter, and not have fatherless kids, when the opposite is the fact. In fact, they're even worse. But, don't worry. Just like the weird white groups got the definition wrong on what white privilege is, the consequences of what real Black people think of what real white privilege is, is that it doesn't make a cotton picking difference to real Black folks. White people can be perceived to be nice, all day long, but unless they getting in the ditch right along with you, to make that daily bread, they're going to be just as hungry as the other people that don't make their daily bread.

No real Black person ever said white privilege, did anything FOR white people. Like that Eddie Murphy Saturday Night Live skit, where he painted himself white and they handed out money on the all white bus, and handed out free loans, without having to pay it back at the all white bank, THAT WAS A JOKE.

I'm the richest person for miles around, around here where I live, surrounded by white, Latino, Black, Asians. And what's funny is, my credit has words like, "exceptional payment history" on it. Years and years of perfect payment, no late payments.

In fact, let's talk about that right there. Did you know you have to be something like 60 to 90 days late, before the company reports it to your credit? Companies play a big dog, but they're not the mean dog you think they are.

The moral of that story is, pay it, when you have it, don't just not pay it at all, feeling sorry for yourself that you just ruined your credit by being 5 days late. Don't worry about it.

Guess what? That exceptional payment history, technically is a lie. I've been late plenty of times, but it was only by a few days and I paid, it and the company was happy.

So what are my intentions on this series. These 10 steps

  • - I want to teach you why credit, is amazing and how it can be amazing for you.
  • - I want to lead you down the path of having the right attitude about money and what money really isn't
  • - I want to fix your miseducation about debt and that there's good and bad debt
  • - I want to teach you about stocks and how you should be a part of America, more than just a wage slave
  • - I want to train you how to play the credit game and how the rules work and how they bend
  • - I want to get you back in the habit of building your reputation, one of the biggest lies the left constantly tries to get you to forget, reputation goes a long way and it's not about police and politics
  • - I want you to be an American citizen, because it is the greatest country on earth and our credit system can take you from rags to riches, oh and that's over and over, plenty millionaires lose and gain millions daily
  • - I want you to train you to ultimately build credit for yourself and then be a real adult and be in business for yourself
  • - Once that final key is in place, I want to train you how to step into business with a small loan of million dollars
  • - Finally I want to teach you how to keep your wealth, and not feel guilty about it, and only donate when you feel you want to, with a nice tax strategy in place to do it.

Here's some rules, also, for the series

  • - I will give you info to do this quickly:
  • - a week
  • - 30 days
  • - 90 days

A lot of people think credit takes time, but some of it, takes 3 business days, or one billing cycle. It's really fast, so you gotta be ready to pull the trigger.

Also, ignore FAMOUS people, most of them aren't rich and even more have little to no credit. They're just talking, to stay famous. THIS IS A KEY RULE. Famous people are ignorant, uneducated, have ulterior motives, are told what to say and can be downright evil, telling you something that goes against what's best for YOU.

This is really key right now, because we have a new category or group: people who are famous, just for being famous. The internet is full of them. They have no education, no skills, haven't created anything, but people put them in front of you, hoping you'll listen to them.

There's even actors and singers who can't act and can't sing and are FAMOUS. The technicians, behind the scenes make the movies and make the songs. And they're someone's kid, that got the job, in the first place. Don't listen to those people.

Finally, I'm gonna show you something, as a real part of the series, a real strategy, of how to make you a millionaire for 60-90 days, for you to setup your long term credit and wealth. For all you people saying you ain't got no money. Shut up and listen. Also, for all you people saying you ain't got no time for this, you got time to sit around crying how broke you are, then you got time for this. In fact, this is faster.  You can go back to saying you broke after this. It'll be a lie though, but that's what you should do anyway. Don't do this series and then tell people you got any money. They might try to rob you.

But point them to this series.

Property insurance and casualty insurance (VIDEO)

Property insurance and casualty insurance (VIDEO)

Property & Casualty Insurance
Property insurance and casualty insurance (also known as P&C insurance) are types of coverage that help protect you and the property you own.

Property insurance helps cover stuff you own like your home or your car.

Casualty insurance means that the policy includes liability coverage to help protect you if you're found legally responsible for an accident that causes injuries to another person or damage to another person's belongings.

Property and casualty insurance are typically bundled together into one insurance policy. For example:

Homeowners Insurance
Car Insurance
Condo Insurance
Renters Insurance
Power Sports Insurance
Landlord Insurance

HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE
Homeowners insurance helps protect your home and your belongings against covered perils, such as theft or fire. Homeowners insurance policies also typically include liability coverage, which may help protect you if you're found legally responsible after someone is injured at your home or you cause damage to someone else's property.

CAR INSURANCE
Car insurance helps protect your vehicle - and you - in a few different ways, depending on which coverages you choose. Drivers in most states are legally required to have liability coverage. Additionally, comprehensive and collision coverage may be required by your lender.

CONDO INSURANCE
Condo insurance helps protect against structural damage to the interior of your unit. Liability protection is usually another component of condo insurance. It's important to understand what your policy covers versus what may be covered by your condo association's policy.

RENTERS INSURANCE
If you rent, you'll likely find that your landlord has an insurance policy to help protect their building and their personal property, but that policy would likely not cover the belongings owned by you, the renter.

Renters insurance commonly helps protect your personal property (furniture, clothing and electronics, for instance). It also typically includes liability coverage if you're found responsible for damages to someone else's property or a guest's injuries in your home. Renters insurance may also help pay for increased living expenses, such as if you have to temporarily relocate if your rented home becomes uninhabitable due to a covered loss.

POWER SPORTS INSURANCE
Boats, golf carts, all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles are among the vehicles that may be protected by specialized insurance policies. These types of policies generally help cover the vehicle (for instance, if it's damaged or stolen) and provide liability protection just in case you cause damage to someone else's property or injure someone else while riding it.

LANDLORD INSURANCE
Landlord insurance helps protect a property that generates rental income. This type of policy typically helps protect the building you own from certain perils - damage caused by hail or fire, for example. It also usually offers liability protection, which may help cover you if you're sued following an incident on your property.

No matter what type of property and casualty insurance policy you have, coverage limits will apply. Be sure to read your policy or check with your agent to learn about your coverage. Limits can typically be adjusted based on your specific situation.

You Didn't Read the Health Care Bill Did You?

Clapping as Congress Takes Away Your Constitutional Rights

So I warned you and told you and beat my head against the keyboard, but you didn't listen, nor pay attention. Everyone stood up and cheered. Everyone gave each other big high-fives. Everyone congratulated each other. Everyone, that is, that did not actually read the Health Care Reform bill (hcr). The congressional democrats stood up and spoke generalities and accused republicans of being monsters and heartless and how this bill was historic and momentous. They told stories of little old ladies dying from paper cuts, that if she just had health insurance, could have been prevented. They were incensed when republicans stated that 80% of veterans were against the bill. They stole more time on the floor than republicans did. And when the votes were cast and the bill was passed, they all patted each other on the back.

You, yeah you, stood up and cheered with them. You thought you got something you did not have yesterday. You somehow thought it was a brighter day and everyone was going to walk into the sunshine. You listened to the congressional democrats and laughed and cried with them. You were so moved that you were proud to have voted for Obama. You thought to yourself, finally we have universal health care in this country. That little boy down the street with that rare cancer is now going to go see the doctor next week and be cured.

Follow Kevin_Cardinale on Twitter

Well apparently you did not actually read hcr. Apparently, you watched CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC or MSNBC and believed everything they said. Apparently you thought the word universal meant everyone would now somehow freely get health care. Apparently you did not realize that 80% of Americans already have health insurance. Apparently you believed them when they kept quoting that 30 million Americans did not have health insurance. Apparently you did not realize that 30 million Americans do not want health insurance, because they can pay for medical costs out of their pockets. Apparently you let them use and abuse your ignorance into thinking what they wanted you to think: 30 million uninsured must mean poor people who cannot afford health insurance. Apparently, you did not read hcr.

I'm sure it would be great to have real hcr. Had you read this bill, you would know that it forces every American to purchase insurance, whether they want to or not. If they do not buy insurance, they are fined and the IRS has the authority to come after them. It also forwards state sponsored abortions at tax payer expense. Everyone is assessed an abortion tax to pay for abortions, regardless of their own individuality or religion. It also forwarded illegal immigrant health care at tax payer expenses. Everyone is forced to pay for illegal immigrant health care. A health care professional cannot ask citizenship questions. They have to treat everyone that walks through the door. It removes half a trillion dollars from medicare. [haha seniors got screwed] It costs $1 trillion over 10 years, extra. Everyone is taxed 10 years, but coverage does not start for 4 years, yes you get 6 years of coverage for 10 years of pay. It reduces college student subsidies and raises education costs. It tacks on 10 extra taxes that did not exist before.

So while you were standing applauding thinking you got that sweet French universal health care, you simply got screwed. Now your constitutional right to privacy has been breached. Your constitutional right to be safe in your person has been discarded. Your constitutional right to not have your property taken from you has been disbanded.

Those that did not pay insurance before will now be forced to pay it. Like me. Unemployment will rise, because businesses will all, now be forced to cover employees. Why cover someone, when you can just fire them? The recession will finally turn into a depression. Those that are already unemployed will be forced to pay for insurance. Can you say homeless?

So you did not read the hcr. So you stood up and clapped for it passing.

Let me ask you. Did you ever stop to think that maybe some freedom loving Americans never wanted to pay for someone else's hospital bill? Did you ever stop to think that maybe some freedom loving Americans never wanted to pay for someone's abortion? Did it ever occur to you that forcing someone that gets up at 5 a.m. and drive to work, work all day, and come home and put food on the table, does not want to pay for someone else's abandoned kid?

Did you ever stop to think, "this is not what congress is supposed to be discussing." Did you ever stop to think, "congress is supposed to protect us from enemies, write treaties, negotiate foreign trade, not manage health insurance."

No? Well then maybe instead of reading hcr, you should read the constitution.

By the way, 2/3rds of the states have already lined up to sue the federal government over this unconstitutional bill, since the states have to pick up the tab anyway. 2/3rds is the exact amount needed to add an amendment to the constitution. Ooops, party is over.

Oh and in case someone spouts, "this will reduce the deficit." The congressional budget office has come out and said, squarely, with doc fix the deficit will rise about $238 billion. Have a nice day, liars.
